I moved from california and was recommended to go here to train, and i have been here ever since 6 days / week. the level of knowledge and experience from the instructors is bar none. all levels welcome. you will get cardio and skill in both muay thai and jiu jitsu. Also, it has a great family environment where you can meet great friends and training partners.
