They do great work! Not always the best at responding in a timely manner, but still worth it. Weve used them twice and both times they have done quality work.

Scott did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. We were in a time crunch and he was able to squeeze our project in and got it on done on time to move in to our new home. Our floors look absolutely beautiful! Would highly recommend.

We hired Floor It to install vinyl plank flooring throughout our home. The project was 1,200 square feet and we are very happy. Very impressed with communication and quality. Brandon helped us find the exact flooring we wanted and for a lower price than what we were originally looking at. They tore out our old tile and carpet and went above and beyond in making sure our subfloor was leveled and our home stayed clean hanging plastic and using vacuums. Floor it and Scott were great from the get go. I had first called to gain some insight and have some questions answered for a flooring project my wife and I were going to DIY. He was very helpful and even came out free of charge to take measurements and give advice for how we needed to proceed. For a great price Scott offered to come by the following week and help level out some areas of my subfloor and get us started on the first few rows of our flooring. He even let us borrow some tools for no cost! Very appreciative of the help and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

We went with Floor It to install vinyl plank flooring throughout our home, install new base trim and install a new backsplash in our kitchen. One of the main reasons we went with Floor It is because they were the only company who came to our door with a mask already on. Per our request, Floor It wore masks the entire time they worked which we are very grateful for. Their work quality is very impressive and we are really happy we went with them. They pre-painted our trim before installation and caulked and touched up with paint after. No one else offered that and it allowed us to have fewer people in our home. He arrived promptly at our residence to provide an estimate, get us on schedule, and to help us locate a flooring provider that was affordable. Email communication wasnt a problem, and all of my emails and phone calls throughout the process were answered usually within 24-36 hours. They are a small business and a small team, and they did an outstanding job. To add to this, I accidentally over-paid when the job was completed, and Floor It let me know the error and refunded my over-payment promptly. Looking forward to working with this group again for our next flooring project.

Scott and Brandan we good to work with. They were one of the few outfits in the area that would install tile that was purchased separately. They were also mindful and accommodating of our schedule. Scott did the work and he was respectful of our home and always cleaned up after he was done for the day. Also feel like we got a good value for what they charged us for the work.

Scott doesnt seem like a bad guy or anything, but today after a couple of weeks of discussing terms with him on a tile job he came up empty.The following is a true story. I am not a melodramatic person and am not angry feeling, but have that gosh darn this is frustrating feeling in my mind. He gave me a quote on the job. I found someone who could do it for a cheaper price, but he had worked with this tile before so wanted to give him chance to match. He agreed and said we can start that same week, but his caveat was that he wanted ALL the money upfront. Now first of all, what legitimate contractor or company wants ALL the money before a job like this is done to the service purchasers satisfaction? This communication took way too many days to determine and I had to re-email him. I told him I would pay him half up front and half when finished - 2 days later, he agreed and asked when I wanted to start. I promptly answered him that day about my timeline which was soon and asked him what would work - this was sent within hours of his email. 3 days later I was on my 3rd email as he had not responded.Then he tells me he cant do it for over a month. this was a total waste of my time. It seemed like really poor speed of communication and it seemed like he really gave the impression that this could be done soon. Who says they are ready to go in the same week, then after negotiations asks when do you want to start if they actually cant do it for over a month. Even if I agreed to do it in that timeframe, does anyone think by now that I would trust him being that he had slow response to email, preferred all the money up front, and misled me on timeline before? He might be good at what he does, but is he picking and choosing by volume and level of pay? So if better paying work came in, maybe he bailed on me to do that first? But that is very unprofessional if true. We agreed to a cost and format of pay and now suddenly he cannot do the job. Luckily I have a back up that will do it at the same price. But I have to say until he is more organized and sincere as well as timely, I would not recommend him to anyone. What a delay, what a waste of emailing and just a waste of my time.

I was looking for someone to install flooring in my basement. Floor It came out for a quick estimate and was able to install sooner then expected. I couldnt recommend them enough! :)

My laminate kitchen floor suffered some water damage, and Floor It came to my rescue! Within 24-48 hours, Scott and Mike were able to come to my home and take measurements and discuss the different options as far as materials were concerned. After taking measurements and giving me an estimate on labor, Mike dropped off some samples for me to choose from. From there, the supplies were ordered and the project was completed. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me either through email or text regarding where we were at in the process. When it came time to install the floors, Scott did an amazing job! They turned out beautiful - and I was shocked at the difference it makes! Not only is their work impeccable, but their prices are highly competitive. I would highly recommend Floor It to anyone searching for an amazing company to install new flooring :)

Very frustrated and disappointed with this company. Scott came out to my house and took measurements. I asked him for an itemized estamite for all the work that needed to be done for the flooring along with moving appliances, furniture, trim, etc. I even showed Scott the exact flooring I wanted. We were sent an estimate, we approved everything except moving the appliances and some of the trim work but then asked if we could schedule them asap. Scott didnt reply right away so my husband emailed Brandon a few times also called and left a few messages. A week later Scott sent two more estimates that were twice as much as the first. My husband called and asked why the change in price, if anything it should go down because a few of the things on the first estimate we were going to do ourselves. Scott told my husband that for the first estimate he didnt have the price for the material. Who sends an itemized estamite but doesnt add the material, the estimate had the word flooring with an amount next to it, how is it that was something different, sounds shady to me. Im not understanding this at all what company sends out an itemized estamite to a customer then customer agrees wants to hire them, ready to give them a down payment then a WEEK later tells the customer oh by the way we need another xxxxx amount. I have NEVER had something like this happen to me. I have hired many contractors and companys and the estimate that is written up is what they honor. Its really disappointing because Scott appeared to be a honest young man with intergerty but appearances are not always what they seem.
