10/10 would recommend Godwin heating and cooling. They are so honest, fair & reliable. Russ was so friendly & got my furnace working then explained exactly what happened and what was repaired- he also was very sweet to my dogs. Their prices are incredibly fair and I will always use them moving forward for my heating & cooling needs.

I needed three exterior door locks and a deadbolt with one key fit. Went to Do it Best Center at Godwin Hardware. They set me up with nice quality nice looking Hardware. And it was the Holiday season. They had it all set within a reasonable amount of time. All the hardware works great! Very impressed 👍 ask for Joe😁

If you are needing anything HVAC related CALL THEM NOW! Incredible service and an incredible team. It was a pleasure working with them and we will definitely be calling them in the future.Our HVAC system was 22 years old and it was all starting to break down. We called multiple people for quotes and because of our split level home layout, everyone said they wouldnt be able to install a high efficiency furnace. Not Godwin. Rob was helpful in creating a solution. He took his time educating us and explaining the entire process. On the day of the install there was an issue with the venting for the furnace. But still instead of throwing in the towel, Len didnt give up and came up with a way to make it all happen. Len installed a 96% furnace, whole home humidifier, 16 SEER AC, and 40 Gallon water heater in 1.5 days. Not to mention the extensive problem solving and rerouting of things to be able to vent the high efficiency furnace. Rob checked in regularly as the process went along. When the job was complete Len walked us through everything again. What he did, why it matters, what to look out for, and so much more.Excellent Service, extremely knowledgable, great communication and a very, very fair value. I cant recommend Godwin enough. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had.

Godwin came out today to look at our water heater vent and while they were not able to fix the issue they got a company out here for us the same day who did. Fantastic customer service and earned our future business. So appreciative.

From start to finish we found Godwin employees to be prompt, professional, and friendly. They didnt just do the work, but also gave us the knowledge wed need to get the most out of our unit and maintain it well. Will definitely be returning to Godwin for future work.

Great Service as always

Extremely unsatisfied with their service. We got a brand new furnace and AC last fall and although the material is good quality, the service was terrible. They made marks on our walls, didnt caulk properly outside, left purple stains on our sidings, moved our small propane tank and didnt put it back, the thermostat they installed was crooked etc. They came back again this week to change the circuit board on the furnace to be proactive about potential issues, which is great except that they broke our light bulb socket downstairs. They pulled the bead string so hard that it stayed in their hands and never told us about it. In the end we couldnt turn off the light anymore. Its not so much the fact that they screw up, its also that every time they do, they let us find out. We are done with them. Save yourself sometime and find a different service provider.
