I got sns and my eyebrows done. It cost 60 dollars. I’m honestly not sure where an extra 5 dollars came from. 35 is their standard sns price. Shape is usually 5 and length is 5. Plus 10 for my brows. The 5 dollar extra charge does not make sense at all as my nails were nothing special. Just the straight dip powder. No fancy designs.Likewise, The colors were not what I wanted, specifically the middle finger was suppose to have white underneath so it would tie in the white as shown in the second picture. Along with the length was not what i wanted, my manicurist cut the length to the size shown in the picture without asking me. I like long nails…. Especially since they charge 5 for length. I wanted what I paid for. My eyebrows were subpar at best… there are still hairs underneath where my eyebrows are and the middle between my brows were not done despite it being standard to do from everywhere I’ve been.Also the drilling burned every one of my nails despite me saying ow… that’s never happened anywhere else I’ve been.Subpar nails at best for my first day of class at college.

Great place for a manicure and pedicure. Took their time and good conversation. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they aren’t busy because it can get very crowded. This will probably be my regular place from now on!

Every time I go in, my tech knows that I will ask for a design and sometimes its simple. Sometimes its a lot more intricate and she always takes the challenge on with such an amazing attitude and talent.

I paid $25 to get just gel polish on my toes and it is clearly not gel, I’ve never had gel polish peel off. It’s normally impossible to get off. I’ve had gel polish stay on my toes for over two months this past winter.. my nails haven’t even had a chance to grow out any and I already have to go and get them redone.

I have been getting my nails done by Mary for over 20 years. I have followed her as her business grew and theres a reason. Not only does she care about the quality of her work, but she cares about the customers she serves. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with the end result, before you leave.I cant imagine having my nails done anywhere else ..... shes the best!

My nail tech was so so sweet, efficient, and precise! My nails look amazing! The owner was so sweet and accommodating! He did my sisters nails who is getting married and did a STUNNING job! Everything was Pinterest worthy! We will definitely come back!

Excellent first time experience. I have a nail place that I go and I love it But recently, it’s become a go to for a lot of people at all times of the day. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a reason why they’re popular but I needed a relaxing environment with friendly and great service that didn’t require a long wait. The name stood out and the pictures helped me decide to try them. Lavish Nails, elegant place, beautiful job on my pedicure, quiet and comfortable, friendly service. I got a basic pedicure that was Devine and just what I needed. I’ll definitely be back monthly.

I went here because its close to my job and a beautiful establishment. My first time going they talked negatively on the my sns nails were done from another salon. Yet my SNS cracked/broke on multiple nails within a week of being done at this salon. So I went back 2 days ago to try one more time and my SNS is already cracking on 4 of my nails. I called they said I will have to pay to get them fixed, they lost my business I will not go back here & do not recommend them as a reputable salon

I made an appointment and was seated immediately which is important since I was there during my lunch break. I liked the trendy vibe with the nice decor. My SNS turned out very pretty however I got nicked with one of the tools and it stung and didnt offer anything. I probably wouldnt go back. Go at your own risk.

All the ladies seem very nice. The man who done my nails once was rough. I will only have Mary do my nails now bc I like her personality and care to my nails. The salon is aesthetically beautiful.

This was my first time here. Ken did my manicure and polish. It was excellent including the back and shoulder massage. My eye brows were done and look great. This place was very clean and everyone was friendly. I will be back. Thank you for the great experience.

ZERO STARS!!!! I recently started going to this salon and the customer service is horrible. I remembered some of the employees from another salon nearby off of Lawndale Drive called Elegant Nails. Apparently some of them left and opened their own shop. Yesterday I went in for a polish change on my feet. I am an African American female and I walked in with a Caucasian lady. I am mentioning race because it became very apparent that African American women are treated differently in this salon. I was walked to the pedicure chair and told to sit down. The lady I came in with had her chair adjusted for her to sit and offered a beverage. Once the nail tech who is also the owner finished painting my feet she told me to let my feet air dry at the chair. The lady next to me was escorted to the drying station. I decided to walk myself to the drying station and was then approached by the owner again and she asked me very loudly if I was going to pay. I said “of course” and handed her my money. The lady I came in with and sitting at the dryer station with me, paid upon leaving.In conclusion, don’t go to this nail salon if you want fair treatment amongst customers. It’s sad and a shame that’s all customers of different races are not treated the same. As I read some of the reviews, I’ve noticed that others African American women have had similar experiences. I will not be returning here and neither should any of you.

