Vincent did an amazing job on my pedicure. He is very nice. He gave me a stone sugar scrub that was amazing, I definitely recommend it. Very clean and beautiful inside. Everyone is super nice. They even have refreshments.

Best nail salon in GR. My daughter and I have tried several different nail salons in the area and this by far is the best salon in GR. Top notch service every time. Consistency is key, and Professional nails & Spa are very consistent, highly trained. I am so happy we found Mary and her family. ❤

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews- they have a sign when you check out that you get 10% off for leaving a good review. It seems to me that they are understaffed, I understand but you need to turn people away. I was uncomfortable FOR the staff about the people waiting.I walked in and wanted a gel manicure and just a polish change on the toes. They didn’t even acknowledge that I wanted my toes done and I left with just the manicure. Had to go somewhere else for toes.It’s very clear they don’t keep track of appointments because the one lady who made one was sitting there for at least 30 minutes waiting

I would not recommend. I went in to get a full set put on. Throughout the service she cut me several times. I was visibly bleeding. She made it seem like it was because my nails are short but I’ve had my nails done at other places before and have never been cut. (I get my nails done fairly often) I’m not someone who makes a fuss but it was uncomfortable the entire time. I went home and put bandaids on almost every finger.

Beware! Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time to make an appointment because it will not matter; waited almost an hour with a confirmed appointment. The nail tech then was horribly rude and would not stop even after telling her that she was drilling too far into my nail bed. Actually drilled through the full depth of my nail and cracked my natural nail in half. Went to Urgent Care and reported the incident. Beware! Many other professional salons in town so choose wisely!

I called and added myself to an appt with my friends the day before and got in. I got tips and the dipping powder with #318 for something fun and its helped improve my mood and it looks GREAT! I have the tiniest nail beds and they did a great job matching sizes and shaping them the way I asked to work with my job. We were in and out relatively quickly yet both of our nails look phenomenal. FANTASTIC JOB!!!! Came from Chicago for a getaway and they were the only ones willing to take my friend and I in and I’ll be coming back just to get my nails done! They are AMAZING! Showed them what I wanted and they went above and beyond!

This place was The worst place I have ever been to. I made an appointment, and showed up and she said that I never made an appointment. Then she decided she would do my nails, but then rushed and ended up hurting me multiple times and burning my skin as well as cutting it. Then, overcharged me, knowing that she hurt me multiple times. I will never go back to this place!

This place is incredible! I decided to change up my normal place where I get my nails done and I could not be happier! I walked in and was immediately greeted and offered a place to sit. I asked for a manicure to which the person doing my nails offered normal, shellac, or dipped. Then explained the pros and cons of each! I went with the dip, but he helped me find a color that matched the one I wanted too! Then he was very attentive to how long I wanted them (because I like them super short), what shape, and even added and extra coat because he thought it looked better due to being a lighter shade. I am so happy with the service and treatment I received! I highly recommend this place! You will not be disappointed!

I love this nail salon! They are so intentional about spending time on ensuring your nails are done in detail and look incredible before you walk out the door. My dip manicure with tips lasted 4 full weeks without any chipping, or breakage. I feel quality is greatly valued in the care given here. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

My daughter and I walked in on a Sunday afternoon for 2 pedicures. We were seated right away. Nina did my pedicure. I thought I was being a little difficult, but she rolled with it. Slightly more expensive than I was planning, but very nice job. Would go back.

I had my first experience today and it was absolutely fabulous. I stopped in this afternoon in need of a dip manicure for my bridal shower tomorrow. My nails are in rough shape after a recent no chip that I didnt remove properly and I just wanted a quick clean up and some fresh polish. The gentleman running the desk said they were completely booked but ended up being able to accommodate me. The service was wonderful. The atmosphere is fun and up beat yet relaxing and comfortable at the same time. Im really happy I stopped in and I will definitely be back .

My 2 girls and myself came in an ur before closing and they still took us even tho they were very busy. They even stayed after closing so they could give us they very best service. Polite staff and great services. Will definitely be coming back. Was a great little girls day of pampering!

I made an appointment for 4 of us. My feet sat in the water for over an hour before they started my pedicure. Then as others were walking in theyd begin working on them instead of finishing my group. We were very polite and patient but I will never go there again. If you cant handle 4 customers then dont take appointments.

I went for a pedicure with 5 of my co-workers as we are celebrating a wedding and they were so accommodating! The staff was friendly, the place was very clean and the ambiance was quite peaceful. We were all done within an hour and never felt rushed. Our manicurists and pedicurists took their time to make sure we were all happy with our services. One of us got our 1st manicure ever and she is thrilled with the outcome!

