FANTASTIC! I had an appointment and they saw me on time, which is very uncommon at other places. They listened to what I wanted fixed from a previous nail salon and made it happen! Staff was friendly. If I lived locally, this would be my go to nail salon. My nails are prefect! Thank you Zoe and Grace for your excellent service!!

All I wanted to do was feel good today. They sat me in a chair just to get left behind as if life hasn’t done that enough. I thought I could start my day with getting my nails all done but after putting the tips on they acted as if I wasn’t there. Every person that went in after my got immediate service. Don’t go here!! I’m filing charges for discrimination!!

Love Venus Nails!! I go see Tim every two weeks on the dot, for acrylic nails with gel polish. He is the absolute best! Everyone is so friendly, the place is so clean, and there are tons of colors to chose from. Can’t recommend Venus enough.

I went to get my nails and eyebrows waxed which that went great. I went to pay and something happened with the card and she’s asking me do I want to pay with another card and I know for a fact that I had more than enough and the card I used. So I said I’ll use another card or cash it did not matter . She let the person behind me get in front of me and then she grabbed my arm as if I was trying to run out. You do not grab people I don’t care what you think they’re going to do. I am pregnant and there’s a pandemic going on and you’re going to put your hands on me. That shows you what they really think towards a certain racial group! I am really heated about this and the embarrassment she caused me as a professional.

I love Zoe and Tyler. They are amazing. I always go to them. They are the best nail shop ive been to in a while. If you ever want to enjoy laughs and wine while you get your nails done then this is the place to be. Very professional. Its like as if they are family.

Wat I got versus wat I asked for.I paid 70.00 by the way ... for what ???Do not ask for a ombre nail.My hands were so dry when I left. They didnt even put oil on my nail beds. I get my nails done ever three to four weeks and I was shocked. I even asked before hand do i need to just do a solid color the individual said no they could do it.

Zoe did my acrylic nails and Tyler my pedicure. My daughter also got the princess mani -pedi. They did a great job my nails look natural and they helped pick out the color. She also continued to check in with me to make sure I liked the shape and the length! That is a huge deal to me! They were very sweet to my daughter and I, we will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my experience. Best time is to go right at opening. The nail tech took her time and was very nice and professional.

I got the classics pedicure so I could get massage, which really wasn’t worth the extra $10. Basically rubs legs and not feet. Place is clean and they wear little white coats which looks professional. Some even had name tags which was real nice!

I do not normally write reviews but I am so unhappy with my experience that I wanted to share. I visited this nail salon for the first time today. When I arrived, I stood in the lobby for about 10 min. They said they would be with me shortly. They eventually sent me to sit at a pedicure chair. They did not have me soaking or anything but just sitting there. I sat for at least 45 minutes. One lady came over and said someone would be with me shortly, as she escorted someone else to the chair and began doing her pedicure. I am very disappointed at this experience! I will not be going back!

The service was fantastic!!!! The prices are so great and my nails look amazing! My friend and I messed up our nails more than once and had to come back and the service was so good every time. Definitely our new favorite place and such sweet workers

I came in today for a pedicure and it was half done. They put someone on my feet who they knew did not know how to do the pedicure. He cut my toe nails and mess them all up. He did not clean the ingrown toe nails nor the cuticle. The owner even stated that the man did not know how to do pedicures. I would not even allow him to polish my feet cause he messed them up so bad. I still had to pay 45 dollars for a pedicure that they knew was not done correctly. Also, they give you one price then you pay another. Never again will I go back.

Amazing place to get your manicure and pedicure. They use sterile tools sealed in a package and they clean the foot tub between clients. I feel so pampered thank you to Clayton for my pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, and everytime it’s a great experience! Kathy has done my nails several times are they’re always great. And Zoe brought my eyebrows back to life! 😂 definitely recommend!

I visited my son MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND! GOT A PEDICURE DONT LOOK LIKE IT. I HAD TO GET ANOTHER PEDICURE WASTE OF MONEY. NAILS OKAY BUT COULDVE CLEAN CUTICLES BETTER ! HE DID A SLOPPY JOB I DONT LIKE NEITHER.

They did an excellent job. They did try to switch up the prices on us and couldn’t just stick to one price. So I looked at their menu and saw the actual price of what I was getting, the lady proceed to apologize and give me $10 back from what she first charged me. Just be careful of how they charge you.

Venus Nails has a nice setup. I cant speak on all the other employees, but the lady that did my pedicure seemed a little unpleasant to me. I took my 9 year old niece. As soon as she got in the truck, she said, I like my toes, but I dont want to go back there. I didnt like the environment.

