I made an appointment hours in advance. Arrived on time, directed to pick the color and 10 minutes later I was told to sit and wait till they are available to do my nails. After I expressed my concern and dissatisfaction, the owner told me “If you are not happy with my service, just leave. See you some other time.” This was not the first time I had to wait because they take walk ins and do not follow the schedule, which is bad enough itself, however rudeness and unprofessional behavior are absolutely unacceptable.

The team’s technical skills are world class; but even beyond that, you are warmly welcomed and treated like family from the moment you walk through the door. I found the location spotlessly clean, with COVID safety measures firmly in place. My nails look phenomenal and their deluxe pedicure has put the spring back in my step. Their customer focus, warmth and service quality are a perfect fit within the Cascade business culture. A wonderful place to invest your self-care budget!
