Had a mani/pedi done. 1st time trying the gel dip polish. Great variety of colors. Clean and peaceful experience. Foot massage was one of the best Ive had in a while.

It was my first time there I am well pleased with their services. My technician was awesome she did a great job on my nails and feet. I will definitely go there again.

I came in the Monday after the Fourth, a holiday for a lot of people. (This was my second time in and I came back because my nails had lasted well and looked great.) The salon was very busy. I waited a short time for a gel pedicure and SNS nails. The salon was under staffed and trying to accommodate people as they could. That night, the polish came off one of my toes. My nails also seemed a little rough. I went back in the next day and spoke with Vivian. She was incredibly nice and fixed me right up at no charge. I have just moved to the area and think I have found my nail salon. I will be back every month!

It was a great experience for me! I did have to wait a little bit but it was ok because during my wait they soaked my nails to get previous acrylic off. They got slammed during the middle of my manicure but they didn’t rush mine to get to another customer. They took their time and made sure not to hurt me with the buffing tool. I am also prone to noticing small imperfections in my nails and there were none! They also had a great selection of colors. All in all it was a great experience and I will be coming back!

I tried to go in at 6:15 (they close at 7) and they turned me away because they wanted to leave early and didn’t want to turn their credit card machine back on. It was very disappointing as I have used them before and liked them. This was really unprofessional and has made me really hesitant to try them again.

My wife came here two weeks ago and received an unprofessional experience! It’s been fresh on my mind ever since I received a phone call after her service. The man who works there was extremely rude and disrespectful towards my wife. The prices for service was not displayed or discussed ahead of time. When she asked for a break down it was refused. The management needs to handle who this man is. He has multiple bad reviews on google and yelp! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I am so glad to have found a great nail salon so close to me! Both pedis I’ve had so far were flawless and wonderfully done. I am definitely using them for all my nail needs!

I wont be using this place any more.They cut me 4 times that just on one hand doing nails. I had my nails done with dip. My manicure consisted of some sort of drip on each nail and then she began to cut dry still around my nail. This lady didnt know how to do this type of service. I had that glue, powder stuck to my nail skin, which is not right. This is not a 4.2 star service . And no discount for bad service!!

I went here for the first time today because a friend recommended them. Usually when i ask for a design i don’t get even close to what i ask for even if they are very simple but today Vivian did an amazing job and i will definitely be going back! Thank you!

This business is very unprofessional and unwelcoming to black people. I have never been kicked out of an establishment for being black before in my ENTIRE LIFE. You can tell they did not like my presence there once I walked in. People stared and pointed. After asking one question about the size of the nail the worker got frustrated for no reason. It was just an excuse to make me leave. I believe they called me names as well behind the counter. I never felt more less than a human before. I left crying because of the way I was treated and I am definitely reporting it. As a business graduate their customers service was BOTTOM TIER and unwarranted. Plus they opened late on a Saturday. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. For my people of color pleaser take your services elsewhere where you are appropriated as a customer. The business will lie about the service but I have it ALL on tape.

I’ve been coming to Charming since November 2020, biweekly no skips! Today, Saturday May 8th was OFFICIALLY the VERY LAST TIME! Pricing has been inconsistent for the last 4 visits for the EXACT same mani/pedi, I showed my receipts today because again different price than 2 weeks ago for the same as always. The man ARGUED with me saying those were not the receipts from them and I didn’t get the same each time when receipts show exactly what mani/pedi selected. I asked simply why the recent inconsistent pricing he completely flips out!! Very unprofessional and disrespectful when asked a simple question with shown proof of the inconsistent pricing. Extremely disappointed!

Not a bad place but I won’t spend $50 on a paraffin wax pedicure again. Polish on toes peeled off like stickers not even 3 days later.

They do really good nails and pedicures the only thing I dont like is the foreign language because you feel like theyre saying some ish about you and nine times out of 10 they probably are. I just want to get my nails and toes donein peace without listening to a language I am not familiar with

I received excellent service for a full set of dip nails. My nails are difficult to do, but my technician was so patient and my nails look great! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The cleanliness and sanitizing of the salon is definitely appreciated. Will be back!

My nails were done last Monday and my polish is already coming on along with my nail art. We went back to get our nails fixed and the owner acted like he didnt carry and said only gel polish is warrantied, we dont see that posted any where. We spent $155 in here and he doesnt care to correct the shotty work for that was done.

Did a great job on my nails. They have just put in new chairs and all looking wonderful in side. Guys go check them out ASAP.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional!Wanted to get nail exstensions and the nail tech told me that she didn’t want to ruin my nails, because they are so naturally pretty and that they won’t last etc. even though I told her that I know what I wanted she continued to insist on just giving me a gel manicure. Since I had no chance to get to another salon I said whatever and got just the manicure she wanted to give me.Even though it wasn’t the worst I’ve had it was definitely not the best. Two nails were uneven and she got gel on the skin of two of my nails that started peeling a week after.

Great place, great prices. I only get pedis so I can’t comment on the fingernails. They do a great pedicure though and very friendly people.

Took them 3 times to paint my nails after being told they were dry the nail polish kept coming off... one of them told me one price and after the other lady charged me $10 more after already paying price I was originally told. The lady who originally did my nails seamed to not really care while the one who fixed them was nice and polite...

Don’t go to charming nails, they do a horrible job, the quality of my manicure is awful my nails aren’t even straight. I asked from the beginning how much acrylic was because I was gifted a gift certificate for $25 and told her that’s all I had. They still charged me $30 and over charged me just so they could get a tip in. They over charge, they’re prices are wrong and they’re dishonest. Pay with cash if you plan to go bc they’ll over charge you debit card. Very dissatisfied. They don’t even deserve one star!

They do a horrible job, I would not suggest to go here. I have white polish that turned yellow in a day. I went back and they stated that it was because of my braided hair??

She filed my toe nails so thin and wouldn’t stop when I complained. It took more than 6 months for my toe nails to grow out.

Got my nails done with my mom. My mom got gel mani/pedi and I got gel pedi. The nail techs really dedicated their time on us, and did an excellent job. Will be coming back in the future.
