I go here every time i need my eyebrows done, they always do an amazing job! there’s three women who have done my eyebrows and they have always done great. it’s only ten dollars and very much worth it!

I went to Henry’s a couple weeks ago and they did an excellent job. I went back this evening for a fill-in. It was exactly 5:35. Their were 2 people doing bails and one lady waiting. I signed in, ans sat down. I was then told or asked could I make an appointment and come back tomorrow because they close at 8pm. I said, “ excuse me”. She said we don’t have enough people and time to do your nail today. I said okay- and I will not be coming back.

So I went yesterday at 2:30 hoping to be helped for just a simple acrylic French tip set. When I got there no one greeted me, so I spoke up and said what I wanted to have done and they very abruptly brushed me off and told me to have a seat. That was fine, I didn’t mind having to wait a minute. About 15 minutes pass and 2 other women have come in at this point, they expressed what they want done and were immediately seated and helped. At this point I became a little frustrated because I never heard those other women indicate that they had an appointment so I’m not sure why they were helped before me. I got up and asked if I would be seen soon and I was told there was no way they would be able to get me in anytime soon. I was a little confused as to why they couldn’t have just told me that when i initially arrived but anyways. Who I’m guessing is the owner told me that I could make an appointment for today, Saturday morning at 9:15 and I could be helped then. I said that was fine I completely understand and that I wanted to have my nails done here because I had heard good things about them. Lol. I show up for my appointment this morning at 9:15 and I am given the same treatment. I’m not greeted, so when I walk in I say “hi I have a 9:15 appointment for an acrylic set!” And I am told to have a seat and I’ll be helped. I sit for about 20 minutes until another women comes in and I notice she was seated and helped immediately. At this point I’m frustrated. I sit for another few minutes in hopes I will be helped. That’s when I group of 3 women walk in with no appointment each wanting full mani/pedis and they are seated and helped immediately. Meanwhile I am still sitting there and have not be assisted in any way. I’m not sure why they were so intent on not helping me or treating me the same as their other clients but I got the vibe that it was because I am a young, female college student & they felt they could just run me over. Don’t waste your time with this place. It’s gross on the outside (& inside), they are not helpful whatsoever, and they clearly do not value all their customers! Wasted over 2 hours dealing with this place between all this & still don’t have my nails done.

Henry the owner has a bad attitude! He needs to know how to talk to his customers in his nail shop!The young lady that done my nails today was awesome but Henry needs help.

This was my first time going here... I got a full set long coffin acrylics no polish..... Perfect shape and length I really like that they listened to what I wanted and didnt try to pressure me into getting something I really didnt want..... Very friendly staff and Julie did an amazing job on my nails!!

I supported this salon for 5 years only bc of Lindsey. Henry nor his wife knows how to treat their customers. They obviously mistreat certain races of ppl regardless of how polite and loyal you are to them. I found a new salon over year ago and I still hear bad reviews from Henrys.

I really liked this place. The inside is very clean and organized. The nail technicians are very friendly and good at holding a conversation. I went for a full set/gel polish; no design. Although I had to wait 45minutes as soon as I was called to a chair the nail technician finished rather quickly, yet professionally. Also, the prices are very reasonable.

Been a customer for 20 years! My mom and I were going to Henry and Julies long before they had their own shop. Obviously the customer service is great or I would not still be going there.I have read a few comments andI have never seen anyone be rude. I have seen a few get upset because someone was seated before them. If you have an appointment you will be seen before the walk in. That is true at a doctors office also. I will be going to Henrys nail for a long to come! God willing!

Love this place! Henry always speaks and is so nice when I go into his business. Mike does my nails and he always can remember my name and what my favorite color is. They are easy on your hands and do an excellent job! Nice people who do a great work.

I’m giving this establishment 3 stars for customer service. I booked an appointment over 3 weeks in advance; however, when I arrived (I was on time), I was told that someone else had been scheduled for that time slot and that I would have to wait until another technician was free. What’s the big deal, you might ask? This was not the first time this has happened and it was not the second or the third.To their credit, they did apologize but I made the decision, that I was not going to wait another 15 minutes or more; my time is valuable even if this establishment did not see it as such. I chose to take my business elsewhere and pray continued blessings on this establishment.

Coming to Henry’s Nails is always a wonderful experience! Henry clearly cares about his staff, and they about him and each other, which makes for a delightfully stress-free environment! The nail technicians are VERY professional at their craft, and I’ve noticed that even when the salon is busy, I’ve never felt hurried. I’ve also found that every technician is good—Henry works very hard to keep standards high.One of the things I’ve noticed about this salon is the positive atmosphere—you will often find people smiling and laughing!! I have made many new friends at this salon, both staff and clients, and always look forward to coming back. Thank you!

