I like this place because theyre not overly busy and get us in fast. They do good work. The only issue I really have is they dont do a good job at cleaning and dusting. Im sure its because of the dust around but Ive been coming here every two weeks and nothing is moved around suggesting its been wiped down or cleaned. Even the vacuum is dusty. If they do this it will be better.

Very quick pedicure. Short massage, didn’t take any extra care in my nails or rough heels. Dusty and dirty salon. Won’t be going back

The customer service was great. I got a manicure and pedicure. With powdered color and gel for hands. They look beautiful and Im very happy.

The man gave me a fungus and refused my service after I went back and let him know. I wold never recommend this place they are horrible. Be cautious!

Oaxacity now 28th st nails always did a great job on my pedicures I have engrown toes nails at times and kathy gets them out use to go to jenny but no longer there so now I see kathy went yesterday on appt. only and got right in she did my pedi and john did my nails I like the way he does nails he does a great job kathy does well to LOVE THE COLOR I picked out goes well with holiday

This was my first and last time going here. The service was horrible and my nails looked like my 3yr old niece painted them. I got shellac and I had air bubbles underneath the paint.

Very clean very pleasant we talked we laughed and 100% detailed on job well done. Ill be back! Very satisfied with services

Juliena is the most caring individual. 45 min past close & I walk in lost looking for another nail shop and instead of sending me on my way, she offered to stay and do my nails so I didn’t have to go without! Obviously don’t be inconsiderate and show up late and make these ladies stay. But she goes above and beyond! The service was impeccable, even 2 hours past close she was such a gem! Thanks J! I highly recommend her!

On my feet 8-11 hrs a day, I was recommended to come here & soak my feet and get a massage.It was awesome! The girl who did it was incredible and I will undoubtedly go back again!

This is my first time .Very disappointed . I have my original nails .she did Uneven nail shape and No finishing .she didnt even wiped my nails after shaping before painting. She painted my nails really cheap . I myself do better then her.

COMPLETELY RUDE STAFF!!!! I VISTED THIS NAIL SHOP 4 TIMES AND NEVER WILL I RETURN.. I RECENTLY WENT IN ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO GET A FILL IN AND THAT SUNDAY 3 NAILS BROKE AS I WAS TELLING THE MAN THEY SEEMED A LITTLE THIN HE TELL S ME OH NO THERE FINE HUNNY. I SAID OK FINE. SUNDAYS (2DAYS LATER) 3 NAILS BREAK. THERE CLOSED SUNDAY SO I HAD TO RETURN MONDAY. I GO IN GET THEM FIXED. THURSDAYS COMES 3 NAILS BREAK AGAIN SO I GO IN SATURDAY FOR THE REPAIR. I CALLED TO SEE WHAT TIME THEY CLOSED, ADVISED ME 8PM. ok I GO IN AROUND 5:56pm. Guy ask me what I need I told me 3 NAILS BROKE AND I JUST WANT A FILL IN ON ALL MY NAILS. HE PROCEEDS TO TELL ME TO SIT DOWN AS IF HE DOING MY NAILS. ( HE SAW HOW FRUSTRATED I WAS CUS I WAS JUST HERE 3X WITHIN A WEEK )HE THEN TELLS ME NO HE AINT DOING THEM I HAVE TO LEAVE THEY LEAVING AT 6PM . MIND U I GOT THERE AROUND 5:56PM AND I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME 8PM (now there closed on sundays ) ON THE PHONE.... YEA SO HE TELLS ME NO HE IS NOT DOING THEM I NEED TO COME BACK MONDAY. COMPLETELY RUDE TALKING IN HIS LANGUAGE ABOUT ME AND EVERYTHING AND JUST WALKED OUT THE Building. what kind of customer service is that??? 1 of the girls in there got the owner Im the phone and he was even worse .. COMPLETE IDIOTS.. I see why this place on been open about 6months. I dont see it being open to much longerHORRIBLE... IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS O WOULD..I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Very new, clean and relaxing!

We went 1 st time there n had bad experience all nails get bad with in week I called n they said come we will fix for you when we get there manager having attitude no sense of talk n even not fix good all nails looks very cheap n owner was not there I think owner needs to talk with her or arrange a new manager other then that he loose his business with my experience I never go there .
