I love this place. I can never decide what I want to do with my nails so I told her I wanted something for Halloween: and I told her the colors and she delivered! Also I work close to here and gave her a time frame. She did this in exactly one hour!!

This is a great place! I make my appointments with Mai (the owner) and she is awesome! Always super sweet and does beautiful work. She takes pride in her work and does not damage my nails. As someone that regularly gets acrylic gel nails, I am picky about who I go to, but Mai always leaves me impressed! Good prices too.

I have never been treated so rudely at any salon in my life as I was today. The technician was generally annoyed about something throughout the process, but that was fine. What was not okay was what happened when I accidentally messed up a toe putting my sandals back on. I thought Id waited long enough, but I smeared one, and the technician behaved so poorly at me that I left without getting it fixed. She slammed stuff and shouted at me and then spoke about it in her native language to the male technician. It was embarrassing and unnecessary... :(

Awesome 1st experience. I got spa deluxe pedicure and fill in on gel set with abstract design and I loved my experience. Mai did my fill in and she shaped them perfectly. I will most definitely return.

I came from Anderson to get my nails done by Mai because my sister had several wonderful experiences here. We have made an appointment each time Ive been and both times they have been on time and got started right away. Mai is so sweet and she does an amazing job. She is well worth the trip from Anderson.

Decided to try this salon for the first time on my lunch break and even with only 2 employees working, they were quick, personal, and professional. I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails but my nail tech did amazing! I will be going here from now on. It’s taken a long time for me to find a set place but I think I’ve found it 🤗

This is the best nail shop overall that Ive been to but yeah I have to write it a five so because the ladies are very nice and very professional it didnt hurt your fingernails at all like other people do for like kids and they dont hurt them and they have gel polish whatever and theres also a little heart things you can put on your nails and yeah its very its very good

I came here with my sister and her nail tech was fantastic. Mine, KK, seemed like I was interrupting her otherwise pleasant day. She and the apprentice were talking or she was on her little airpod, the whole time.Also, my nails looked like it was her first day out of school, she didnt even try to give me what I wanted and when I tried to negotiate about it she either gave one-word responses or just stared blankly at me.

First time here and I fell in love! Laid back atmosphere and everyone was friendly and made sure they explained what they were doing! Summer did my nails and she is the best nail tech I’ve dealt with since I moved to South Carolina! Although I live an hour away I will make the trip! Worth every penny!

Due to others reviews, I was skeptical about going here. I gave Exotic Nails a chance since I live nearby. Contrary to what other people have posted, the owner is very kind and immediately greeted anyone who walked in. The only mishap was that she was a few minutes late to opening at 10:00. My pedicure service was good; I just wish a massage was included like a another nail salon I have been to in the Greenville area, but every business is different. The nail tech who did my manicure seemed to still be in training since his work was supervised at times, but he was meticulous in performance and did a great job. I am pleased with the services and customer service, and my nails look amazing.

Very relaxing atmosphere, and Ive never had to wait at this location. All of the nail techs are friendly, and are very easy-going about adding (or leaving off) any services included in your pedicure. Also, a great selection of polish brands that are not tested on animals -- China Glaze is cruelty-free, OPI is not.

After getting my nails done, I am in pain! The technician was sloppy with the work and ran the drill over my cuticle & skin! Would not recommend.

Went today the pedicure was okay, but the nails were horrible. They werent correct and I did not get a color because I had already been there for almost 2 and a 1/2 hours the technician was not very seasoned. The manager wasnt really worried about the fact that I cant complaining about my nails. Seeing how she was listening to me tell the technician they were correct and still had to pay for a full set. I was not satisfied at all!!

I had never had my nails done before at a salon. Being a first time customer, the employee gave me a bunch of options and walked me through everything. I decided to go with gel acrylic nails. She was very friendly and she did a beautiful job. Also, I didnt have to wait to be seen and the prices are decent for what you get. I will be going back very soon.

I was in a rush and needed my nails done well and quick. They were both. Only downside was they charged me for a deluxe pedicure when i did not have time for the scrub or hot towels. I gladly paid Because i was the one who was in a hurry, not them. I will return!

Ive been to several nail shops in Greenville since moving here in January, and none of them have compared to Exotic Nails. I love love this place.

Great Clean and very fast service

I will never be back. I had my nails done on the 31 of March. Today its the thirteenth. All of my nails have fallen off. After speaking to the owner she told me to come in and she would fix it for a price. I don think so. They charged me extra for gel nail polish and went between me and another girl. my nails are now ruined. Going to have to fix them myself. The owner was very rude and made racist comments. So I will never return. Complete waste of time and money!

Messed my nails up and got a horrible attitude after I wanted them fix and threw my card on the counter after paying her. Had been a customer for far too long. The owner, Mau(?), is rude and could care less about the customer. CYNTHIA did my nails and they were subpar. I can back days later to get my gel nails redone and she charged me again for gel nails. She offered NO resolution. I paid AGAIN for my gel nails. In an attempt to resolve this, I spoke with her and she became belligerent and raised her voice. She told me if I don’t like my nails, don’t come back. That’s exactly what I’m going to do. But first, I called my credit card company to dispute the initial charge. They credited it back. I would never step foot in either of her locations again. There’s a high turnover. The workers open complain about and to her. The quality of nails vary greatly by the tech. Avoid at all cost!

Terrible place that’s why they have such a low score ... they always try to charge you more for every single little thing ... last time I went the water to charge me 10 dollar more just to put glitter on top of my French manicure and today they wanted to charge me 5 dollars more for put plate paper and cotton on my nails, like ... nooo don’t go over ther plise they uses a invisible nail polish that whenever you put white or a light color it get stain and just ruin your whole nail polish ...

Do not even both making an appointment with this salon as they do not honor them. First time the nail tech did not show up at the salon until 30 minutes after the appointment time and the second time the nail tech started on another client knowing she would not be finished to be on time for her scheduled appointment. Poor customer service, I will not return.

Ive gone twice not the best, charge way too much for design and acrylic nails dont even last . I got the same design at another salon and paid $25, and here I paid $38, I thought the second time would be better but no. Ill just go to my regular salon .

Way too expensive to wax a couple of strands off front neck area. Charged $10 when eyebrows are $8 & lip & chin I think were $7, so why would they charge $10? Smh never again...

I got a full set done there one woman told me $30and the woman did my nails told me $40 but the woman didn’t do a good job at all and she try to over charge me as well. I only been once and I’ll never go back.👎👎👎🖕✌🏽