The ladies and the nails were nice and done well but it’s obvious they have certain races they prefer for their customers. Henry told my mother in law at 645 they couldn’t accept anymore customers since they had accepted me and my two friends for 3 pedis and 2 manis when she wanted a pedicure too. They then accepted 2 other women after she left. The other women came well after 7 when they close at 8 tonight. Henry is a rude person.

I have gone to Henrys nails for years. I recently stopped by there this past weekend with my daughter to get our nails done. I have not had anything done to my nails or her since 2017 and they remember who I was. They asked where Ive been all this time. I responded just busy with life LOL. Anyways the work that they did was good as always. Little did I know I had left my debit card there after we left I had forgotten my debit card right on the front counter after I paid. I didnt remember getting it back because that night I looked at my wallet trying to pay for something and it wasnt there I looked online and saw that Henrys Nails was the last place I was. I had an overall OK experience. I went on a Saturday morning just as they were opening. I was able to be serviced immediately. The tech acted as if he was very confused when I explained to him that I wanted gel. He said “gel is $50 and acrylic is $35”. That kinda of made me feel like he thought I couldn’t afford $50.....

Julie (owners wife) does my nails. She does an excellent job. Very friendly and always accommodates my design ideas. And Lisa always does my pedi. Outstanding!!

Great place. Staff works hard to make it the way you want it done. Very friendly. I see many people forget thatthey work hard so dont tip them. So sad that people forget to be kind.

I had an emergency and showed up 45 mins before closing time without an appointment. They were able to accommodate me, give me a pedicure and paint French tips on my finger nails all before closing time. Very impressed!

The service was great but there was a long wait. We arrived at 5 and were not sat down until 6:30 and then we sat for another 20 minutes before our water was even turned on. The overall product was great. But while we were waiting there was this nice respectful African American woman who was minding her own business and choosing her nail colors. She was told that she couldnt get her nails done because they didnt think that they would have enough time. And when she asked if she could receive another nail technician they still told her to leave. While all the other Caucasian people who had walked in up to 20 minutes after her they did not say a thing to them. After she left not even 5 minutes later two Caucasian women were seated that had arrived after her and by the time we were done they had no one waiting to be seated but this african american man.

Ive been to the shop several times and every time I come I have some type of racial they close at 5 I get off of work at 4 and the Chinese lady tells me she will not take me I advise you if youre black or any other ethnic race do not go to this particular nail spa I had two Caucasian young ladies walk in 5 minutes after I did and was not asked to leave or come back another day so if thats not racist what is

I have been getting my nails done here a while and never had a issue with the staff bc they do great nails however, on this particular visit the owner Henry was very rude. I have been coming to nail salon a while and have witnessed him being rude before. I normally ignore this and say it’s “a bad day” but considering I spend a good amount of money here I don’t appreciate him slamming my arm rest to my pedi chair out the way so the lady who’s feet he was doing could get up. And he never put it up or asked if it was okay. Just very distasteful. I will be looking for somewhere else to spend my money ASAP, I shouldn’t have to deal with that type of service everytime I go.

They do a great job but Henry is very rude and disrespectful. He doesnt know how to talk to you without being rude. He serves whoever he wants quickly....appointment or not. Hes very races and will choose caucasian people over any other....they arent the only ones that have money. My money spends like everyone else!!!! I want be going back!!!!!

I got cut from the illegal microplane they use for pedicures. The injury was so deep that I had couldnt put pressure on my toe for about a month. I had to take antibiotics from the infection. My injury wasnt even cleaned. Then the owners LIED to the health inspector about how they handled the injury. Stay away.

Very annoyed with this place. I made an appointment for 3:30 and didn’t get sat in a chair till 4 then they didn’t even come start on me till 4:25. I got a full set by someone who was in a ridiculous rush. I was done and out the door before 5. I asked for matte and since he was in such a rush he didn’t let it dry properly so only some of my nails are matte the others shinny. I wasn’t satisfied but still tipped. They ran my card 3 different times and gave themselves 10$ more than what I originally signed for. When I called to see what was going on the owner was very rude and kept implying I should’ve given them more In the first place. VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ESTABLISHMENT

Went there today with my cousin and my nails are ok however, Henry and his staff are EXTREMELY rude, they yelled at us in a very rude and unprofessional manner to get out while I was under the dryer...because I had gotta regular polish it requires more drying time, because I was rushed out I scratched my nails very badly getting in my car I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL. Very Racist and very rude also unsanitary!!!
