The only reason I gave one star is because the lady that open the store was so polite and friendly very warm and welcoming! however the service is HORRIBLE!I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!! I asked for a pink and white gel set and got acrylic for one thing not to understand something totally different to overcharge and STILL SCREW UP!! I was so disappointed the lady who did my nails even left acrylic underneath my nailbed, did a clear pink over my nail which was NOT WHAT PINK AND WHITE IS. They still charged 48$ for gel which it WAS NOT And pink and white which it was Also NOT

Very nice salon staff. The deluxe pedicure is my favorite treat to myself. They know how to take care of feet.

My experience here has been okay, but my most recent experience has been the worst. I had gel pedicure and a sns manicure. The young lady doing my nails was obviously struggling to do my basic pedicure as it took her over an hour. I assumed she was new and still training so I remained patient; however, I can tell she just gave up and did a rush job because I now have gel polish all over the skin of my toes. She made no effort to clean it.Someone came over to help do my nails since it was taking so long with my pedi. The SNS was sloppy and when I addressed it, she just said that’s how she lays it on. Well, it wasn’t very good and I’m embarrassed of my nails.I won’t be back.

The workers were very friendly and the service was absolutely amazing I will be going there to get my nails done from now on.Thank you ladies for a awesome job well done ♥️♥️♥️

I went in on a Tuesday and my polished chipped on Wednesday called to inform the owner he says can you come in. I went into the shop and he charged me full price because I wanted gel instead of what of regular polish. I wa disappointed with how he handled the situation and wasnt trying to resolve or at least discount me. No polish should last only a day no matter what.

Owners were very nice, pedicure felt great, building was clean however, nail polish and acrylic are old. Skill levels are not high. Did not like the results of French tips because they were cloudy looking versus clear and each fingers did not have a similar shape. Could have saved $60.00 ... never again .

Will never waste my time here again. Worker didnt get my nail shape right. When I didnt like the color, the older guy argued about me wanting to change. Said my nails was 27, and then when it was time to pay changed the price to 37. I see why no one was at this location while I was there for 2hr.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION....I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE OFF AND ON FOR A FEW YEARS AND I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE OWNERS OVERCHARGING BUT ONE PERSON WHO ALWAYS DOES MY SERVICES....HE OVERCHARGED ME MORE THAN ONCE. AND HE TRIED TO SPIT ON ME AND I WILL BE FILING CHARGES AND A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB....THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. I ONLY WENT HERE FOR ONE PERSON AND SHE WAS UNAVAILABLE. I ALLOWED HIM TO DO MY NAILS AND HE DID THEM FAST AND SLOPPY AND I DO HAVE PICS. HE IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND OVERCHARGES PEOPLE OF COLOR....DO NOT GO HERE. A COMPLAINT AND PAPER WILL BE FILED!!!

They get 2 stars based on the low cost solely! But as they say you get what you pay for the customer service is atrocious and they try to find ways to swindle you out of more money.

I have gotten my brows done here for years and they are ALWAYS on point but...I recently started getting my nails done and I tried the sns twice and both times it only lasted about a week before it cracked and came off. I think Ill go back to gel polish

Horrible customer service!! Only been twice and the past two times they argue with customers, they get upset when you ask prices. They also trash talk you for not wanting to buy gel polish.so when you purchase the acrylic full set and polish be careful because the polish is old and clumpy and then that’s when they tell you well you should’ve got gel instead.I’m not picky nor one to complain but when you spend your time laughing and arguing with your customer because you have low quality polish it’s rude and you don’t need to be in a customer service position! Rude and I will never spend my money here again !

Customer service here is terrible!!! I used to be a consistent customer and as of today I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!! I was completely ignored by the staffing here and told that they were too busy to do my eyebrows and to come back later. I’ve seen them do this to customers before but this is the first time it has happened to me. This will be my last time coming here.
