I live right by the listed address but they say they cant service my area. When you call they have you enter your zip code but it hung up on me even though I live in the same city. Not a real company.

If we were going to sell our home we needed to make sure that the chimney was thoroughly cleaned. We have used Ryan before, and knew there was really nowhere else to turn. He did a first-class job in cleaning out our chimney about five years ago and, even though it did really need a thorough cleaning now, we knew that the job needed to be done right if we were going to sell our home.Ryan gave an extra bit of special attention to our chimney to ensure that was nothing that new perspective homeowners might let stand in the way of purchasing our home. I like that about him, and I even recommended him to the people that bought our home should they need a service like this in the future. They were appreciative of that, just as we were appreciative of the great job that Ryan did. You are the best young man!

This is how service technicians should be! I called to schedule to have cleaning done on my chimney and to have a new cap to installed in a house we just bought. They had two guys come out the next day, which was much faster than I was expecting to receive service. Michael came right on time and got down to work. He told me that Jacob would be there shortly, but he can start on the prep work. I thought that was awesome that I wasnt having my time wasted while he just sat around waiting for his partner. The other part I was that I was in charge for Jacob until he actually arrived. He showed me that the cap did not need to be replaced at all. He told me that just a little repairs and the problem would be fixed. When Jacob arrived it took them about 25 minutes to fix and clean the chimney. I was honestly expecting a bill of about $2000, but it was less than $150 at that point. I had them do some additional work with the ventilation system and ducts around my home just because I felt like I had wasted their time. They were very courteous about it and did the work. I still saved a bundle. Overall A+

Their advertising in grand Rapids but they have absolutely nobody that works in the west Michigan area so what is the point?!

Im sure its a fine company but why do they list Grand Rapids as one of their locations if theyre not servicing Grand Rapids? Im on the Northeast side and was told there wasnt anyone servicing my area.
