I drove 40 minutes out my way to go to this salon because of the reviews. Before going to this place, let me stop you. I walked in for a pedicure and a fill in on my nails. The lady was rude in tone and wanted to charge me $95 for a FILL IN!! She was trying to explain what a fill in is to me, which I know. I get my nails done every 2 weeks but the nail salon I normally attend was closed today. My full set for these plain, one color nails wasn’t even $95. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! If I can tell you anything, do not go here please!!

Great service. Amazing staff! First time visiting and felt like a regular customer. Was a little nervous of paying more than other salons but very worth it. Nails last long. No lifting/breaking. Week 3 and barely a need for a fill in. Highly recommend. Wait times can be long but thats expected with a great salon.

As you can tell from the response to the previous google review this place is very unprofessional. I never mentioned going to another nail tech. The technician suggested that!!!! As anyone can see in the response to my google review. The same way this place uses their google platform to bash anyone that has something negative to say about their work, JUST IMAGINE how it is once inside. Also, I don’t need to “forgive” my nail tech. She was out of town on vacation and I made a HORRIBLE mistake to try another location. Instead of spending time responding negatively to a google review knowing the person can’t respond or defend themselves. Take time to treat every client with common courtesy and not just your “loyal clients”.

Im greeted instantly by lovely nail artists who have the sole desire of making my experience the best one yet. Never been disappointed. Comprehensive nail care for both my fingers and my toes. They care about the health of the nails before they cover it with nail polish, dip powder, gel, acrylic etc. SUPER IMPORTANT! And theres always great conversation. Do not buy gift certificates. Must use quickly or they will simply keep your money. Figured that with covid and people not going out much they they would be more understanding. Gift certificate is almost 6 months old and they won’t accept.

DO NOT get your eyebrows done here. Staff will rush through your process and not pay attention to what they are doing. When I went the lady that did my eyebrows kept putting hot wax on a area that was already waxed. I left with a burning sensation under my eyebrow, the next morning I woke up with a burn mark. Even a women next to me that was getting her eyebrows done as well stated to them that something is burning her. The staff just laughed and continued with the service.

The treatment here is amazing 🤩! They always treat me like family.Every other salon I go to always treat me like I’m just a customer, but they treat me like family, always welcoming me with a warm heart. They always recommend what’s best for my nails, and know what I like. Their different types of pedicures(my favorite is the cucumber scent) are so relaxing(and I know you deserve that nice massage with that slice of orange😌).

Christina is the baddest nail tech in the game! I drive past multiple nail salons to get to this establishment, and I will continue to do so because of Christina. I originally came to Lovely Nails almost a year ago after having a bad experience at another nail salon that is 5mins from my house. After having paid and not receiving what I asked for, I was hesitant and distraught to pay someone else and have the same experience. Christina heard my concerns, explained their policy up front (pre payment for services—this sign is also posted multiple places throughout the establishment, so you can’t miss it), and said that she could help. Not only did Christina fix my nails that time, but she also made a lifelong customer and friend. Christina is personable, professional, creative, and genuine. She honestly cares about her clients and goes out of her way to make sure that their requests are heard and understood. If you want your nails done right every time, go see Christina.The nail salon itself is always inviting and clean (even the bathrooms). The other staff are pleasant, albeit it’s always busy because everyone wants to get their nails done here! My advice is to go early in the day or in the evening a few hours before they close so you’ll miss the rush.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I got a full set of long, coffin shaped ombre acrylics, it was $105 ($10 per nail). But definitely worth it!!! Very kind ladies and i’m in love with my nails. I will surely be back.

If you want GREAT QUALITY nails this is the place to go!I have been coming her for almost 10 years and every time I walk in the door I leave out satisfied. At one point I had to go to other nail salons due to getting a pay cut but as soon as I was able to afford their services again I went back ASAP. When I had to go to other nail salons, I paid less, but there was always something I was dissatisfied about. You may pay a little more here but it is worth every penny. My nails last from 3 to 4 weeks before a fill in is needed, and my lashes about 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes longer. To add to that I have never had a broken nail. I dont know what products they are using but I know the quality is amazing which makes sense of why they charge more. As far as the comments about Christina being rude, that is a bold face lie. The only way you will get check by Christina is if you try to run over her and I dont blame her, they have a business to run and no time for nonsense. Anyway thats my 2 cents, but honestly speaking this is the best nail salon, hands down! I would rate them a 10 if I could.

Quality of work is great, but on Good Friday, the wait was almost an hour. A little pricey, but worth it.

