We absolutely love our new LVT flooring DeGraff installed in our lower Level ! The installers were professional and friendly. The only hiccup was a misunderstanding of flooring being installed in the bathroom, and the installers not getting that info or having enough flooring. While this may have become an irritant, the installers were extremely upfront and communicative to us, orders additional flooring and will be able to install as soon as it arrives.Along with the LVP install, we selected new carpeting for the stairs. The installer arrived early and was done promptly. Very professional and courteous.So far the whole process has been a pleasant experience. Cristy Curtis, of DeGraff, has been a great resource.We’ve been so please we will be returning to DeGraff when we start our main floor remodel!

DeGraaf Flooring had sent in some contractors to fix carpet seams that developed due to normal wear and tear, by tenants over time, in a rental property. They came in and fixed 7 seams in about 4 hrs. They guys were working at it the whole time, and the replacement carpet looks great, better work than a previous company and done. Cost was $300. Definitely worth it. This type of job is hard to find people who can do this right now. Thanks again.

DeGraaf Interiors has done several projects for the house. They installed a Chelsea Plank hardwood floor, which looks beautiful and completely fits the character of the house. They also installed carpet on our deck, which has a 15 year warranty and is working out perfect - even with 3 dogs and Michigan weather. They helped me choose the perfect floors and Im very very pleased with their service and products.
