The ladies were great. Super friendly and welcoming. However, my cuticles were not pushed back far enough and they already need a fill. Its only been a week and a half. Some nails look fine and others are not even close to the nail bed. Pedicure was fantastic! Super bummed about my nails though since I paid $100.

Highly disappointed with the service. I asked for gel acrylic and they had no idea what it was. When they finally figured it out he proceeded to continue but he had no clue how to use it. I asked him several times if he knew how. He told me he did, long story short and $55 later he did a terrible job! Really sucks!!! Just be honest next time!!! 😡

I called to check the hours of operation and pricing this afternoon. When I arrived at 5:30 pm. The door was locked with people inside. I figured it was extra security. I knocked and no one responded. I checked earlier for closing time and the hours on the door stated they close at 7 just as I was informed earlier today. Someone yelled at me from a parked car asking if I had an appointment. Then said well we are not taking customers without an appointment. SHE yelled from a parked car in the parking lot!!!! Horrible customer service. DO NOT spend your money here.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was recommended to come to Orchard Nails and I made an appointment with Hannah ahead of time at 11am. I got there 5 mins early and told them my name and I had an appointment. I sat down and then hannah told me to soak my nails off. While I was soaking my nails she was finishing up another ladies nails. Once she finished the other lady, my dip powder nails were completely soaked off and I figured she would start my nails. Nope! She started to do the ladys daughters nails for another 40+ minutes in front of me. She asked Maria to file my nails a little and I asked Maria if she was going to do them or if Hannah was and she told me Hannah was. Now its a hour into my appointment and my nails have only been soaked and filed a little. I waited patiently and once she finished the daughter nails I told her nicely how much does it cost for soaking off nails and filing and I also asked what happened. She told me, the mom.had an appointment before me but the daughter didnt and she let her cut in front of me... She didnt charge anything for the little she did to my nails but she didnt apologize and Im sure she was talking about me in her language as I was leaving. Wont ever come back! O stars
