Loved this place. Ataff was friendly, serve was amazing!! One of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Anna did a great job. One thing to note is they only use gel polish here. I prefer it though to it wasnt an issue for me.

Ive been going here for years.. Love this place. Always listens to the way I like my nails. I will say if you want to be in and out show up early, as there is a wait. But I contribute that to the great service. I have been out of town for 3 weeks and wouldnt go somewhere else while i was away. I only go to them.

First time getting acrylics, they looked okay the first three days, but on the fourth day I already need a fill in. I got coffin shaped nails, the nails were bulky and crooked, and there is no curve to my nail to make them look a little more natural. The guy was rushing and a little heavy handed with nail file. My mother came and also got a pedicure, she said it was rushed as well, and the lotion smell expired and old. She didnt get acrylics, only got gel polish, which was bulky, botched, and too thick. (Weve both used gel polish before) the lady who did her nails cut for cuticles too low and nicked her skin, and my cuticles werent push back for the acrylic. One things for certain we are not going back.

Ive been coming to this nail salon since moving Here in 2018 and didnt have an issue until the last two times I was serviced there. Once was when I got the dip powder color and the kook came out way too thick. The second time was yesterday when I got a manicure and the gel came out so clumpy and has already smuged my left thumb nail. The lady rushed through the manicure and I wished she took her time. Definitely was not happy with my manicure yesterday.

I went to Pirate Nails & Spa today and it was great! Very clean and they were very nice, I will definitely be going back again!

I went to another nail salon in town and in hopes to get a manicure and pedicure, but left after my manicure because of the crowds, lack of mask and sanitation efforts.I was recommended Pirate Nails by a friend and was blown away as soon as I walked in. Social distancing was in full effect, markings on the floor for waiting, shields at every station, mask worn properly and sanitized everything often... made this pregnant lady feel comfortable being there. Ive been dying to get off my feet for weeks now, but was too nervous to go out. They took such great care of me during this worrisome time.They were so friendly right when I walked in and continued throughout the whole service. I do not get my nails done very often, but this is the best place Ive ever been to. They dont offer regular polish - there is a sign on the door that says this but I dont mind.My manicure from the other place was chipped the very next day and my pedicure has held up so well.I will be recommending this salon to all my friends now.

Went two days back to back trying to get my eyebrows waxed. And they refused me both times. Even went as soon as they opened. They need to accomadate their customers better. And learn how to multi task! I will never go there again!!

I got dip nails here and they look amazing! I felt like the girl rushed a bit and I was concerned about sanitation but would go back just because they looked so good 😊 Oh and the dip was only $35 which is the cheapest I’ve ever seen, so definitely worth it!

I went today to get my eyebrows done, I’m not sure of the woman’s name who did them but she was GREAT. She took her time and paid very close attention to detail. I typically have very straight brows and she was able to shape them for me better than I’ve had in years!

The wait time was a little uncomfortable, but the services I received were nice.

Nails pretty of course but service and hospitality is getting terrible every time.

Henry is the BEST.

Fast service. The nail technician didn’t ask how I liked my nails to be shaped; however things went wrong when I asked for my nails to be shorter since I work at the hospital. The nail technician shoved the filer against my nail and began filing back and forth with so much force that I pulled my hand back. Now I have a cut that is very sensitive and bleeds easily. I won’t be back. That was my first and last visit.

You can not get regular polish. So that means it is going to cost you more.

Was about to go in. Sign on the door says they only do gel and shellac and NO regular polish. Didn’t even go inside. Can’t stand gel nails. Just wanted a pediEdit: just wanted to keep anyone else from wasting their gas

The first time i went my nails were cute but i needed a fill in after one week. The second time I had a different nail tech and she made my nails thick and lumpy. There wont be a third time.

Ive been here a couple of times, but this was the worst experience EVER!!! The older guy was extremely rough on my hands and they looked as if a kid painted them. This was not worth $35. Then when I complained, the pregnant lady brushed me off and told me to sit down and dry them. The actual manager tried to fix them, but the damage was already DONE! I will never ever go back. They deserve no stars period!!! I could of saved $$$ and painted my own the way my nails look! Such a disappointment 😔😏😡!!!!

I wish I could post a picture. This place does OK nails. A month ago I went to get my eye brows done and the lady was pretty much practicing on them. She snatched one off almost bald head and the other very uneven. I was in tears because I dont wear make up and i work with the public. When i complained she went missing without. A apology or anything the manager had the nerve to say come back and theyll fix. There was no way in the world I will come back and give them the opportunity to mess my eyebrows up even more than they already were. Please just get your nails done there and find somewhere else to get your eyebrows done.

Great place to come to relax. They have soothing music and the place smells nice, it does not smell like chemicals like other places. Came in for pedi and shellac, they did nice jobs on both ...and with a great price. Well recommended! :)

Very competent staff which get you in and out quickly and do a good job. If you are looking to make friends with your tech this might not be the place for you but if youre looking for good service check them out. Ill be back. Do get the wax if you have cracked cuticles or heals. It works!

Let me tell ya’ll bout this experience. I came in, the store was great and they have a HUGE selection of colors and I found a great sparkly red that I LOVED. mistake #1. They’re painted and they look great so I’m sitting under the dryer then I notice the wrinkles. Every single nail is wrinkly. I bring it to the nail technicians attention and turns out he used the wrong top coat. To “quickly” fix the situation an acetone filled cotton ball is taken to remove the top layer (yikes) and the CORRECT top coat is applied. The wrinkles are gone and my nails are all nice and glossy and sparkle the whole 9 yards. I get in my car and look down and these things look like Chewbacca at Christmas time. There is cotton ball fuzz EVERYWHERE. I go back in and they won’t give me my money back and instead remove all of the nail polish. “choose a different color” EXCUSE ME????? So this place is telling me that they can’t do this nail polish that I like CORRECTLY? oh, ok. I comply only because I have already been there for close to 2 hours. Needless to say I’m never coming here again.

Love them Henry and his wife r the best people ever!! Bo is awsom as well everyone there has dibe my nails no complaints been going here for almost 2years now n love em. They r the only salon i have been to in life that cut around my cuticle, n have my nails grow. Only thing is if u want a different shape other than round or square go to bo, or Henrys wife. Great team Rachel is bomb too!!😁 oh yea and they give great discounts daily students, hospital,n military. If u dont have badges for either of those they offer u a 20% discount after i think the 5th visit plz dont qoute me. Just ask for the stamp card wen u pay.

Customer service is less the kind of acceptable.

As soon as I walked in they lady told me they were getting ready to close even though it cleary is stated otherwise. On their front door it states that they are close at 8pm. She did not give me any explanation as to why she just said their closing. False advertisement.
