Love prairie ranch apartments!!!!!!! Especially the apartment manager Tressa, she’s the best! My kid’s and I lived here for 7 plus years!
I really enjoying living here! The manager and staff is really helpful and understanding. Also the maintenance staff is quick and efficient on repairs. The inside of the apartments are very clean and pretty. I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family. So come take a look for yourself!!!
The staff is friendly and great and maintenance is good about fixing issues fast and prompt. My experience living here has been very welcoming.
These people never answer the phone or respond back through text for any rental inquiries
I have been living here for years. I have been pleased with my experience here and have never had a problem with the management. Maintenance has always came in a timely manner. Overall a quiet and peaceful place to live. Tresa the manager of the property has always been kind and helpful with me. Their understanding and communication throughout Covid-19 has been phenomenal.Definitely would recommend someone to call prairie ranch their home.
Its sad so many bad reviews talking about ppl in office needed to listening because make ur property look bad was looking to rent but no way
Everyone in the Prairie RanchCommunity, I have met seems to be pretty friendly and will help you find out information you may not be familiar of knowing. I enjoy the ladies (Taylor &Yvette) in the office. They were so helpful to help me get approved and saw the need to go above and beyond to get me approve while following the company standards during the approval process for my family & I .
I live in the neighborhood to the north of the complex and Prairie Ranches tenants are always throwing their trash over the fence so we in the Beacon Hill neighborhood have to deal with it. Along the fence is a ton of trash. I guess its easier to throw the trash over the fence than to walk in to the trash dumpster. Update.. Just found out the trash thrown over Prairie Ranches fence line is hundreds of dirty diapers. That what we in the Beacon Hill neighborhood have to look at on a daily bases. Gross!!
I never stayed in a apartment because of everything that goes on in apartments but living here the last 2 years have changed my opinion I love living here and thats mostly because of my Beautiful 😍 manger Tressa she is awesome words can not express how great she is I have had a lot of medical problems since moving here and she has really been a blessing ❤ to me, and the other two ladies on staff are also great 👍 they all have a special place in my heart. But Mrs. Tressa just makes it a pleasure to live here its hard getting her on the phone 📱 😅 but she works hard.So a big shout out to all the PrarieRanch staff.
I was there visiting yesterday. I made sure I parked in a visitor section; however, I leave to find my car towed. Apparently it was face forward parking only. Where I parked there was no signage stating this. Now, 24 hours later I am out of $298 to retrieve my car. I am highly disappointed and defeated at this point.
They love to tow cars over here and find any reason to tow your car. They towed one of mine and tried to tow another one saying it was abandoned/inoperable. And now they sent an email saying they are going to tow cars with expired stickers because theres not enough parking.. well maybe if youd give each apartment a covered parking maybe youd have more parking spots available. Smh. Just trying to take peoples money.
I love the staff and living here at Prairie Ranch, Im so glad I made the choice to return. Love going home everyday! Tressa is so awesome as well as the maintenance team!!!
Excellent property and professional staff. Tressa and her staff are always friendly and make sure our needs are met.
This is so far the best APT HOME!!!#I Seen in a long awhile and Im very proud to call those Apt. My Home
Ive been living in the community since April and for the most part my experience has been great. I love the convenience of the garages. Maintenance has always been good about fixing things and were very prompt. The office staff has been very kind as well. The property outside is always clean and the grass is always cut. The dumpsters are never over flowing and I dont have noisy neighbors. The only thing I dislike is that the visitor parking spaces are limited
I have been trying to contact this complex about renting an apartment, and I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone when I call during their business hours. I also sent an email through their contact us feature and no one has reached out to me, other than a “we’ll get back to you” automated email. That was exactly one week ago. Horrible customer service.
The apartments are nice inside. Outside could use a good clean.... been here almost 2 years. Last staff was better than the current staff. Latoya I believe is her name, is rude, has constant attitude and is not helpful. Tressa has now become unavailable almost all the time and Latoya doesn’t allow anybody to speak to her... maintenance has also slowed down quite a bit these last few months. Takes them a lot longer to get around to fixing things. Overall area is decent. I would say these are a good starter apt but this is not somewhere you plan to stay long term.
