I have a old I phone in bad shape and just wouldn’t change but has a lot of Bitcoin on it.it was to bad for them to replace the charge port but the man cleaned the charge port and tested it that fixed it save me a bunch of money and able to use my phone again. Do not get your phone repaired here they are lazy low about time it will get done when it does it done if you have an iPhone it will not have ture tone anymore becuase they don’t copy the chip so your color will look doll

These repairs came with a 60 day warranty which is great. I had two screens on two iPhone 6Ss repaired. They look like quality workmanship, the price was half of what Apple charges, and they were fast. DO NOT GO TO OFFICE DEPOT, go to Batteries plus to have your phone repairs done!

Took my iPhone in to get the screen fixed. When I got it back the ghosting was hardly controllable when trying to type any letter on the right side of the keyboard. They said it was a feature for the phone. Wasnt like that with a broken screen. Also the keyboard was always either not typing letters or would jump to the beginning of the text. Would not recommend this service.

Asked for price on screen replacement for my specific phone model. Payed $30 more than what I was told. Despite that, staff were friendly and actual screen replacement is fine. Touch works but something weird happened to colors. All colors show up dull and camera/pictures aren’t as colorful. Checked settings to see if maybe they had accidentally clicked on something when testing my phone but nothing in my settings had changed. Don’t know if something was damaged in the process or if it’s just the new glass

Very knowledgeable and did an excellent job replacing the battery in my iPad mini. They kept it over night to allow the adhesive to set. They called me the next morning to say it would be ready that afternoon and called again in the afternoon to say it was ready.

Live in Sterling. Had a broken I phone 8 screen. Verizon in Sterling AND a local computer store said the phone was trash...unable to be repaired. NOT! These guys fixed it quickly for just over 100 bucks. We WILL be back! Thanks for the EXCELLENT service.

My I-phone 4 had a broken screen, at first try the replacement screen did not seem to work but the techs found another screen in a different location had it shipped in and worked over the weekend to get the phone up and working. Best service on the repair GREAT
