Thank goodness Ashley and her staff took over representing the new management company here at Pointe at Greenville, they instantly took a personal interest in this property. In the short time I’ve been here, I’ve seen so many improvements to this community that I can’t even count them. Whether they are having a stressful day at the office or a great day, they continue to smile every single day, and make everyone feel like they are important. If you’re searching for a great place to live in the Greenville area, this is it!

I was relocating from Atlanta, GA to Greenville, SC and came across a great rated apartment community called The Pointe at Greenville. When I visited the property I was met by Lisa the manager & went on a tour. The apartment homes were so spacious & open! I have been living in Atlanta & my apartment was way smaller and more expensive than the apartment at The Pointe at Greenville. I couldn’t believe what a great price these apartments were & how much room you get! They are also very updated & appliances are beautiful as well as the amenities all over the property. Once I saw it I had to live here! Lisa made this application process so smooth and easy. The entire way through the process I have never been made to feel so welcomed, valued and helped during a process that can be quite stressful when moving from another state! I recommend anyone new or local to Greenville give these nice luxury apartments a look if your looking to move to the Greenville area! It’s not downtown but close enough to downtown to take a uber if you want to go out for nightlife but also close enough to the relaxing, quite smaller town part of town with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops & shopping close by. I recommend The Point at Greenville to anyone because Lisa makes the process all worth it & the area is more than anyone could ask for. Ask for Lisa you won’t regret it! :)

Maintenance is usually quick to fix things. The apartments are new but definitely cheaply made and thin walls. The flooring is not real wood, it’s those peel and stick stickers. Also parking is awful. I get home from work at about 7:30 and have to park 4-5 buildings away most nights because the entire side of my building has random trailers taking up all of the parking spots. If they want to park their trailer they need to buy a garage because it’s not fair that they take an entire parking spot and leave the trailer there that has not been moved in 6+ months when someone could be parking there that actually lives in the building. Valet trash isn’t that great either. They pick and choose which days they want to pick up trash, sometimes when I put 2 bags in the black bin provided outside, they will take the top bag but leave the bottom bag in the bin causing me to have to load it in my car and take it to the dumpster to avoid getting fined for leaving trash outside outside of the allotted hours. Definitely not worth the valet trash fee that is put on everyone’s lease. Also cops are in the community after hours for different incidents several nights of the week, just ride around on any given night and you’ll probably see 2-3 cop cars responding. My rent has increased by $200 after renewal which is absurd considering the quality of everything else. For $1375/2 bedroom in SOUTH CAROLINA I definitely expected a higher quality. I’m giving 3 stars and not 2 because the maintenance guys are always professional and nice.

Lisa in the office has been absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. She calls back if she misses your call and always has an answer to your questions. We absolutely adore her and are so grateful for how helpful she has been while we transferred into a different apartment.

This is by far the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. The old management was fantastic however the new management is very rude to the people living here. Please don’t get tempted into renting from here. It’s not worth the headache. The rent is not worth it. You can find something better for much cheaper. My rent is supposed to be 900, somehow it always comes out to be more. There’s always additional charges to the bill bringing the total up to 1100 or more. When I first moved in, I was getting charged the electric bill twice. There’s almost no parking available at night. If you get home late, you won’t find a spot at your building unless you pay extra. There was a malfunction with the fridge that was provided which caused water damage and mold growth inside of the unit. I had to stay with friends for a month because after the apartment had been “cleaned” it was completely unbreathable. When I asked management to come to the apartment to show them that it wasn’t breathable, they refused to come into the unit saying they had already been inside and it was fine. Management would not allow me to move out even though there was mold in the unit. The management blocks all bad reviews on their personal website to look better to potential renters. Even though subleasing is allowed in the lease contract, I was told here will never be a situation where the management approves it. I’ve attached pictures of the mold found in the unit.