They do a great job. They have a wonderful hot stone massage with the pedicure that’s awesome. They take their time and really care.

We moved so we needed to find a nail spa near us. We chose PNS and my wife was very pleased with this place. It is close to our house, neat & clean. My wife said they did a very good job. However, they raised their prices and services diminished. We wont be going back.

Three of us called ahead for regular manicures. Two adults and a 5yo. They were so accommodating and very good with the 5yo, making her giggle and stuff. The staff was kind and professional. After we walked in, a 2 and a single walked in. There was already 3 other girls here getting full sets. A busy place! Thank you!

I have stopped in here several times for a pedi over the last year and this is deff a hidden gem of a place. The staff is always nice and I love the prices to match the service. Have not tried the mani (yet) but I imagine its just as good. On the pedi side...the hot stones and massage chairs are fantastic!! I will continue to come here and tell my friends about this place!

Just moved to GR and working to find my new nail salon. My first trip to this salon after two other disappointments. I scheduled a shellac manicure but arrived and asked if I could add a pedicure. They were able to accommodate. The gentleman did a great job and I was done in 45 minutes. The shellac manicure was the first in town where they didn’t remove too much of my nail and cause me pain with the light. Clean place with plenty of spots. Looking forward to going back again!

Workers here have an attitude problem. He was huffing and puffing when I asked a simple question. The man started but didn’t finish my nails.

Awful ... took my 11yr old daughter in for a pedicure date. The young lady DUG the clippers so far under my toenails and clipped them SO short. I actually pulled my foot back several times. Then she tried to file my non Existent nails (ouch) The polish is all over my skin. When asked to add a glitter edge to my daughters she grabbed glitter nail polish I said “no, do you have actual glitter like the picture?” She replied “oh yes, that’s easy” and proceeds to grab a different glitter nail polish and brushes it on 🙄 My 11year old daughter actually was texting me the whole time about how short the lady was cutting my nails, how she hated hers, and how she wishes she would have just done them herself. Save your time, money (and nails 😡) avoid this place!! I REALLY wish I could insert pictures here for you to see.

Literally the worst set of shalic french tip I ever got. the min I walked in there was one worker arguing with a phone company on speaker phone, a man prepped me and then the women came over slapped him out of the way while STILL on the phone and redid everything he just did. filed my nails way way down. The did the gel polish super fast (again still on the phone) and then filed my nails AGAIN. which you arent suppose to do with gel polish. they lifted the next day. this place is trash

My girlfriend and I went in for pedicures. It was great, the place was nice and affordable prices.

Terrible place. Please save your time and money. I went here to get a pedicure and shellaic manicure and had the worst experience ever. They soaked my feet in luke warm water for over 20mins before someone got to me. The pedicure itself took over 90 mins because the guy doing it was very slow. Towards the end the owner had to take over and when she did she kept picking at my skin and eventually made me bleed. She then proceeded to do my shellac manicure and rushed the whole process. The next day the shellac started chipping and I realized my white tips werent cleaned up or even so I decided to go back to get them fixed and the shop was closed even though the sign says open until 8pm. I give them a call the next day and set up an appointment to get them fixed and when I arrived the girl had no idea what I was coming in for and got really mad that she had to redo all my nails instead of a few. She scolded me and said she needed to be somewhere and that she cant do it. I told her its not my fault, I called earlier and the owner said she would redo them and that if she cant do it then to give my money back. She said no and proceeded to do my nails in a rush. No joke, 2 days later my nails started chipping again. Im not going back because its a waste of time and the service there is poor. My guess is that their nail polishes are old too. This salon is far from professional. Im not one to write a bad review but I felt I needed to in order to save the headache for someone else.

Do not recommend for so many reasons. I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived and the man at the entrance was rude and... befuddled? I was there. He actually seemed shocked I had showed up. It was so bizarre how he was acting towards me. He told me to pick a color for my acrylic nails and pointed at the basic polish wall. I told him it was for acrylics and he basically threw the color wheels at me. They had maybe 15 shellac colours to choose from, with their palette wheels having 1-2 actual colors available. He did the prep work for my acrylic fill and then a woman took over for him.Within 5 days, I have had four nails fall off or chip/break. The woman who did my nails seemed in a huge hurry and left big globs of acrylic fill on the undersides of my nails which drove me insane. I would not recommend going here.