Haven’t even gotten my nails done yet. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes now and still no one has gotten to me. There’s only one person getting her feet done and there’s 4 people here. One of them is doing the woman’s feet and the other ones are sitting in the back as if I can’t see them and they can’t see me. At this point I’m ready to walk out.

I love this place! It was clean and not crowded at all. I went on a Friday around 1. Kristeen was super sweet and funny and caring! And my nails came out Perfect! Definitely recommend it if youre in the area.

Not worth how much they want to charge. They were very very slow, they didnt wipe off all of my previous color, they cut me multiple times when buffing, and the simple paint job just sucked. The service I received was not worth $43.00 nor was it worth any of my time.

The ride and unprofessional I get my eyebrows and pedicure done, I started going because they really didn’t have business so I did not have to wait, the lady told me I had to add a treatment to my service which I have never been told before, I did not need any extra services she told me this when I came in she could not see my feet so how would she know what I need ?we went back and forth she was basically arguing with me saying I needed it, They gave my money back and did not serve me, that is crazy considering I have never had a problem before when I go there, no one has ever told me that but I asked for the owners name she refused to give it to me and told me she was the only person I could speak to, needless to say no service was rendered, I won’t be returning, they lost 40.00 for trying to make me get a extra 5.00 service, no more of my money and my family and friends won’t be spending there monies with those people!

They changed me about $90 for plain almond shaped acrylics and when i got home i noticed the acrylic had dripped so my nails were lumpy

The WORST experience I had with a nail salon. When I first walked in the lady made me pay first before sitting down. Everyone else who walked in after me did not have to pay before getting service. I walked in here and was waiting to get my nails done with my friend. She called me up to the counter and asked what I wanted done and for a gel set with a short tip she told me it would be 85$. I’m sorry I’ve never paid over 50 anywhere in South Carolina. Not sure if she just didn’t want me and my friend to be there or what. I know the other women in there weren’t charged close to that amount. Such a weird experience

Upon entry, they coldly stick a thermometer in your face and tell you to pay before you even sit down for service. When they nonchalantly reply that “different places, do different things” you can tell that they can care less for you and your business.Update:The fact that you are defensive and combative shows your unprofessionalism. It was not the fact that you checked my temperature, it was because you didn’t mention what you were going to do and thrust the thermometer in my face. And the fact that you compare yourself to Whole Foods when you store looks so basic and undesirable is laughable. I would say you are more equivalent to a Dollar General, honey. Again, what I found to be distasteful was that you make your patrons pay beforehand (like we are thieves) and the nonchalant attitude you gave when I questioned your foreign tactics. Learn some customer service!

In this view I will not take away from the quality of the service that this nail salon provides. I will just warn you to be aware of the prices that are quoted and ask questions. I love getting my nails done and price is not a problem. However, I went in to get a fill in with gel polish she quoted me $65 which is more expensive than I would normally pay for a fill in. I ended up paying because it’s a “prepaid” service. Only thing that bothered me was a young lady sat down beside me and asked for a full set of gel nails and a design on two nails and was given the same price $65 for a full set and design. When I asked my tech why would I be paying the same price someone is paying for a full set she told me that if I didn’t like her prices to go to my normal salon. Long story short I ended up getting my money back and will NEVER be back. We all have to be more mindful of who we spend our money with. Don’t let someone charge you crazy prices just because they feel like you will pay it.

My wife and I got pedicures. Each lasted 1 hr and 40 minutes... they did an amazing job. Youre paying for an experience. Great place and super relaxed atmospheres. All the technicians jokes around and treat you like you belong. They dont use timers or rush anything. They use different techniques. Really cool experience.

A very beautiful shop! Not only are they friendly, but they were really helpful with all of my questions. I do nails but I hardly do my own nails. They always keep me up to date with everything. My friend and I were in the area from Columbia, SC and decided last minute to get pedicures... just to relax from a long work week. Today it was absolutely gorgeous outside. We expected to wait a little longer (Saturdays are typically busy) BUT to our surprise there was NO WAIT, and many other customer were being serviced in the chairs. We were seated and serviced right away and to top it off, WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED w/ the service. Thanks for the great service💫

I walked in and told the lady I wanted a full set no design and short short. So basically no tip and she said $75. No maam and thats probably the reason the parking lot is empty

My whole family loves this place! Have been coming here for years! I never go anywhere else! They are always nice and do an outstanding job! Well worth my drive from TR!
