Took my phone in to have them repair the broken glass on the back. When I got my phone back an hour later the button on the side did not work. They tried to say it was like that, it was not. Had to take it to another cell phone repair company, CPR in Loveland and when they took it apart they showed me where this company punctured a hole in my lithium battery right through to the power wire that connects that side button. When I confronted them about it, they tried to say it wasn’t them when they are the only people that ever were inside my phone. They charged me $160 to break my phone and would not credit the money back. Literally the most unprofessional pathetic excuse for a company I have ever experienced. Do not go here.

I shattered my i phone 8 screen and camera lens I have insurance with my cell phone provider but have to pay additional money and send off my phone. I took it to CRG and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to get my phone fixed quickly my 6 year old wasn’t even bothered by the wait time. I came into this store the other day when my son broke his phone screen at baseball practice. They gave me a very good price for the repair as well as providing friendly service. My son really needed the phone repaired as quickly as possible since he was going on a trip with his school. The staff managed to put priority on the repair and get it back to us on time.

Fixed tablet screen for under $200. I love these men for their speedy service. Also, they have a great variety of phone cases.

First and last time here. I called him and got quoted $80 then I show up n he says its more. My husband got it done anyways and because his phone needed fixed. The guy didn’t even ask for his passcode and we got it back disabled!!! Guys that’s not how it should be!!! Quality places will completely go through your phone with you so you both know it works. Never ever coming back. SO disappointed and upset.

CRG is the best place in town for any kind of phone repair. I have a Note 4 and I love it, unfortunately the lens on the camera broke. These guys were the only ones in town that were able to fix it. Dropped my tower off for some repairs. A couple weeks go by, I visit the store and ask if it’s ready. They tell me that they ordered a part and it’s being shipped from China. A couple more weeks go by and I still haven’t heard anything so I go in a ask again what’s going on. They tell me the part is still being shipped. At this point I’ve lost my patience with the place and asked for my computer back. They literally just bent over and picked it up from the exact spot I dropped it off at months ago. They didn’t even look at it. I took it to this other place in Fort Collins and they solved my problem within 30 minutes.

I went to them to replace my charging port on my iPhone, when I came back they charged my $100 and all they did was use compressed air to clean out my port, how do I know? Because my friend fixes phones and they didn’t replace anything, they’ll scam you for little fixes like that

First off they broke my computer.They mouse pad totally worked when I dropped it off. I know this for a fact because my husband forgot the mouse when he had his brother look at it and it worked just fine. He tried to play it off saying Oh why didnt you tell me your mouse pad didnt work really dude your so fake!Next, my import for my chip reader doesnt work either, so now I am spending more money to fix what he broke thanks!!!and he said that he gave us 8.2 windows, well it sucks just as bad as windows 10 did. It doesnt load website that we need for school. This shop is fraud! He probably paid some off to get good reviews.I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

One of the worse places I’ve ever had to fix a phone!!! I went in to get my iPhone 7plus fixed and immediately my front facing camera stopped working and my home button started acting funny and is very sensitive which was not how it was before. I’ve had to reset my phone multiple times. So I went back within the next 30 minutes and they fixed my front facing camera but they still broke my home button which was not broken before. So I find it weird that I went in to get a simple screen fixed and ended leaving with a phone that is very difficult to even open and or use

My Samsung SD card tray broke in my phone. I bought a new tray but could not get the broken pieces out of my phone. CRG was able to take apart the phone, remove the broken bits, and put the phone back together in under 30 mins. Another store said the process would take about 2 hours to complete and would include heating the back of my phone (???). So glad I found CRG. Knowledgeable, skillful, and fast! Ask for the boss, hell be honest whether he can fix something or not.

He lied about the price saying it was $80 but then changed the price to $130 for something that didn’t need to be fixed, when he only should of charged me for the battery repair. He was also talking to me as if I didn’t know anything about cell phone repairs. Could not understand him, prices are ridiculous, worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced, I don’t recommend taking any electronic to repair, there not there to help the costumers. I wouldn’t even recommend a single star for this place, if I could but 0 stars I would.

Im sorry but this place SUCKS i brought my iphone 8 plus in because my screen was cracked my phone was cracked from the middle to the top over the camera and i took my phone thinking this guy could help and after the phone was ready he said my middle home button doesnt work and for me not to trun off the phone or reset it or it will delete everything !!! this is part that upsets me is he tried saying my middle home button was broken before i came in when it wasnt i think someone would know their phone !!!! so sorry they DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY !!!!!!

Took my iPhone 7 screen to get fixed he fixed for $230 charge me $30 for a screen protector the screen protector he put on and did not cover the edge of my phone all the way I drop my phone with screen protector and phone case on and screen still shattered and my phone glitches a lot well then I drop my phone a second time and my screen popped off took it to another screen repair shop and they told me he took the plates out from my phone those plates belong There so the screen Stays in place and holds all the connections together so my screen popped off due to the fact that they did not have the plates in my phone And not only that but the whole time he was helping me he was on the phone and kept telling me to hold on while he went to the back and talked and when I picked up my phone he was still on the phone and when you place my screen protector on he was on the phone so I would not doubt that he was on the phone when he’s fixed my screen.
