While waiting to get a pedicure I was just observing the salon and they were very friendly! More so the receptionist, very sweet. When I was waiting for my pedicure the nail technician reused the gloves and DID NOT use sterile instruments. Although she said they were. She was nice as well and professional. But once she was finished right away she went to the next customer AND reused the same gloves that she just used on me and the SAME filing instruments, cuticle cutter and nails file. The same exact ones! she did not clean them nor did not rinse them after me. That is extremely concerning. That showed me that they reuse the exact same instruments on each and every client. No sterilization whatsoever. I was disgusted and could not proceed to get my nails done. I did read the positive reviews which lead me to go to this salon, but this is what I saw was not what I would call a clean and sterile salon.

My nails were perfect. Van was my tech. My moms tech Tina did a great job on her feet and was very sensitive to my moms special needs. The wax though, was a little rough. But the lady who did it is hilarious and has a LOT of character!

Never again ! While I was trying to tell her the design I wanted she said can you not put a design I have other things to do . And when she asked if I liked them I said there ok she said okay because there’s nothing I can do to fix it ! Like why ask then ? All of that for 100 dollars 🙄

Forever will be my nail salon!! Was quick yet had AMAZING results!! 10/10 will go again!!Not only did my nails look great, the lady doing them was super friendly!!

I dont do this often so I dont have much to compare to but I enjoyed it... it was a little awkward for me but thats not them, its fun and relaxing (without a sunburn like me lol)

BB is great. But they need more help you shouldnt have to wait 3 hours

I saw it on Google. A well-known nail salon in the city, what a wonderful experience here. They are very friendly, clean it is cool, the price is ok, I will come back here often.

Love the people and the atmosphere, everyone is so sweet plus they are kid friendly so my girls even love going and they know my girls names by heart, as soon as we walk in, my girl run to them giving them hugs, they are the only place I go to and I get so many compliments on my nails, plus I have never had a bad experience, will only go to them.

Didnt even come close to the pictures I asked on feet or hands !!!! for padi with paint, a set and a padi with no paint 190 was ridiculous

The Nail Tech was not professional at all she couldnt do my nails like the picture I gave her she left me sitting there with unfinished nails to go do another customer nails.she sent another lady to paint my nails she did a horrible job they didnt offer a refund or tired to finish my nails.

Did a fabulous job.
