My contractor has used R&R for years, and I trust him. Over the course of the project the team at R&R was professional and responsive. Theyd call me back right away and come up with a positive solution.One issue remains which Im sure well figure out, I was told the unit as installed would account for multiple rooms, and it turns out the unit sold to me doesnt do what is needed. Im sure it will be resolved.One of the guys in particular, Matt came out to my house to provide a fix for the heating system as it was installed. He also recognized an issue with our AC... found the right part, worked with me on the warranty, and got the job done right away.Every person that has been out to the house has been professional, on time, clear in communication... all the things a homeowner is looking for. Im just glad our contractor led us to R&R... theyll have our business for as long as we own the house.

From the estimate process to the repairs themselves, this company sent people that were able and willing to explain everything so that we understood, give us options, and teach us what we needed to know about the systems. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Available to any questions and always offering information and options rather than trying to push for a sale. We had R&R bid on a full install of new HVAC system in our cottage in Northern Michigan. We removed baseboard heating and installed nat gas line, built in all new duct work, new furnace, new AC, new gas water heater. R&R accepted our job, even though the project was nearly 3 hours from Grand Rapids. They did a great job and we love the 2-zone system they set us up with! We had a couple of issues to work through along the way, but Gume and Oscar were intent on making sure everything got done the right way. Would highly recommend!

We had such a great experience with R&R! They put 3 furnaces in our homes: 1 furnace in our primary residence and a furnace in 2 different rental homes. The technicians we had, Adrian and Fidel, were very professional, competent and friendly. We had to have an adjustment on 1 of the furnaces in the first year and R&R came right out to make the adjustment and went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were satisfied. Mr. Ramos devised an effective solution, and my system is back up and running well. I could not be happier with the professional and courteous service we received. I had a new air conditioning unit installed by another company who did a very poor job. The unit was not running correctly for 6 weeks. Moises came to the house. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything he had to do to correct the unit which had been improperly installed by a different company. I wish I would have R & R from the start. We converted from LP to NG. RR came in and did the conversion on the furnace and installed the necessary piping for the NG to be installed. I was very impressed with the promptness and kindness of all of the workers. The lead tech instructed the worker on how to do the conversion. I was working and could hear him. That level of respect for the employees is reason enough to work with RR. I would greatly recommend them and plan to work with them on future projects.

They were on time, professional, answered any questions I had during the installation. I couldnt be happier with the work that was done. Today, Danny and Adrian, Van #14, came to hook up the gas to our new whole house generator. Both young men were very polite and conscientious. It was raining and miserable but they spent the morning making sure that the work was completed appropriately, which necessitated an unexpected trip to get the correct part. Once it was hooked up, they came in and made sure that all of the items with a pilot light were back on line. They are excellent representatives for their company!

The worst experience I have received in terms of customer service and communication. We had a central air system installed. Our installation appointment was for 8am and installers did not arrive until 2pm plus the 2 day job ended up being 6 days.The owner was not understanding and had a careless attitude while listening to my frustration. He offered nothing for the inconvenience.
