1st time visiting and I loved it. Nanas husband did a wonderful job! They take their time!

After asking price of what you want at front desk, ends up being $10 or MORE when they finish because the person that gives you the price is 99% not the person that services you and when you ask why, they have 5 or more different reasons even after confronting person who gave you initial price. Nails are thick sometimes and disproportionate. Pedicures are quick, some massage and some do not. Cuticles care barely remove dead skin.Ive visited here several times to give them a chance but for the money I spend, I will spend my money somewhere else.

I really enjoyed getting my feet and nails done at Ck Nails . The atmosphere was friendly. The products that they used on my feet was awesome. Even though it was busy I see why. To me its worth the wait. God bless. ✌🏽❤️

I have been going for over a year and THEY have never disappointed me! Jen and Nae-Nae are typically my nail technicians but first Jen! She is truly amazing! She can design ANYTHING by hand! I would NEVER go anywhere else, this salon is very professional! I also love the manager Hannah, she is awesome! Overall positive experience!

I usually go to ck nails to get my eyebrows waxed, but this time it was horrible. I have a trip coming up in 5 days and wanted my brows waxed for it. When i go there, I told the lady before she started that I did not want my eyebrows thin AT ALL, I just wanted them cleaned up. She started and the first strip was fine but the 2nd one felt like she ripped alot off and it felt like some skin came off with it. She had finished and my eyes were so watery and my brows were hurting so bad. I understand a little sting may happen after, but not a burning sensation. I paid, left, and tried to see if the pain would go away..but it didnt. I went back up there and she put aloe on it after i told her that anything that she puts on it will burn. She ended up giving me a refund. But at the end of the day i was in so much pain, my brows were thin & uneven, I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE.

Went into this place today they were very unprofessional they did my nails a month ago and all my nails came off I decided to give them another chance thinking maybe the nail tech was not experienced and got the same experience when I walked in it was nasty and they were very rude trying to offer me other services I just got up and left ****do not go to these people I promise you your nails are gonna fall off and you will regret it!!!!!

This is my new favorite nail spot! I like the music that they play and the staff are very professional. All they need is to start serving mimosas and Ill visit weekly lol

Hannah did an amazing job on my nails. I will say the wait time was quite long but the results made it worth it. She didnt hurt me, my nails came out exactly the way I asked for and thats very valuable to me considering how many bad experiences I have had at other places.

I love this place not because every time i come Im satisfied but bc i finally got it right Ive fallen upon 2 nail techs here that have gotten it right my nails that is. I love the scriptures that border the wall its something abt going to a place that has God at the forefront. Nowwww they have a couple that works here that sends me away every time theyve done my nails unsatisfied the guy listens to some religious taping the whole time and is very slow and isnt really skilled in the art. His wife who sits right beside him is more personable and fast yet never does what you ask and doesnt do a good job with laying the acrylic but makes it hard to complain or show disappointment bc shes nice.

I usually love coming to CK Nails. They usually do a great job for a decent price. The experience & customer service that I received today is the reason why I will not return. I decided to get a full set & a pedicure for my birthday this weekend. The pedicure went wonderful and the nail tech was awesome. I switched nail techs so that I could get my full set done. I showed the nail tech exactly how I wanted my nails. She began to cut my nails down and I told her they were too short. She then says “let’s see how they’ll turn out”. As she’s putting the acrylic on I’m addressing how I’m not use to short nails and that I dislike it. I tell her to stop and I ask her if she can start all over. She states that it will be $5 extra to soak these short nails off. I then ask her how much would my total be. She tells me that it would be $55 ($30 for Nails & $25 for toes). I agree to paying that price. When she finally finishes my nails I follow her to desk to pay my total. She proceeds to tell me that my total will be $93 😳😳😳 I’m very confused at this point. I ask her why and she tells me that she added extra services to my total. I ask to speak with the owner and she only deducts $5. She states that she believes that her employee gave me this price from the beginning so I will need to pay. The owner wasn’t even in the shop until the very last minute. I paid the total because I didn’t want to cause a scene. But I will NEVER visit this location again & I will NEVER recommend them to a friend again.

Very bad service...do not go there. I went for a simple toe polish change and with three colors and design on toe with lines and dots. The price would normally be 9 or 10 dollars and the lady wanted to charge me 7 dollars extra for the design she said she could not do. And they refused to service me and put my nail polish back. I explained that I didn’t care what the design looked like as long as she made an effort I would not complain. The worst service ever. Do not spend your money here.

Most of the time I always leave SUPER UNSATISFIED. I try to go back bc if the one-two times they did my nails so nicely but this last time I am done. I got a full set, everything was going great until I got home and realized that the paint job was a mess! I was in a rush, I got matte nails and called the next day asking if I can come back to get them fixed. Nene said yes but when I got there they expected me to wait and if I waited more than the 10 mins I stayed for I probably would’ve gotten out of there hours later. I’m over this nail salon.

I been here a couple times. i usually would have sydney or the boss & they did a phenomenal job! i came here today and i guess i had gotten a girl who was still training & learning about nails but i’m very disappointed in my nails. they could’ve been way better and worth the price but i’m not too happy with my nails. never coming back here if i don’t get what i’m asking for.

Decent work but very UNPROFESSIONAL with how they interact with the customer. Had a young lady that worked on my nails tell me if I didn’t like her work, that I could go somewhere else. Now for a person in customer service I do not agree with her tone nor her measage.

Just got a full set and pedicure Friday and half of my nails are lifting already . Politely went back today and I sat there almost 2 hours and nobody attempted to fix my nail. Paid $65 for a full set and pedicure and nails should not lift after 5 days . Very dissatisfied

If I could give this place no stars I would. After less than a week 2 nails popped off, I returned and they fixed those for free. I came back because an hour later another popped off. I asked them for a refund, they made a huge deal about it, and only returned $15 which is half of what I payed. They were RUDE. Hannah’s sister was talking the most trash, saying to call the salon owner would be bothering her. Do not waste your time or money here.

I have terrible toenails, they certainly work their magic on my toenails, last time I was there my natural toenail just popped off for no reason, my tech built me an acrylic toenail that fell off the next day.

Clean, friendly service. Manager is Christian. No drama in here.
