This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in on my own and it’s been such a wonderful experience. Safe neighborhood, beautiful atmosphere, decent quality, friendly staff, etc.. It’s every I imagined my first apartment should be.

Living here for 3 years, I’ve enjoyed the convenience to the surrounding areas. It’s quick to get to downtown or Woodruff Rd or even the airport. My apartment is small but just what I need. The service is always timely when needed. I really enjoy living here.

I really wanted to live here for the location and being able to ride my bike. The guy in the leasing office didn’t seem like he wanted to help me and I was an inconvenience to him. Despite some of the negative reviews I was looking forward to calling this home. It’s a shame they don’t accept guarantors as for that was the only thing holding me back. Thanks tapestry

The manager Girrard almost hit me with his car while I was on my bike and got mad at me when I stopped him so he could apologize...he never did. He also said our fire extinguishers didnt need to be replaced even though they are years out of date saying its still good He also had my motorcycle towed and said he knew nothing about it even though it was in a parking spot and also there were many tow stickers on vehicles all over the complex. Next, even though I have given them my renters insurance they insist on charging me every month for no renters insurance. Pretty poor management in an otherwise decent location. Oh, last thing, the cheap pine straw they added as mulch looks tacky and lazy.

If there was an option to give this place no stars, I would!! The stories I heard from a colleague that lived there made me never want to step foot into the area! Not only did management nor maintenance respond to calls about broken apartment fixtures (stove, oven door, bathroom shower, and plenty more!) but she had to live in a roach infested apartment for a month before they did anything about it! Not to mention the inability to ever get in contact with management about problems. The amenities, that she pays for, are never open or cleaned even before COVID was an issue! Such a shame because this is a great area of Greenville, but I would never recommend this place to anyone!! Stay away!!!

Speaking of recent/current experiences I am pretty happy with most everything. The staff are great.Although I feel for them with some of the issues they have to deal with, including unable to make more of their own decisions about the community.They do the best job they can.The best as far as i am concerned is they are friendly and kind.

Rented a downstairs 1brd for 18 months. The location is amazing, walking distance to a restaurant and park. Occasionally heard my upstairs neighbor but otherwise quite. Most of the time I was able to park right outside my door. I felt the finishes were worth the rent. 2 maintenance request were both completed within 24 hours. Nice pool, workout area, and friendly staff.

The location, the staff and the apartment home has definitely met my expectations and beyond! I am so happy that I chose the Tapestry at Hollingsworth Park.

LOOKS great... Catfished.I was so excited to move in here because of how great the apartments looked and I loved the location! Ive lived here for almost 4 months now and have come back to my apartment being 90 degrees and hotter on 5 separate occasions due a constantly breaking AC. The first time it took them almost two weeks to fix it!(I will say that each time after that they have been fairly quick to resolve the issues. However, the fact it keeps happening is extremely frustrating)I have had the front door of my apartment literally fall off its hinges.The electrical wiring is so poorly done that I can almost count on having to go flip the switches in the breaker box back over.Be prepared to wash your dishes by hand because the dishwasher flirts with worthless. Not to mention the water pressure in the sink is comparable to a light drizzle so it may take you awhile.I have been renting apartments across the US for nearly 5 years now and have never experienced the amount of problems I have had here.Im not usually one to complain but my experience here has been nothing shy of ridiculous. Ive only just begun to cover it but I hope this paints a fair picture of what to expect.Tapestry has the potential to be a great place to live but as of now, Id only recommend it if youre prepared to deal with consistent issues throughout your stay here.

Nice place. The front office was always great and accommodating. I never had one issue while I lived here for more than two years. There maintenance teams always fixed everything quick and easy anytime we had an issue. Never heard my neighbors or anything. It was always quiet and peaceful. I had to relocate for work and will miss this place.

I have had an enjoyable experience so far at the Tapestry apartments. Gerard has been very helpful to help our move in go quickly and smoothly!

Such a great place to live!! You get high end luxuries with budget friendly prices! So close to everting you need! Neighborhood is always peaceful and calm!

Its great living here. Sometimes it can get noisy with nearby businesses but overall its pretty peaceful and the property is pretty. And I love the dog park!

I love tapestry!!!!! The best apartment homes I’ve ever stayed at the community has such a loving feel to it as well as the leasing office...

At first glance appeared to be upscale. When we moved in all appliances were the lowest end models, not luxury at all. In fact dishwasher was unusable as it would not clean any dishes. The dryer had to be repaired and was on its last leg. Carpet was worn through so much so that the nail boards ripped holes in our socks several times. Hardwoods were laminate and scratches all through them. The oven would set off the smoke detectors almost every night do to its location in the apartment. The only reason I gave a 2 was because location was awesome. Also deposit insurance to avoid 500 cash deposit is a rip off. You still have to pay all findings in the apartment so the 80 bucks was a lost. In my opinion you are better to pay the 500 up front. Be careful they sell you a line on this one. Also after checkout they dont return phone calls and are very rude!

Nice staff. Apartment is clean, not luxury, but nice. Paying for the location more than the apartment itself. Floors, kitchen appliances, cabinets are all basic. Nice having washing machine and dryer inside. We have an attached garage so we love that.

