Very sloppy work I pay 95 for service get home and my toes is half polished nails thick looking I will never return here for service and to add insult injury I got my nails done Friday June 16 and Monday the 18th the clear coat is chipping on the sns service I had done needless to say I will never return to have such high price and poor quality work! Ive never had this happen with sns and I get this service all the time

I absolutely love this place. I have been going there for almost 2 years now. Lynn is the owner, she really cares about giving the best services. The lady who does my nails the most, Deana does a really awe job and I ALWAYS Le satisfied when she has done my nails.

So relaxing. Unlike some others, this Nail Spa is quiet and the quality work is great.

Pam was excellent, and very professional, and very professional she treated mama she treated my mom with love and kindness I will be taking her back I will be taking her back!

I waited an hour just to get my eyebrows done. The first 25 minutes its 1 worker in the shop, 2 customers waiting and I was the 3rd. No one was getting serviced. Another lady walked in 10 minutes after me, and was called to the chair to get her eyebrows done. And no one address the fact that I am still sitting here in the waiting area. Poor service.

Got my nails done here for the first time not even 30hrs ago trying to beat the virus shut down, a $50 FILL IN i must add. asked the guy to make them as pointy as possible-he still rounded the ends. Also 2 are already broken.....

If I could rate a -5 stars I would. Came in last week for a new set & this by far is the WORST nail salon I’ve EVER been to. A week later & they’re ALREADY POPPING OFF! The girl doing my nails filled to the point to where I started bleeding on multiple fingers, didn’t do my desired shape I had to go home & file them on my own after asking her multiple times to file them the way I had wanted & had an attitude every time I asked her to refile them. Asked for ombré glitter on 4 nails & they look completely different on each hand, a mess. DEFINITELY over priced for the poor quality, service, & work ethic. Overall I definitely would NOT recommend this salon to ANYONE. A waste of money.

I went in for a fill in, no nails had to be replaced, they used stickers for the design I asked for instead of painting it on, the nails are all lumpy and uneven, one nails polish has already PEELED off, the design stickers are peeling off, they are all different lengths and shapes, and yet I paid 55 dollars for these nails just earlier this afternoon. I’m going back tomorrow to either get them fixed or find a solution but I am just baffled.

Lynh is amazing & her entire staff is as well! They have consistently gone beyond my expectations, & their prices are unbeatable! They do an amazing job, have all the latest trendy nail polish, designs, & techniques -- plus awesome wax and massage service. You always leave satisfied. If anything doesnt look absolutely perfect to you, they happily tailor it to your exact vision. I will never go anywhere else!

Please! Do not go to this nail salon! About a week ago me and my two roommates came here and we all got full sets. One girl really messed up one of my roommates nails and she had to get them completely re done. I was sort of satisfied with mine when we left. But the next day my nails already started to look dinghy. The acrylic was laid on to thick and un even and lumpy. In general all our nails looked sloppy, nothing like the pictures in the reviews. I had my nails for ONE WEEK and they started to lift and fall off. They hadnt even had time to grow out. I had my nails on for literally a week and all of them on one hand fell off. I also got my eyebrows done. The lady was so friendly and nice and we had a awesome conversation. But she took like almost all my eyebrows off. She didnt ask me what shape or how i wanted them she literally just waxed them into a thin line.

My niece and I walked in for her birthday present. Everyone was super friendly and doted on her. Everyone made it super special for her. I usually go to a different place but I am definitely making a switch. I will be back!💗

They did a great job on my nails like no one in hometown. The gel product selection was great,a bit under staff for a busy day like Saturday but friendly people. Would go there again when in town.

I have came here a few times and it was okay. But the one time I make an appointment, I come in and have to wait. Now I scheduled my appointment with the owner, for her to do my pedicure and filling but she ask me to let this other lady to do my pedicure. And I was not happy with that but i said yes. The lady took someone else and Ive been soaking for 30 35 mins at this point. Comes 10:51am and the owner, who I made my appointment with... ask me to wait longer for someone to do my pedicure because a walk in wanted only her to do her color change. I will never EVER come here again. God Bless them but I dont want another experience like that.

My nails look horrible. I will have to have redone after work after paying $40 today. I wish I could attach a picture of what I asked for and what I got.

The instruments used during my pedicure were obviously used on previous clients and were not sterile. He pulled them out of a plastic box that look like it had nail dust all in it with other used files buffers etc...used them on me and through everything back in the box together. I shouldve walked out but didnt want to embarrass my daughter who was with me. Hope I dont get some crazy nail disease. The pedicure itself was average at best.

I love them. Lynn and her staff is friendly, patient, they are listeners, they take their time with you & creative. They make sure that you are completely satisfied before you walk out the door.

My experience wasnt ideal - I personally have been going here since I moved to Greenville almost four years ago... This has never been my favorite but it is in a convenient location and very close to home & where I have worked...... I really like the owner but never have had a consistent experience - Plus I have gotten a fungus in my big toes on two occasions that I have to work hard to cure now...... Well my most recent Saturday experience left me a little peeved and I vowed to go one more time just to use my $10 off coupon...... Everytime I get my nails done I always end up having to fix & reshape my nails... Last week there was a miscommunication with one of the nail technicians and the owner had to intervene... Going forward I am taking my business elsewhere - The technicians are not that great and there is no consistency in experience & cleanliness...... UPDATE: So since Ive posted my review someone from the business has responded (I believe the owner Lynn) - At first I was annoyed about such response but have had a few days to ponder... I have confirmed when & where I am taking my business elsewhere and have looked up how to get rid of my yeast (I agree about the nasty fungus & observations from another Reviewer and she was generous with the 2 star rating)... As I said to Mrs. Lynn I will be back for my parrafin manicure and hope this is a cordial experience... I am more frustrated with the staff she hires and how I have been treated in the past - One technician I specifically do not want doing my nails because her work is not satisfactory & she is disrespectful and the second technician just has an attitude & will over charge you... So if you get this UPDATE Lynn there is no hard feelings towards you but I am paying for a service and want to be happy with what I get going forward...... I paid over $100 to get a full set done and within 3 days I lost 2 nails . This place is horrible I will never go there again Just because they look pretty at the end does not mean they are well put together

I got my nails done not even 40 hrs ago a $50 FILL IN mind you asked for them to be stiletto sharp he still rounded the ends and two already broke!

If you want top notch service, dont go here. Im easy but shouldnt have to wait 15 mins for someone to acknowledge me.

I am only giving them 2 stars bc they were super friendly. However, i went their with my daughter bc our regular place was closed. There were things I noticed but blew them off. 1. I did not see them sanitizing the foot bath. 2. I did not see her take the tools out of a sanitary package.3. She used used disposable items such as emory boards and foot scrubbers.4. No gloves.These were warning signs I should have paid attention to, but I didnt want to be rude and leave.Needless to say, 4 days later i started developing an nasty nail fungus. I started treating it within a week but it is 2 mo later and I still cant get rid of it. Unfortunately they have not been schooled in hygiene practices. And unfortunately I wont be back.

It was okay i’ll Just stick to where I have been going I asked for rounded nails but the lady that did it didn’t know how to shape well I guess she was new..smh it’s nice on the inside and but another problem is why would you be on the phone while you are working very unprofessional! You need to be concentrating on my nails

Today was my first visit to luxury nails and i was very impressed.the prices are reasonable and the quality of the service is excellent.i have been to a lot of nail salons in Greenville and luxury is by far the best one i have been to.I definitely will be returning!!