The marketing team is incredible and makes you feel like youre the most important resident at Prairie Ranch Apartments. They are helpful, accommodating, and all so friendly! Maintenance is super quick when you need them and just as kind. They made my move in process so smooth.
Been here for about a week and I can already say I am very satisfied, very comfortable atmosphere and the apartments themselves are family safe. No worries about anyone breaking in to anything because the police have a watch here to ensure safety. I am in love with this place and my wife and children are too. Also the office is very helpful. This is a place to raise your children.
I have lived in the area for over 10 years. This complex has been my favorite by far. They always have been good to me. If I had any problem with anything they always take care of it quickly. The surroundings are calm and never had any problem with anybody.
I’ve called and left messages for two weeks now. One of their numbers wasn’t even in service even though it’s listed on their site. They still have not gotten back to me. Not a good sign and I will not be looking into renting here anymore.
I think their needs to be security cameras on the light poles or something apparently someone went into my wifes car last night luckily nothing was in there for them to take but if I ever see it happening I promise I wont be nice at all.
Happy Home
These new reviews seem very scripted! However the apartments are really nice & the location is perfect! I’ve never had an issue with anything & maintenance is very prompt. There tends to be a high turnover rate with the office staff however I’ve never had an issue with anyone. Ms.Tressa is great & she’s always been available if I ever needed her. The complex is full of children of all ages & they all seem to play well with each other. The units are very roomy & the updates they are making are very nice. My only issue is that the community is advertised as a gated community, I’ve been here almost three years & the gates have never worked. Also it’s a “Texas Summer” all the pools in the surrounding area are open yet this one is not. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
First things first, this place has its people...I sent an application at the beginning of the year and my application is being pushed back...I love Kelsy she treats people with dignity, but the lady at the door OMG I always feel bad when I walk in there and I dont find anybody but her she always gives me this feeling like you dont belong here.I think this place should monitor how people are being treated like the way Providence does.I love the apartments but wont live there if they keep pushing you away, and tell you will call you but never call to tell you anything.
Have seen improvements lately. I love living here, its a beautiful community. management is doing a great job keeping it that way.
Apartments are nice (aside from the very thin walls and floors) but Management sucks.
Great place to stay I love it here very beautiful the office workers help me with everything they made things so easy the maintenance is great my home was beautiful they did an awesome job every time I see the maintenance they smile and help with everything I need quick and fast
The Prairie Ranch staff is doing an incredible job. The maintenance crew is very prompt, informative, and always visible around the complex. Tressa Tate has always been good to my husband and I, and Alfredo Gonzalez seems to be about business. Ever since new management has come in, a lot has been done to renovate the complex and make it a better community to live in.
Confusing to get but overall maintenance agent was Great!!
A friend lives here and she complains all the time about the horrible experience. Her car has been broken into, her guests cars have been towed, even HER car has been towed! Mind you she pays for covered parking and has been a long time resident here. It was awful, she went through the trauma of believing her car had been STOLEN because it never would have occurred to her that her car would be towed from her own complex in a spot that she PAYS for!! Awful, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
I currently moved out this property after 7 years. Great location, A quiet community used to be a great place for kids to play I’ve been through three managers. My move out experience was horrible. Since then I have been trying to get in touch with Tressa regarding my move out fee through the office phone and they don’t answer nor do they have an answering service. Now it has it my credit and I am very upset. I ask Tressa for her Coporate number which I have not received and also a call from her supervisor Barber which I have not also received. Yes these apartments are spacious and the rent is reasonable but not worth it because of poor management.
My family and I recently moved in and we absolutely love the community as well as the office staff! I would highly recommend this community to all of my friends and family!