Very rushy and a tab mean with 2 of the women Ive worked with. The guy who done my nails prior was great but he quit. There is another woman and a guy by the name B who I like. Hanna Nope and the main woman who seems to be in charge #Nope they can not dare do my nails or touch me ever again

Honestly if I could give them 0 stars, I would. They have a lot of color options but they over charge!!! They charged me $3 for a second color and I was going to get a tip added because I broke one of my nails but they charge $2 for that. I’ve never been charged for doing 2 colors or for getting a tip, that’s absolutely ridiculous. The lady doing my nails was rude, she tried to put polish on my nails without wiping the dust from the nail file off first and then got an attitude when I asked if she could wipe it off before she polished and she filed my nails way too short. The lady wouldn’t even speak to me and she rushed through my nails but as soon as she stopped helping me to help a customer who was Caucasian she was all of a sudden talkative and nice. I will not be coming back here!

It is a great salon and does quality work! However, they are pushy in regards to drying time. On two separate occasions, I have been rushed to dry resulting in my nails messing up after leaving the premises. It is so frustrating!

I will never go back. Wanted pink & white. Asked him to do one so I can decide, he did the whole hand SOOOO terrible then gave me attitude. Soooo rude . Never go there again.

I had a bad experience with this salon and if I could give no stars, I would. I went here for the first time yesterday. I was helped immediately so I thought the experience was off to a good start. I asked questions about a pink and white SNS manicure and also stated that I wanted a pedicure. I emphasized manicure when I first walked in and even made sure the lady doing my pedicure knew I wanted a manicure. As she finished my pedicure, she put on a very thick layer of top coat (which made me worry it wouldn’t dry properly). When she was finished my pedicure, she sent me to a man and he began working on my nails. I reiterated to him that I wanted to get a manicure (for the third time), confirmed the price and he said $50. That was much more expensive than I expected considering I never got pink and white nails before but I was willing to bite the bullet for this sort of manicure. As he began putting the powder on I asked him at what point was I soaking my nails and he said he didn’t know I wanted a manicure. The first lady I spoke with interjected and said I never said manicure and that the price “has always been $50”. Her tone was accusatory and very condescending, which made me feel belittled and embarrassed. Other people in the salon were staring at me waiting for my reaction. I was so shocked she spoke to me like that. Also while he did my manicure, the SNS powder on my nails started to warm up. I’ve gotten SNS for over a year and this has never happened before. When I asked him about it he brushed it off and said something along the lines of “that’s just what happens”. I’m not sure if this had anything to do with it, but I looked around and I was also the only African American woman in the salon. About 2 hours after coming to the salon, my nails were done and I assumed my toes were dry because no one told me to sit under the dryer. They didn’t seem to care if I was happy with my service especially considering I spent $75 in the salon that day. I sat under the dryer anyway for 30 minutes just to be sure. Surprise! Surprise! When I took my shoes off yesterday evening I saw that my big toe had pieces of my sock dried in. I want to go back to get it fixed but I feel like they’ll give me a hard time. NEVER going back to this place! Taking the time to write all of this should tell you how disappointed I am as a college student

First and last time going there. I wanted to try a new place...bad decision!! Customer service was bad. Went for a pedicure the guy clearly didnt want to do it. Made me feel rushed and unwelcomed.

My friend and I went here to get our nails done yesterday. We were told to sit and wait, so we picked our colors and sat waiting for an HOUR. People had left and we were still waiting. Two people came in about 45 minutes in and sat waiting for 15 minutes and went to leave and the staff tried to get them to go ahead of us! They moved my friend to a chair and she sat waiting for someone for another 20 minutes. I finally got fed up and left. I dont know how theyre work is, but unless you want to sit waiting for 1-2 hours at a time I would NOT go here.

I normally love coming to this establishment, but I am here today January 31st of 2019 at 3:20 p.m. and my pedicure went lovely as always... However, my manicure was halfway done by the woman with the child with the fuzzy shirt on and I wasn’t going to say anything about it but when she asked which color I wanted, I chose and when I went to put the polish down it slide from hitting my phone and hit the floor and cracked open. Now at this point I apologized a few times repeatedly and would’ve paid for it if they asked me to... but instead of not making me feel like a complete outcast they woman doing my nails went to clean it up and just kept saying “a waste of a color” and then I looked down and she’s like “your jacket”. It is dripping down my coat and I was thinking ‘ok, no buggy’. I asked for a something to clean it off with and the man who took over for my pedicure because the woman moved on to the next person with even letting me know seemed as he had an attitude because I asked how to get it off of my coat and he responds “I don’t know, you going to pay now?”. It was the woman coming to get SNS who said she spoke to Mary and said she couldn’t wait who helped me come to a solution about getting it off my jacket. The guy then got frustrated by me cleaning the polish off my jacket he started speaking to the other coworkers and then walked off. I used to love nothing but getting off work and coming here to relax and even recommended people to come, but as of now I will take my services elsewhere until they get people who are polite to NOT JUST THE CAUCASIAN crowd. I’ve never been rude or anything so I didn’t understand why they were being so insensitive.
