5 star shop with stellar costumer service. Went above and beyond and really took costumer service to the next level, thank you guys!

I had to have an item shipped to them and Kenny walked me through the entire process. He answered every question I had and didn’t once get irritated or annoyed. The day my item arrived I called to say o would be later than planned and Kenny told me to go ahead and come in anyway. Traffic, storms, accidents, and sadly even an animal was injured on the highway, all while I tried to get to GSI before it closed. As you can imagine that did not happen. I pulled up to the doors right at 7pm. I wanted to at least apologize to Kenny, thank him for waiting and let him know I would be back in the morning but he insisted I go ahead and come in anyway. To top it off he then offered and helped me conceal my purchase, since it was a gift, which meant him digging around in the back for quite awhile to find a box to fit. I can’t say enough to express how much I appreciate the kindness I was shown. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

I brought in several items from my fathers estate. They took most of it and didnt take some. The gentleman there was very nice broke it all down by amounts. I was very please how easy it was, plus i bought several dvds. Definitely will be back!!

In my life I have been blatantly disrespected by multiple pawn shop staff and owners more times than I care to count; but that is not the case at GSI.They are the only pawn shop that treat me with kindness and respect.And, to top it off, they have a great selection at all times. Tons of tools, firearms, blurays/dvds, modern video games, records (No sifting through Jim Reeves Christmas hits, this is only the good stuff) guitars and music gear (which includes brand new cables, mics, and guitar strings) plus much more.And if youre lucky, youll be greeted by the mellow shop cat, Max.

Theyve been around forever. Great place to shop! Owner is awesome and its been family owned since the 70s. You cant beat that!

Its okay.. They dont have many things there that id purchase. Its got a lot of guns though.. Thats about it. Looking for electronics then go to Hy and Mikes. Plus their staff isnt very friendly and they dont give that great offers on things you try and get loans on. Very cheap and chincy.
