The best place Ive gotten my nails done . They where so nice and efficient with doing my nails and my two friends. We all got what we wanted with no complaints. Amazing for the price. Really friendly people. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10 planing to return.

My nails look fine far away but upclose the shaping is janky and the color chipped and I did bleed, my friend also got acrylics but the guy rushed it, I think hers turned out better but she did have some bleeding aswell...we both paid 60$ which i think was a bit much. Wont be coming again for acrylics

My niece and I went to get manicures yesterday the nail art was fine but my nails look like they have a week of growth on them.

I sat in there was super nice I always tip very well I waited there for over 20 mins was positive the man was very rude both men were a girl walks in and is helped right away she doesn’t even have an appointment and I’m still just sitting waiting!!!! I don’t understand the unprofessional behavior!!! You are a business

The guy that did my nails was rushing on his phone several times he even nicked my fingers with the file thing several times my nails are already coming off and it’s been one day the prices were crazy and I will not be coming again

I went in to try a new salon & will not be returning. I asked them to take off the acrylics I had & do a normal shellac manicure. The gentleman who did the manicure practically tore off pieces of my cuticle & I had 5 fingers bleeding. He had said something about my blood being too thin when it had been 15 minutes & still hadn’t stopped bleeding. I was very frustrated that I still paid for this manicure.

Andy did such a wonderful job on my nails! They were very cautious about procedures in midst of everything going on in the world, and it put me at ease. Everyone was so sweet. I highly recommend golden nails, and I will go back!

Yessssss I follow Andy (New owner) anywhere he goes! His work is beautiful! Im SUPER picky about shape and he is meticulous so Im never disappointed. Not to mention the HUGE variety of colors to chose from and the even bigger variety of styles Andy can create! That and the welcoming, friendly, and CLEAN surroundings is what makes it worth it for me to drive almost an hour (From Muskegon) to see him every 2weeks. Most definitely recommend stopping in to see for yourself!

So before I made a appointment here I called and asked how much is nexgen. I was told $35. After my nails were done I asked why was I paying $45.$5 to remove$5 for using 3 different colors.$35 for dippingI proceeded to explain to the lady my nails were already coffin shape when I came in! She made them square she proceeded to tell me it would be another $5 to make them coffin shape, but they were already coffin shape. I called to complain the lady over the phone told me to never come to her salon again!!! Now I have never wrote a bad review for anyone but this one deserves it!!! RUDE, NON-PROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE!!!

Ive went to get my eyebrows done here for a year now and they do not always do a good job. Sometimes they turn out nice but too often they rush through it and I have to clean it up at home. In the the future, please take your time and do it properly.

Decided to get shellac on my nails as they were grown out, sat down and they started cutting my nails! Didn’t ask me the length cut them extremely short. So upset. Overall it looks good but I really wish they wouldn’t of cut my nails that took over a month to grow out.

12 coats of dip is way too much. **addendum** In response to your reply, I was there @ 3:45 today and requested ombre with tips. My technician was an older gentleman with glasses. He never told me his name when I asked him. Didnt seem to speak much English at all. I stressed I wanted them thin to begin with. My nail beds are large enough as it is. I got the impression he had never done ombre with dip. I also told him if acrylic was easier for him, that would be fine too. He asked me of I liked them and I told them they were waaaaay too thick. I have couldnt understand a word of his long, drawn out response. He didnt even thank me for the $10 tip I gave him. My nails arent even smooth, theyre all lumpy and I have glue stuck between my skin and nails. They hurt. I didnt have time to complain futher, as I was already there longer than I shouldve been. I only rated 3⭐ because the price was good and the effort was there.

Had an okay experience, but went in the day before my birthday to get a fresh set of acrylics and they looked great when I left but as I started packing from my weekend birthday getaway my nails started lifting THE SAME DAY! Never again.

Just went for the first time. Ella did my nails. She did the best job, great customer service. I will be back to see her again. Love her!

I used to love this nail salon until tonight when i was getting my eyebrows waxed by this super nice worker and i heard the owner yelling at one of her employees while the owner was doing a customers nails. she was YELLING to her employee that “you need to get out right now before I call the cops” i don’t know why she was saying that but that’s definitely something you talk about AFTER HOURS. then the customer said I just want to get my nails done then get out. I felt so bad for the girl, so embarrassing.

I have been going to this salon for about 2 yrs now and usually receive good service but I have been noticing more and more rhat the young woman who acts as owner or supervisor has become increasingly RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. After this evening, I will not be going back .She has LOST a good customer.

I have been going to this nail salon with my mom since I was in my early teens. Ive gone through multiple different owners and loved it always. Until now. This lady was extremely rude to my friend and I. When I did not like the color she said well thats why you have time to pick it out and I dont have time to remove it Ill just do a coat of something else on top. She continued treating us like we were an inconvenience to her next customer and kept walking away to do other things. 6 hours later and my nails are already chipping. Sad to say I will not be returning to what used to be my favorite nail salon. Do not recommend.

I was not satisfied with my nails at all! I asked for coffins and they gave me square:/ Although the color was great, my acrylics all fell off within 7 days! I will not be going back or recommending this place! Plus to add in to this the staff was awful! They didn’t talk to me at all I was bored!
