Tips N Toes is a great nail salon. Katie is fantastic with pedicures and acrylic nails. I always enjoy going to this salon, and the online booking process makes it easy to schedule an appointment!

First of all, she soaked my nails all the way off and when it was taking too long to soak off she wanted me to leave and come back later because I was running into her next appointment… I was like um, no… my appointment is right now lol you can make your next appointment move? I’m not leaving here with half done nails…She then filed them completely wrong and I was like oh ok cool so when I told you the same shape just a little bit shorter you make them pointy and superrr short. She then filed one of my fingers completely crooked and goes YOUR FINGER MUST JUST GROW CROOKED. I swear I almost cried. I’m literally never going back. This is also how she left my hands. With peeling flakes of the dipping powder all over them.

I thought the reviews looked ok so I tried them out. I had some dip on my nails that I needed to remove and instead of soaking them off the lady used cuticle cutters to dig in between my nail and the dip and chip off pieces. She then used a plastic tip to rip off the rest which tore off layers of my natural nail. After that she decided that she destroyed my nails enough so she cut all of them off without asking me (my natural nails were long and took months to grow out). Then she did a half decent dip job with tips but left them super lumpy. She cut me multiple times with the electronic file. To finish she used a gel top coat on the dip (if you aren’t familiar, this means the top coat will peel off in about a week and a half). The best part was she charged $60 for an advertised $45 service. Just don’t go here.

Pam is amazing! I have found dip nails and I am in love! So quick and easy and have gotten so many compliments. I love this nail salon. I have tried others and no one compares to them. They have best colors and they are VERY clean!! Love that they have online scheduling!

I moved from Minnesota and have been looking for a new nail salon and have been to about 6. This place was the best hands down in the greenville area and I will keep coming back. They have online booking that is super easy to use and I would recommend making an appointment because they seemed pretty booked (i came on a Saturday) They also have a front desk girl that greeted me and got me checked in. I had Katie do my fill and Tammy do my gel polish, and I came in with horribly shaped nails from a different salon and Katie fixed them so perfectly. They also speak good English. Everyone there was doing an amazing job so Im sure anyone you book with there will do good. So happy and will definitely recommend to everyone!

I asked for a acrylic full set pedicure I didn’t get my feet soaked in water and the massage . I’m a little confused on why I didn’t . Disappointing. The paint job isn’t even good .

This morning I called and placed my concerns about not returning bc my nails were damaged . I was told to take vitamins and to use nail strengther. This did not resolve my issue . I will be looking for a new nail salon.So I decided to give this place another chance and I set up an appointment bc I have a wedding rehearsal dinner tomorrow. I arrive and they canceled my appointment upon my arrival bc of my last review. Instead of correcting the mistake they waited until I arrived to turn me away after I left my job early. This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever been and would not recommend. A business that cant correct mistakes will not get my business.

I made an appointment in person on 8/12 when I had my pedicure for 8/14 at 11 for a dip manicure. I arranged a babysitter for my kids and showed up to my appointment. I was told they had me scheduled for next week. They offered no other time or apology. I won’t be back.

This has been my go-to for a mani pedi American French Gel with massage treatment since a friend introduced them to me many years ago. They do a good job with COVID precautions also. This past visit I got my nails dipped. I have to wear gloves and it is murder on my nails, but my nails are still looking great after Sarah took care of them 😁. Thank you for always helping me look my best, relax and enjoy myself during my visits to your nail salon. 🏆

My appointment on Saturday was honored. I waited less than 5 minutes. Got an excellent pedicure. I have been going to Tips & Toes for about a year and have NEVER had a problem with my pedicure not lasting at least 4 weeks. That is with and without using gel polish.

Went there today and their prices had gone up and it was ridiculous. I had a spa pedicure and gel nails and my bill was $99 they charged me for a shape $5 for an almond shape and then on top of the full set of nails at $45 they charged me $15 for a manicure. I have never been charged for a manicure when getting a full set of nails . I also got a pedicure at $30 which that was fine. Then an extra 10% for supplies during Pandemic.I am so upset I dont even know what to think

Usually busy because they are so popular but worth a bit of a wait. They do not hurt your nails or file them so hard that you bleed (like many other places do). Remember you when you come back, I have been going for 10 years and they are still my favorite place in Greenville.

I have been looking for a new nail salon and I found it today! Tips n Toes was great! My nails look so pretty. They are reasonably priced and do a wonderful job. Great service! I will be back :)

Clean, consistent service and reasonably priced. I like a basic pedicure: trim nails, scrub feet and polish. My experience has been positive and they have yet to disappoint. Regular polish looks good for 2-3 weeks following appointment. Highly recommend. They are busy, so if you dont want to wait, be sure to call ahead.

If I could give less than 1 star I would!! First of all she kept hitting my finger with the drill, OVER 20 TIMES!!! Second, I asked for a design and her exact words were I cant do that, just get something simple. I asked for a simple feather! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Literally the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My daughter and I used to go there all the time, it had been awhile and we stopped in. Nikki did my pedicure in 8 minutes. The polish was all over my toes. My daughter’s pedicure was done by someone else and it was much better. Needless to say- an 8 minute pedicure is a new record in terms of speed, but the price is the same. We will NEVER go back.

I have been here multiple times and the service is always wonderful no matter who does my nails or pedicure. The best part is even though I have acrylic nails, they look just like my real nails. I have never had a salon do this before, they had always ended up looking over sized and not natural. I highly recommend Lou and everyone else here.... the service is fantastic!