Recently the management has changed, and my husband and I are very pleased with the results. It’s a lovely place to live, convenient to Greenville, quiet and very well-kept. Highly recommended 👍

My fiancé and I have been living here for close to 7 months and the old management was so much better than the new management that took over. We were unaware that the fridge had a leak and caused mold to grow behind the fridge, which we couldn’t see. We were exposed to mold and had an array of health issues due to it. We assumed that it was allergies because we were unaware of the mold. We had to move in with our friends 30 mins away just to get away while they fixed the issue. After 2.5 weeks of working it was done and they said that we could come back to the apartment. We came back to see what all had been done, when we walked in the door we were greeted with the smell of paint and mold. We tried talking to them to get the air quality tested and they dismissed the issue entirely. We talked to the management about prorating rent for the month and and half that we weren’t able to live in the dwelling and received a very harsh no. The cost of utilities was much higher the month we weren’t in the unit compared to any other month we have lived here. That’s odd considering we weren’t staying in the unit. After all of the trouble, my fiancé and I are debating buying out the contract just to get the heck out of here because of everything. Also we have to park 2-3 buildings away to park. Since we’ve been here the monthly rent has gone up like by $250 because of the trash, water, and any other thing that they feel like adding to the monthly bill. I highly recommend looking somewhere else to live because this is not worth the money or the headache caused by management.

We like living here a lot! The staff (especially Jessica) is really personable and great, theyve helped us with mail being misdelivered a lot of times and they allowed us to do a lease transfer from a one bedroom to a three bedroom when we decided we needed more space only a few months into our lease. We can hear our neighbors sometimes, but weve been really lucky to have amazing neighbors so it really hasnt been a problem for us! We love the heated pool all season and use the dog parks and grills/ picnic tables around the complex all the time! Well maintained and the valet garbage is awesome.

They are crazy for what theyre asking for a one bedroom you could live near Greenville downtown cheaper than that and better apartments. There is nothing luxury about these apartments.

Yes, it’s somewhat pricy but you are getting an incredible apartment with great management, amenities, and neighborhood. Every thing is new and luxurious from the heated pool, to the fitness center to the apartments themselves. Maintenance is quick and helpful as well as the staff. I really enjoy the Starbucks in the office. Coming home feels like going on vacation. Highly recommend.

Paid for a parking space since there isn’t enough and have grown tired of having to park two buildings away. Came home to find someone in my space... called the 24/7 towing company only to find out that they are apparently not 24/7 and their voicemail was full so had to walk in the rain with all my bags while someone else enjoys my $90 space.

This place is horrible!! Avoid at all cost. The apt is falling apart, the valet trash service which you are forced to pay for, picks up what and when he chooses. Paid for parking spot for 4 months someone was always in it, when I contacted the property manager they said they would give them 24 hours to move... there is no parking, they dont respond to request or emails. It is so bad we have bought out our lease just to get away from this trash hole.

We are not a fan of the new management but the icing on the cake is when they tell you 4 buildings at a time need to find somewhere else to park when there’s already not enough parking. where are we supposed to go???? not like y’all respond to phone calls or emails for me to even ask, but since you asked for reviews hopefully this gets seen. EDIT adding insult to injury the man towing cars left in parking spots was extremely aggressive and vulgar yelling obscenities and GD this and that for everyone to hear.

Don’t move here read the reviews management never answers the phone new management raised the rent without doing anything to justify it shorter times at the pool there’s never any parking at any time of the day and there are available spaces but they charge for them and it’s not worth it with rent as high as it is if I could leave zero stars I 100% would

So far, the only good thing about this place is the nice exterior, the gated fence, and the fact that it comes with a washer and dryer. On the day we were supposed to move in, we walked in to the maintenance men painting and cleaning the apartment since the last people moved out. THIS WAS OUR MOVE IN DAY! This should have already been done. Now I am having to find stuff to do for an hour and a half until I’m allowed to actually enter my apartment which is now going to smell like paint. The manager came up to us and said there was a miscommunication on their end, DUH! On top of this, they accused my husband of having a record (which he does not!). I also had to call 2 days before my move in date to figure out why I had not heard anything from them. They put me on hold for 5 min and said they would call me back which they did not. Have not been happy at all. They better pick it up from here. For your own good, just don’t even bother with this place. Pretty disappointed that I am stuck here for the next 15 months.

