I have been coming here for almost a year now and this is by far my favorite place I’ve ever been! I switched from another place because the prices and speed here are insanely better here. She can do a full set of acrylic gel in 45 minutes with two colors, for the same price another salon would but for only one color and not gel. I come in with broken nails all the time and she will fix it for free sometimes. These women are the kindest and most genuine people around. If you are in the Waltham area you have to come here, trust me I’ve been everywhere and nowhere does anyone do exactly what I want and for the price! They never miss.

I just moved to Waltham and after a few trial and errors at other nail salons I finally found Queen Nail Salon!! Jenny is amazing and always takes great care of me. The salon is very clean and professional with a warm and friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend you to go here❤️!

I was told salon is no walk-in and no waiting inside. Regardless, there were three people sitting in waiting chairs during my visit. I haven’t seen tools used for my nails and cuticles sterilized or sanitized. My technician cut my finger and saw it bleeds, but hasn’t done anything until I asked to take care of it. I wasn’t given time to choose my color, technician was in big rush. The top coat was placed all around each of my nail skin and cuticles and then it felt and looked like glue. The surface of nails and height of coverage is different for each nail and uneven on few nails. The coat is messy, sloppy and untidy. In less than 30 minutes I was let go. I assume the goal is speed and quantity, but not quality here.———2-weeks update:Nails chipped on four fingers, after nail has grown you can see uneven coat line near cuticle.

I unfortunately did not have the best experience yesterday. I booked an appointment online for 6 and did not get sat until 615, but that wasnt the issue. Everything was rushed. I understand that they were running late with my appointment but I came to the salon to unwind, not feel stressed or rushed. In the middle of rushing, my finger was filed so sharply that it was sliced and started bleeding (see photo).She apologized but for the rest of the manicure my finger hurt and burned because of the cut. Everything else was fine, my nails are crooked but she was able to give me the ombré I was looking for.

Queen Nails is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been too! Jenny, Fala, & Danae make you feel right at home. They are so kind and provide absolutely wonderful and exceptional service! The deluxe spa pedicure is a MUST (and for $37 it’s almost too good to be true!) The 10 minute foot massage that’s included always makes me feel amazing and is perfection. I’ve had four pedicures and I even got my mom to come here too—she’s picky and has gone to the same nail salon her entire life, and she loves it here!— I highly recommend coming to this salon for any service, you will not be disappointed! Thank you ladies for always providing a welcoming and relaxing experience :)

Today was my second time going to Queen Nails and it solidified the fact this is my new nail spot! First time I got a pedicure which was phenomenal, and today I got a full acrylic set which was also phenomenal. I had both of the sisters at this point and both were equally amazing. The amount of care and effort put into their service is unbeatable, but they also work fast so it doesn’t take up your entire day. Highly recommend checking these guys out! They were also very kind.

I am so happy that I found this nail salon! They are so amazing. Always kind, and most importantly follow COVID procedures at all times. The salon is clean, they are constantly sanitizing and limit the amount of people coming in and out of the salon. I couldnt recommend this place enough! I never leave disappointed.

Terrible experience. Each time I have gone here they take me 25+ minutes late from my appointment time. The technician rushes through my manicure. It is now 2 days since my appointment and all of my acrylics are lifting.

Best place for dipped nails I have found. Friendly, very clean and online reservation system!They did such a great job with following new guidelines and maintaining a clean space especially for the first day of opening. My mani and pedi came out perfect. I would definitely recommend going.

I’ve been using this salon regularly, particularly since Covid. They limit to two guests and two technicians at a time, which makes appointments very efficient and always on time. They always remember me, even when it’s been a couple months between visits, are upbeat, and the quality of my mani and pedi (reg, dip, and gel) are always great! Make an appointment (same day is fine) and you’ll get right in and enjoy your experience.I was in the salon today when a negative review came through and the owner was SO upset over it. It was her first bad review since she took over ownership over a year ago. And the worst part is that it had clearly been someone reviewing the wrong business as the description of the physical salon space and it’s policies around waiting/staffing were 100% incorrect to anyone who uses this salon regularly. Small businesses, especially now, depend so heavily on retaining their customers and bringing new people in the door, so I wanted to do whatever I could to support this business.

This place just changed new management, and although I love when Haley was there (on maternity leave now, and does the BEST eyelashes), the new manager is awesome too! Incredible customer service and really knows how to take care of her customers. I will continue getting my nails done here, and can’t wait until Haley gets back so I can get my eyelashes done too!