Great service

Came in for a pedicure. The lady was extremely rough and caused my toe to bleed- didn’t even apologize. I have pedicures quite frequently and never have I had problems. New to the area, so trying to find a good salon. Both big toes are sore days after the pedicure. I do not recommend.

I loved the service and the atmosphere here. I went with a friend and they greeted their regulars by name when they walked through the door. I rarely get pedicures bc I am VERY particular about the conditions. They ticked all the boxes. It was a relaxing experience. I am not located in the Upstate area but am willing to come back here bc of the service and skill.

On the positive side I like that they use liners in the water bath. On the negative side, they push, push to up sell their services and twice I have been cut and bled quite a bit. They are hardly even apologetic. It’s just business as usual.

Not my favorite. Very nice people. Good price, but not super impressed with my nails. The edges around my nails were sloppy and my real nail under the fake tips were left long and there was a noticeable gap. Meh

Worst pedicure ever

Terrible they did a horrible job on my eyebrow wax and my pedicure and the gel nails. They were extremely over priced and missed spots on my eyebrows, left rough spots and calluses half shaved off on my feet and the gel nails started popping off only days later. Cost me 100$ for those 3 and i didnt wven get tips on. Also the lady was arguing w me trying to convince me to get something different on my nails than i wanted like 10 times i had to say no and repeat myself. I will never go ba k there

I am so extremely disappointed with this place . The person who did my nails was So ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Did not feel valued at all. She snatched the nail color palette out my sister in laws hand and yelled at her in front of everyone when she could have waited 1 more minute as she was trying to pick/show her nail technician the color. Never AGAIN. Ultimately she over charged me but that’s ok because she knew she was not getting a tip. Get it together please and be more polite and appreciate all your customers .

I enjoyed my experience at Tips N Toes last week. Katie did a very nice job with my mani-pedi. The massage of my legs was very nice and relaxing. (I have had people dig their fingers too hard into my calves which I dont like.) My nails were polished much more neatly and meticulously than at other places in town, and it has stayed on for a week. She was also very pleasant. I would like to see a larger assortment of polishes, however. But, I will return.

I was extremely unhappy with this place. I was in the middle of picking out a gel color and out of no where one of the workers came up and ripped the colors out of my hand to give to someone else. When I tried to take it back, three of the workers started yelling at me and would not stop. Later on when I tried to ask her a question, she completely ignored me. Do NOT go here.

The only place I will ever have my nails done at again. I see Katie every 4 weeks. The attention to details in their service is unmatched.

Would have given zero stars if I could!! Made an appointment yet the appointment wasnt honored. Waited for 45 minutes and was ignored and not treated as a valued customer. When I was finally approached, I was mocked and laughed at for asking if my friend and I could sit next to each other, can you say RUDE? When the nail process finally began, my some nails were filed to the nub and others were left longish and uneven. The nail tech seemed very rushed and did not do a good job. Was not friendly at all. I cannot believe I payed $40 for the service. My friend also ended up not getting the right color she chose. Will not be returning.

This is my regular go to place for my pedicures. They do the BEST work and have the BEST price. Very nice folks and you dont feel like youre getting ripped off. Love it.

Terrible experience. I am a runner and had a blister on the bottom of my foot. They all talked about me the whole time and came over to look at it and made faces at me. Why are you a nail technician if feet gross you out? Customers even came in and had to wait a little while before they were even spoken to. The workers were just sitting in pedicure chairs on their phones and even looked up at the customers standing there. If you want a place that genuinely cares about helping you and provides great customer service, this is definitely NOT it.

Ive been a regular at Tip n Toes for at least five years. Service is consistent, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Try to call ahead for an appointment as the wait can get long at peak times.

The owner was giving out veiled insults while doing her job. As the tv report came to announce from her salon tv overhead of a rock and roll death from a drug overdose... I mentioned that I had never done drugs....to this my nail tech and salon owner quips...well maybe you should try (doing drugs). Lovely! Needless to say this salon is off my radar for good...

They do not use new tools for each person nor do they try to prevent cross contamination of tools. I had to ask for fresh tools, a visit to this place is to expose yourself to the feet of whoever was there before you.

My daughter got her eyebrows waxed today and it literally burned her skin off!! She has had them done there numerous times and has never had this problem. Obviously the wax was to hot!!That will be the last time for sure!!

Wont be back! Unfriendly staff. Never seen anyone smile. Worse leg massage. It actually hurt! Seems like they all hate their job. Had pedicure on Friday, 4 toes were chipped off by Sunday. I went back and the nail tech said it was bc they werent dry when I left in flip flops. Wouldnt they have been smeared or smushed? Didnt redo them just painted over the chips. Crappy work.

Had the worst manicure of my life. Wanted a powder dip manicure and the gentleman who did it put the powders on incorrectly leaving streaks in the color. He then attempted to fix them by added two more layers. My nails looked horrible and he was very rude during my pedicure. Im used to them not being super friendly here but usually my nails are ok. Wont go back. He tried to charge me full price for the manicure even though I had to go somewhere else the next day to have these removed and done again. They were rough to touch, bulky and horrible around the cuticles AND I spent over two hours there. Big let down.

I got my nails done Friday night and my nail broke already will never go there again. I had gotten arlyclic nails and I wanted gel nails they told me they couldnt do gel nails my daughter got both her nails and toes painted after she took a bath the next evening all her fingernail paint came off her ties stayed crazy will not go again

Overpriced... didnt say anything to me about the price going up until after they did my nails.

My wife had her face burned badly by them and the staff was very rude. In previous visit her nails got chipped within an hour and they blame her for the problem.