So imma start this off and say this is the best experience I have ever had with looking to rent a place.My week started off scheduling tours at various apartment complexes and the first few were a bust and then I had a Appointment with Vantage at Powdersville. I showed up and my first thought was this place looks amazing and expensive but It was just perfect pricing for what I was looking for. I walked in to be immediately greeted by Ashley who was ready for me to go on my tour.Ashley was telling me every answer to every question I had without hesitation. She was very spot on with Giving me every Detail that I needed to know.Joel (Community Director) definitely knows how to deal with customers and i highly recommend you talking to him or his Staff about renting.After her showing me around the grounds and showing me my apartment....I was immediately sold. Usually Apartment complexes wont put 100% into a tour but this place went above and beyond to make sure i was aware of anything and everything!This Property has everything youd need to live your best life and the apartments are perfectly fitted to what you are looking for!The staff here was just unbelievable, they were all very courteous and very friendly unlike most places.If you want to Get the best for what you are looking for you need to come here!

Would like to have a parking space. It’s pretty ridiculous that I live in building 13 and have to park at building 8. Rather frustrating when someone has been taking up a parking space near my building with a trailer for about 6 months now. If they wish to park their trailer then they should buy a garage. Who ever constructed the building plans did not take into consideration the amount of necessary parking.

The office never answers the phone, but when you go in the receptionist is on their phones. They raised rent and did nothing in return except make the rules absolutely insane. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never. Live. Here.

Think twice before moving here. Most of the staff are friendly but the manager is off-putting and does not seem to listen to her resident’s needs. The former manager was nice but is no longer with the company. These “luxury” apartments are NOT built with quality in mind and it’s not worth the $1300+ I’m paying per month!I moved in where concrete floors and walls are uneven, floors are left dirty with paint chips, carpets were not vacuumed, and there were appliances/fixtures that did not work correctly.While in my living room, I can hear the neighbors’ child across the breezeway screaming while both front doors are closed. I also wake up to my upstairs neighbors’ alarms some mornings and I can hear every single footstep. These are not necessarily my neighbors’ fault but it IS the fault of the property management group!EDIT: The property manager has changed at least three times since the summer. As of this writing, the 5-star reviews are by people that only toured the place and not from people that lived here.

Looked at first like a nice place... I am surprised they are calling this place “luxury living” it’s anything but....Signed a 13 month lease and have lived here for a year, will not be renewing the lease. The management and staff are very unprofessional. They are super nice before you sign the lease. Once you sign they don’t want to handle any issues, they act like your bothering them even if you go in to ask question. And they don’t respond to emails in a timely manor.I had to call weekly to have dog parks taken care of and Valet trash service that you pay for, is frequently missed. The maintenance staff are very incompetent.Save your money, they are way overpriced, this is NOT luxury living. Looks are deceiving!

I have not yet lived at this place, but I can describe my experience with administration. We used to get several calls to go see the apartment so we could start the lease process. Nothing was ever very explained. I saw the red flag, but insisted. Submitted personal documents such as pay stubs, paid 280.00 and nobody ever called me. I tried contacting everyone from the administration several times: wrote emails, left voice messages, called insistently due to my relocation because of work. We were left in the vacuum. They have showed us what kind of people you’ll rely on. Useless. I work with customer service and trust me, I’ve never seen so many incompetent people who treated me with no consideration. I’m still waiting on my reimbursement and have heard nothing so far.

I traveled to Greenville, South Carolina for a travel contract and was looking for an apartment that offered Short-Term Lease Agreements because I was only contracted to work for 2 months. Hotel stays were really expensive and airbnbs were just out of my budget. Not only were the apartment at Vantage affordable in comparison, the costumer service was exceptional. The shortest term available start at 3 months and it was still cheaper than getting a hotel or an airbnb. Ive worked with Joel Quintanilla for my onboarding process. Unlike New York, South Carolina have a lot of fees in addition to the apartment but Joel was wonderfully patient in explaining everything in detail. Jessica is also amazing. Shes very personable and a great person to converse with. I loved my apartment. An in unit washer and dryer at was important to me so that was great to have. The location of the complex was ideal. Right off of the main highways and easy access to fast foods, healthy food options, Walmart, and other major pharmacy store brands. My neighbors were quiet so I didnt experience any noise issues during my stay. I would definitely return if I were to do another work assignment in Greenville, South Carolina. Wonderful experience.

Don’t live here unless you want to waste your money! The walls are paper thin, they charge you a service fee so you can pay your rent, and they don’t care if you have to roll your windows down in the pouring rain to enter the apartment entry gate code! Live elsewhere because this place looks better on the outside than it is to live in.

