CC was amazing! She slayed my nails and did it quickly and was very friendly and made me laugh the whole time. Definitely will never go anywhere else.

They have two females that do great on nails. One guy, well maybe he was rushing, but he didnt do a very good job on my daughters nails. There is a bit of a wait also, however its worth it to have nails looking as good as mine.

I love them. They are quick, but thorough. The only thing I hate is that sometimes theres a wait, but I cant really hold it against them that they are awesome!!

Caroline is my nail tech and she does an amazing job. Im not there all day. Everybody is friendly and makes you feel at home. I gained great friends just from going here. So if you go to ECU, Pitt, or just live in the area THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TOO!!!! Prices are decent, wait times are short, guaranteed GREAT nails😊

Caroline is THE best! She is already amazing but she improves everyday! She loves her clients and the relationship she builds with them. My nails are always on point. I am a registered nurse so I am contently washing my hands. My shellac will last 2 weeks or more!

Kept running metal drill bit over my skin. Everyone of my nails are in pain and 1/2 are bleeding. I kept saying ouch and pulling my hand. Finally I said no more. He said it was a very OLD bit and it gets hot cause he has to go harder. Not my problem get a new bit!!

Everyone is very nice & do a great job!👍🏽But that Manager👎🏾☹is rude her employees does a better job than her. Normally the others do mines but just so happen she had to do me. I really didnt want her to cause I remembered her horrible work from before. I will do it myself before I let her do anything to me. Her manners & disposition is no good. Her employees are very respectful.

After having spinal reconstruction surgery, I havent been able to cut my toe nails. Went into Love Nails VIP for a pedicure and received the royal treatment! Christine was so meticulous in every aspect. Thank you Christine and Ill see you next month.

Got to this nail salon at 7:07 for a full set (they close at 8) NO CUSTOMERS PRESENT and they sent me back out the door. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! I’m big mad LOL

The staff are rude. The girl drilled my natural nails so much she burnt me several times and now my nails are breaking at the skin. She cut my cuticles hurting me and causing me to bleed. I did not see any cleaning done in between guests. I will never go back.

Definitely 5 star nail salon, have been coming here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed, great staff customer service and great quality of work. Would recommend to anyone!

They did a great job, its hard to find a place that can do the styletto shape well but they did an excellent job on the shape and gave me exactly what I asked for. Friendly staff, decent prices. I would suggest calling before or making an appointment

Dont waste your money on acrylic nails here. Ive gotten them done twice, once for my wedding and once for fun. Both times the technician was rushing and ground my cuticles to bleeding and they were WAY too thick. Almost a quarter inch. They also start to pull away and fall off in about a week.Pedicure was lovely.

Went two weeks ago and had great service. Friendly staff. I needed a gel polish changed because another salon did a terrible job the week prior. The gentlemen at this salon redid my nails well enough I didnt have to get a fill-in last week. I will be returning here soon!

The acrylic on my nails were way to this and I asked the nail tech to go back over them and he said no, my nail broke with 4 days of getting my nails done! I do not recommend you to go to them!!

Christine was very rude and she was cussing a lot and she did a horrible job with my sisters nails, She left polish all over her skin and didnt offer to remove to it.... Sat there for an hour and the new girl was very rough doing my nails and didnt even put a top coat on them.... Will never go back

I had to wait a long time once I got there just to get a wax and after I got it done and went home I realized, my eyebrows basically were the same. All that pain for absolutely nothing. When I went back to get them fixed or get my money back, the lady said that she did not even see any hair when i basically had a unibrow going on. Never will I go back there when I can spend the same amount at EC Nails and they actually get the job done. Do not get your eyebrows done here.