Very clean salon! All of the equipment and utensils are clean and new, pulled straight from a new bag every time. The nail techs are nice and welcoming, and my pedicure was done perfectly. Very thorough and they take their time! I had Tyler and I never felt rushed at all. Def recommend.

My first time here and I am absolutely in love with this place. I have found the perfect spot for my pedicure and manicures and I will never search for another nail salon. The nail techs pay attention to you and talk to you. Very hospitable and make you feel very welcome. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately and I love their sign in system they have. Oh and if you are not happy with the service you just let them know and they will fix the problem. The salon has a nice open space and not cramped at all. The shop is very clean and relaxing . Everyone has a great attitude....no sour faces here. Only smiles!! Fortunately, I had no problem with the service. I have only warm complements for Zoe and May. I enjoyed my pedicure with May and she is such a cutie. Zoe is such a wonderful lady to have a conversation with. This was the first time I had an awful experience. I sat with my feet in water for over 45 minutes before receiving service when I booked an appointment. The water ran cold.

The best in Greenville!! Quick but efficient, CLEAN, friendly. Amy does great manicures. I’ve tried them ALL in the area. One place does great cuticle clean up but awful paint job. Other places do great paint job but terrible cut down. Loved that these people could actually communicate in English and answer questions. Consistent with great polish and cuticle clean up. I’m very happy!

Wanted to try there services since everyone speaks so good of them. I was sat immediately but the service was horrible. The nail polish has lines all thru it and I’ve only had them done for 3 days and they are already chipping. I usually get mine done at Henry’s and I made the mistake of going here. Was quoted $25 but at the end was charged $30 and I had nothing to be up charged for?

I went a few weeks ago. I asked for almond shape but the woman who I think was the owner did a more round shape I guess she dont know how to do it. She painted my nails then told me to go to the dryer but didnt put the top coat and started working on another customer. I was waiting on the dryer like 10 or 15 min before she came and put the top coat and had to dry even more. Then when I check out the price is higher than what she told me. Im not going to come here anymore.

This is my second time here. The atmosphere is very clean, with a simple and natural feel. Wonderful service and very nice staff. I was treated well, talked to, and felt comfortable. Amazing color choices for regular and gel polish. I got a regular polish manicure that lasted a full week. Pedicure was wonderful too. They truly take there time to provide you with beautiful nails.

I had a great experience at Venus Nails. Grace did a fantastic job with SNS on my nails. They look great. The paraffin wax treatment was perfect. And I was able to enjoy chatting with another customer over a glass of wine. I will definitely be back!

Vivian, Grace, and Tyler have all helped me before and all are amazing! They are timely and spend a good amount of time massaging which is hard to come by. My nails always last at least two and a half weeks! Awesome salon.

It was by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Tyler did my massage and Grace applied the gel. After searching and searching in the Greenville area with lots of fails, I’ve finally found the best. It’s new and the service is better than you can imagine. Definitely my go to nail salon from now on!!! Stop goggle searching and give Venus nails a try. You want regret it!!!!!

I called ahead and asked if there was a wait, they said no and when I got there about 15 minutes later I was sat right away. In and out in less than an hour and great quality work!!

They don’t even deserve one star but I had to to leave a review. I’ve been getting my nails done the better part of three decades, and in different parts of the country, this place is a complete waste of time and money! Made an appointment for my daughters, still had to wait over an hour, they quote you one price then start adding for this and that, things they didn’t even do! And then charge $20 more than quoted price. AND they don’t even do a good job, nicking your cuticles and causing them to bleed. DON’T waste your money!

The staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. I only get my nails done about 3 times per year and the last 2 times I have been here. They are kind, cordial, and accommodating!

The place is very clean and relaxing, they also have drinks. I have my arylic gels here, it it look very beautiful. The lady working my nails are very skillful and knowledgeable.(Bonus they have vents and dust collectors underneath so the dust and others things would not getting on your clothes. )

My friend and I booked day-of appointments for pedicures without a problem and received the best pedis Ive ever gotten in town! I opted for the classic package (a one-step up from the basic package, or their essential package) and got a wonderful exfoliating scrub as well as hot towels with my pedicure. The facility is beautiful and clean (they use tools that were pre-wrapped in individual sanitation packages so you KNOW theyre clean) and my toes look wonderful! This will absolutely become our go-to salon in town.

Best nail place around! So quiet and relaxing! Everyone was so nice!! Highly recommend!!! Will go back again. Also recommend zoe and Grace, love them!