I took a tour with the Property Manager. Mrs. Mosley was very informative about the property and nice. The apartments look like five star hotels so cozy. That amenities are great. My favorite part is the clubhouse with the Starbucks coffee maker☕️😋.

Nice apartment for itself on the inside, except they’re listed as “luxury” and have no noise insulation between floors. My mother has been on the first floor for about 6 months on her lease and the first month in the lease, the management moved in a family of 7(!!) into the apartment above and they make the loudest racquet all day long. It is unbearable. Management refuses to work with either my mother on getting a different apartment to be able to enjoy her life and not be stressed by children running above her all day. They are also unwilling to ask the family to move either. Seems like they don’t care about finding simple resolutions for their tenants even though they have 2 fully vacant new buildings.

Apartments are nice but the property management is awful. Fees on top of fees. They force you to pay your rent in a way that charges you a fee, if your autopay has any issues you get a $180 fee without warning. During the covid dilemma I asked if there would be any discount offered, since they removed all amenities and still charge full rent. I was met with snotty attitudes about it “your rent is for your apartment, not the amenities” as if someone would pay $1300 for an apartment with no pool patio grills fitness center coffee shop business center lobby etc.Don’t sign a lease here, everyone regrets it.

Beware - the office staff will lie to you. I was told to go ahead and apply because my $100 per person fee was refundable within 3 days. Of course - this wasn’t true. We also found out after the initial application that the fee is $100 per adult - that’s $200 per couple! Absolutely outrageous fees. So glad we didn’t lease here, if they couldn’t even be honest about the fees.

Not managements fault but very poorly constructed. Floors are not level (not even close) walls are also warped. Workers come in and install shelves and leave a mess behind. You can hear the upstairs neighbors take every step. I have been working in construction for 30 years and have never seen such poor quality or work. Whoever the contractor was needs to be held accountable.

Moved all the way from south Florida and Sydney helped me through the entire process and was extremely helpful. She’d keep me updated as much as possible which is very much appreciated and also dealt with my million questions. Finally moved in yesterday the property is gorgeous, the pool area is my favorite. The only complaint I have is the cabinets are all scratched up when they installed them I’m assuming, there’s paint all over the floors as well. Some of the electric sockets are also not working but I’m telling the office about that as well. It was a very easy and nice experience moving in!UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS LIVING HERE:I have zero complaints about living in this actual complex. The people are nice, and respectful. What I do have an issue with is how often I have to call maintenance. When you move in somewhere it should be 100% ready for move in. Prior to moving in, I have about 25 pictures of everything that was wrong. I ignored the scratches and paint all over the floor because mistakes happen BUT they connected the water lines wrong for our washer, the water heater stopped working after a month???? The sink and garbage disposal was dripping water, And now the electricity in my living room isn’t working. Have to wait for an electrician to come in on MONDAY. I put in my request on Wednesday(no tv, no WiFi, nothing in my own living room) You can hear every step people upstairs take which isn’t their fault but they could’ve constructed this to be a thicker.

Lived here since 2019 when the complex first opened. Management wasn’t super friendly, but very willing to work with the residents. Pool was open 24 hours and heated. Now, since new management (RK Properties) has taken over, there have been visual improvements to the complex; however, the pool is no longer open 24 hours, it is NOT heated, and the management (although “friendly” in tone) absolutely refuses to cooperate with the residents. If you have actually read any of the reviews, you should see that the management response ALWAYS includes a request to “stop by or contact the office directly for further input.” No actual answers or remedies are presented. When you contact the office, management will listen to you, but NEVER actually provides decent customer service. WE are the residents paying rent, but the management refuses to accept that fact. Do yourself a favor, and find somewhere else to live. I’ll be doing the same just as soon as my lease is up.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE APARTMENT LIVING!! Pointe at Greenville has far surpassed my greatest expectations!! The management here is extremely professional and truly is a joy to talk with. They are quick to help in any way they can and they work tirelessly to ensure that their residents are cared for and that every reasonable need is met.The apartments themselves are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS and our neighbors are the nicest people. We are so blessed to live here and to enjoy all of the amenities (including my favorite complimentary Starbucks Chai Tea Lattes)!! This place is truly resort-style living and I never want to leave!If you are looking for an apartment in the Greenville area, look no further than Pointe at Greenville Apartments!