The owner was so rude to me when I was telling her what to fix on my nails. She rushed, & she also stated Im not on her time dont ever waste you money at Love Nails I wasnt satisfied & they wouldnt give me a refund. This was yesterday 2-25-2017

Started off with a pedicure the guy was absolutely sweet but a horrible pedicure left nail polish on my toes & my toenails were cut way too short and some of my old nail polish is still on my toes.. then I get talked into the dipping manicure (which the owner didnt even know how to do it she had to call another girl over to ask for help) not shiny, she took way too long also talked to her friend and texted the whole time. When she dipped my hands in the wax she didnt tell me to take off my rings so when I got home I had to clean my rings and try to get all the wax out of them & then I had to place my own two coats of clear to make my nails shiny. I will not be back ever AGAIN. $80 bucks wasted.. PS friends of the nail techs where coming in and out like it was their home.. unbelievably unprofessional place.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. I normally go here to get my eyebrows done and never have any problems and love my eyebrows however today was not the case. When I went in, and when the lady who does the eyebrows came out, I was not greeted by her and wasnt sure if I should follow her or not, so I followed. When we got into the waxing room, she seemed very rushed and I told her that she seemed rushed and asked if I should wait. She told me no and then she got an attitude and then became very forceful with the waxing as well as when she held/moved my face. I am so appalled by her behavior and also my eyebrows have never looked worse. Needless to say she did not get a tip and I will not be returning.

DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE AT LOVE NAILS! I usually get pedicures here and because I had a great experience I decided to give them business and get my eyebrows done! The lady who did my eyebrows was VERY RUDE, and had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! She walked ahead of me, rushed the whole time, barely let me see my eyebrows, turned the light off while I was STILL IN THE ROOM, place my change on the counter EVEN THOUGH I placed my money in her hand! I always go to Love Nails to get my feet done but because she was a horrible person I WILL NOT RETURN! I only spend money where the customer service is great and she ruined that experience 100%. I always tip but I swear she wasnt getting a tip from me.There are wayyyyy too many nail salons in Greenville NC for me to be treated like that, I will definitely spend my money else where.

I was appalled! These people stole $60 from me while I was getting my nails done!..it fell out my pocket and the girl that did my nails picked it up! Such a horrible nail job also..please beware of these people!!the owner was very rude also!

Great eyebrow work only in there 20mins

My experience at this facility was HORRIBLE! I have gotten shellac mani/pedis done at multiple places in Greenville, NC and this is by far was the worst. Not only did I call the day before my arrival to gather the price of my service (told 50$), but when I entered the salon I told them the same thing as I did over the phone and received an estimate from a gentleman for 50$ as well. I was at the salon for over an hour and half while the woman greeted other woman and left me for long periods of time. When checking out with my payment, I was told 52$ and I told the woman I spoke with someone the other day and today and was told 50$. After calling the woman out on her mistake, she proceed to jack up the price to 67$...I am not sure if it is because I was questioning her charge or if it was because she knew she was not getting a large tip from her inattentive service. That is not how you treat and handle customers, additionally my french nails are slanted and do not reach the end of my nail length, I would never pay this large amount for such poor quality. The whole reason I selected this place is because the amount I was told was cheaper than previous spas. After this crummy experience I would of much preferred to deliver my business elsewhere.

Usually dont even bother with reviews but I had a really bad experience here! There were not many clients in the shop when I was there, and after waiting for over 45 minutes to finish the manicure after my pedicure, someone who was a walk in and came in AFTER me and was helped way before me! The nail polish literally came off in chunks less than a day later, without me doing one activity at all. It was going alright until the manicure, but it turned me off from coming in again. Waste of money, wouldnt go again.

AWFUL! Christine, the nail tech, was so rude and did a terrible job on my manicure-did not use proper products, very messy, and rushed. First off, she never asked me what shape I wanted and proceeded to use a rough file to round them. Next she used my own polish but made each layer very very thick. The polish was all over my cuticles, was not painted to the corners, and there were air bubbles. When I pointed out that there were some minor errors she was so rough with my hands and started to clean the edges with an acetone brush but swept some of the polish off so it creased. She said ok now you can dry but I said oh wait can you fix a couple things? and said replied Like what??? Which i was shocked by because it was so obvious that there were smears and it just looked so messy since she was rushing and I was not a regular customer. She then said What you want now? and i replied Im sorry, but there are some edges and huge spots where you went over my cuticle and its very noticeable... Im not very happy And she said I dont think you want your nails done today And proceeded to remove my polish and send me out the door. I know shes been doing this for a while now but this was honestly a terrible job and it was so rude of her to not just fix it and make me leave. Unacceptable and not even clean, and she didnt even use proper products for the manicure. Do not recommend you spend your money here.

Horrible work paint on skin bubble in paint too short like she does not know how to do nails then top it off she is on the phone the entire time usually i tip but after the finished product no way and no way I will return