We loved the community when we first moved in 4 years ago.Now the grills are garbage, and the pool is growing algae.You would think that when you pay $1300 for rent for a 2 bed you would get great things. But not the case

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!! I agree with others about the construction and staff here. Walls and floor/ceiling are paper thing. I can hear every time my neighbor pees. The apartment they show you if very nice. Updated everything. The day we moved in and did the walk through, I kept pointing things out to Gerard, and he kept saying, we encourage our residents to make it their own. That is just normal wear and tear. Upon moving out, this normal wear and tear, I got charged for. When we moved in the carpets looked very worn, and upon vacuuming for the first time, the carpet started to tear away form the metal things at the intersection of rooms. The wood floors were just stick on vinyl, ours had white paint spots in various placed. It drove me crazy, because I constantly felt like the floors were dirty. The office staff is incompetent at best, and malicious at worst. I was lied to about some of the dumbest stuff. One time Gerard told me an employee I was working with had left the company. A few weeks later I walk in for a package and she was there working. Odd, but whatever. He later lied to me and stated that there was a system in place for package delivery notification. I later asked the manager there why the system wasnt alerting me, she informed me that they have never had a system in place nor are they working on one. Many other issues I dont have room for. Just Stay away.

It has been a pleasure living at the Tapestry at Hollingsworth Park. I have been here for a year now and I love it. The location is perfect and the staff is friendly.

I am so thankful to be a part of this community! From location, cost, friendliness of staff, to events hosted, the Tapestry is hands down the best place to live, whether temporary or permanent, when moving to Greenville, SC!

Stay away from these apartments. Although the physical features of the buildings look sturdy, the inside of the buildings are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors when they talk, laugh and listen to music!! The office does not care about noise complaints or bother to fix them.

We lived in a 3 bedroom apartment which was quite nice. The neighbors have been friendly and the staff was very accommodating during the leasing process. Overall the experience has been great and the location and proximity to downtown and the Woodruff road area is perfect.

Management team is very helpful and professional. I have a 3 year old son and I was on the second floor. The neighbours downstairs have complained a lot about us. It was hard to keep a 3 year old off the floor. We realized that despite the beautiful finishes and wonderful facilities, the structure of the building was crappier as it can be. We decided to move out because we found no value on paying a very expensive rent and having all of these problems with neighbours. We moved to another apartment complex on the ground floor.

This is the worst place I ever lived. The neighbors play there music all night and I have to put my son in another room so he can sleep at night due to their music. The office staff is very rude. They where nice to get us in the lease but now that we are having different problems they don’t want to be bothered. This place is not worth the 1600 plus dollars a month. You have been warned, look at other appartmemts DO NOT move here. The granite is chipped and the cabinets are discolored. The faux hardware floors are scratched and very nasty looking. I repeat look at other apartments, DO NOT move here!!

Facility is nice enough and location is great. Management and maintenance is very nice. However, NOT worth the over priced rent for the cheap finishes and poor quality of building structure and materials. Also, mail-box slips for the packages brought to main office take over a week to make it to your mailbox; and that is if you’re lucky enough to get one. I ordered one of those cooking meals in a box and had to throw it away because the food went bad while it sat in the back office for days. I also had to tell my family to stop sending surprise care packages because I would never know when they got here. Tapestry is nice, but not worth the rent.

I currently live here at Tapestry and love it! I have lived in both a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment and both were great. The closet in the one bedroom apartment is really only big enough for one person, so if youre planning on living with another person, I would definitely recommend a two bedroom. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. The clubhouse and pool areas are beautiful and perfect for residents of any age! We love Legacy Park and frequently walk our dog down there and around the other neighborhoods within Hollingsworth. We also enjoy the dog park that is within Tapestry. It is on the higher end in price, but it is definitely worth it for the location - just minutes from downtown Greeville, Haywood Mall, and Woodruff Rd. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Been living here for about a month now. Staff is helpful and responsive, facilities are very nice. Location is definitely a plus, close to downtown, woodruff road, haywood, but still off the beaten path and not too bad of traffic. Pleased with the condition of the apartment when we moved in, only one thing needed to be fixed and maintenance took care of it that same day. Would recommend to someone looking for an upscale apartment in the Greenville area at a competitive price.

Whenever I lived there, it was quite nice. However, the walkthrough was a different story.We completed the walkthrough with no issues and signed the paperwork. Low and behold they added text to the signed paperwork afterwards for damage.Now, creditors are consistently calling me for unpaid dues.

1st day we moved in while moving in lady down stairs was really rude about our dog barking and was really hateful to my wife. Second day she banged on our door and complained about me snoring and how it kept her up. Oh my god nightmare neighbor from hell.... Sent email to mgmt about how I felt. Fell on death ears.. Apartment is made of cheap materials for what you get. The windows our not very energy efficient. There is ton of condensation on window seals and you can feel the heat and cold thru the windows. Apartment for two bedroom for what your getting shouldnt be no more than 950$ in my opinion. What a rip off. To top it off my wife car has gotten keyed in three places. The mgmt group here hasnt any contacted my back about nor do they care.
