This place is horrible. Very low quality work for such an expensive price. 4 different people work on ur nails. I sat there for two hours just for my nails to look horrible. Not to mention that they were filing my nails every time they come back which made it so short to which they were filing my skin and now my thumb is very sore.

The lobby area was so dusty with cobwebs everywhere and they have the nerves to place a sign up saying “don’t touch “ 🙃 don’t worry!!!I signed in like they asked but my name was never called after waiting for over an hour I left very disappointed with their services. You guys need to do better and appreciate the fact that your customers are there to experience a nice tranquil and clean environment .

My best friend and I went in for pedi and we asked to be able to sit together but they didnt allow us to. Sign says $30 for a pedi but ended up having to pay $55. We told them they needed to change their sign because I definitely would not have sat down if I knew it was that much. I will not be back again.

Came in for a full set gel with tips for myself and a polish for my child. Ended up being $50. I’m 9 days out from having them done and they are lifting away from my nail beds and are so thick and uneven. Guess that happens when 4 different nail techs do your nails. Never again. I’ll take my money and patience else where. And last but not least my thumb nails aren’t even the same length...

I went there for a fill and the guy who did my nails was very gentle and he did a great job with my fill. I got a milk white acrylic fill with gel top coat. I’m very satisfied

I had acrylic nails put on at Lovely Nails last night (for the first time ever) and also treated myself to a pedicure. The staff was friendly and courteous and did a wonderful job! I felt very pampered and the results look fantastic!

Too many people work on your nails. The prices are never the same. Give whites better service than blacks. I will not be going back.

John and his workers take very good care of you and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit... I travel 30 miles because I wont allow anyone else to touch my nails.

Does great work but customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! You are bound to sit for 2 hours and another customer will walk in and get services and will be done before you.... On this visit, i was only getting 1 nail repaired and nail couldve been easily cut with clippers and removed with a fingernail... I had to soak while he finish 2 refills and then start on a fullset... The lady getting a fullset felt what was going on was wrong. She mentioned twice to the nail tech, You dont want to go on and finish hers, she was here before me. He continued to work on her nails like me being there over an hour waiting to get 1 nail done meant nothing to him.. I paid for what he had done and left with unfinished services -Offers no type of apology or regret for customers acknowledging they are receiving horrible service... Nail shop visits should be relaxing not stressful....

Well 1st of all I didnt wanna give them any Stars however I had to, just to write this review! I understand this is the South and they tend to operate different than we do in the Midwest.Someone does your pedicure but not completely finish the job meaning you go over and sit somewhere else where u wait for someone to polish your Toes, which I felt was a waste of time. Then they wanted to charge me $80 for a NoChip manicure and a Regular pedicure! I pay $70 where I live W/O all the waiting!!! Not to mention I called for pricing and they told me something totally different on the phone which caused a confrontation between the young man that works there Cursing saying he didnt tell me that price, as though I had to Lie!!!!!!Never Never Never will I Go there again!!!The Health Dept need to go check their Hygiene!!!!! How bout THAT??!!!So all of you all thats given them 5 Stars you obviously dont know any better or havent tried any better place than this! From looks the nail shop in Walmart does a better job!!!!!

Customer service is horrible set in there 2 hours and my daughter still didnt get her nails painted thats all she wanted and they kept say 10 minutes 2 hours later I walked out with my 8 year old crying because she never got her nails done