I called to get on the waiting list in July and I finally heard back in October. The leasing representative Tiffany called me on Thursday and left a message stating I had until the following Monday to call. I returned the call on Thursday only to get a voicemail stating for me to leave a message and someone would return my call. Well I left a message and no one returned my call. I called again on Friday and received the same voicemail message. I left another message and no one returned my call and I attempted to call again many times. I called on Monday only to finally get someone who stated the apartment was given away since they didnt hear from me. I informed the leasing representative Tiffany who was very rude and stated she checked the voice messages and she didnt receive any messages. She stated for me to get back on the waiting list and try again. If this is how the service is I would not recommend these apartments. It was horrible customer service.
Ok
I appreciate Tressa, any concerns that I may have she would correct them. I have been here a year and have some maintenance issues, they have been corrected. There has been only one car broken into and that car is still in the same spot (the visitors spot). There are only a few visitors spot which is fine because at first there were so many cars that you could not find a parking spot. The maintenance men are very good with keeping the apartments clean.
If you have children and are looking for a place, I recommend checking this place out. They have planned activities for the kids, 2 playgrounds, and a great pool.
These apartments are dangerous/ I heard a lady screaming for help in the middle of the night....My son was almost stabbed by another kid....the office doesnt care about your safety at all my home was broken into and my sisters car was broken into, someone was brutally murdered in these apartments so I dont feel safe at all and the office makes it hard for you...my car was towed out of visitor because there were no residents parking and the office manager responded park in the back I ask in the middle of the night and shrugged did not care that Im a single women and anything could happen..if I could put 0 stars I would they do not respect your privacy, and things come up missing from my home and when I call in to report it The office manager always says no one has been in my home.. they come into your home without letting you know I wouldnt refer anyone To these apartments, I personally mind my business and go to work come home pay my rent pay all my bills on time and I still would not refer anyone here, these apartments are ridiculous the managers need improvement...I even pay my rent online so dont have to deal with the office manager...the walls are so thin you can hear The neighbors walking and talking it gets annoying if you like peace and quiet but most of the problem is the new management they havent done anything to help the residents have a comfortable stay and today they have inconvenienced the residence even more by closing one of the main gates in the complex, they have made it very inconvenient for us now we have to take the service road and make a huge circle just to get something to eat or go to the grocery store also our children school bus picks them up from that gate Im guessing they want the children to walk around on to the service road to get to the bus as cars are coming //and for whoever responds to these reviews you can save that copy and paste apology for another review//Im so tired of all the fake apologies...thank you
I have a disabled sister that resides on this property. She recently went through surgery for cancer and is now in recovery. Its VERY difficult for me and other family members to visit her due to parking. There are MANY empty parking spaces as well as empty covered spaces NOT in use on a regular basis throughout the day and night. Many of the residents cant afford to pay for the covered spaces so they go unused. No one can park in these unmarked spaces covered or not. If you park in an empty space your car will be towed. We were told by office staff that you can pay $15 per month as a visitor to have a parking pass. If you are a resident and park your car in an unmarked open space without a registered tag you will be towed. There are only 4 visitor parking spaces for several building near my sister. The visitor spaces are always taken. There are several more visitor spaces near the office, but good luck walking to the very back of the property in the rain, carrying groceries or as a female at night. Yes, they have their share of crime and then some. Ive NEVER heard of a family member or guest paying a property as a non-resident to park while visiting a resident. The gates have been open for all traffic on the sound side of the property for years. The entry gate at the front (west of the property) has been open for years. While theres no such thing as a security gate - it is intended to slow down unwanted traffic and deter crime. Their intent with the entry gates has failed since theyre open 24/7. THE TRASH around the dumpsters are an eyesore for anyone that has vision. After a week-end or holiday its not unheard of to have more trash IN the dumpster, but more often than not...theres trash on the ground, large bulk trash items spread around on a routine basis. It looks and smells horrible. Is there not a porter? Lastly, my sister/the residents were told that she/they can no longer receive packages such as UPS deliveries to the door. Thats crazy...she has medication delivered and at one time food from a Cancer center to help her with eating healthier while going through radiation treatment. She had to have her deliveries sent to her daughters house in another location and then have it brought to her by a family member. My sister lived on a 3rd floor, I told her to ask about transferring to a lower level due to her medical challenges. She inquired...she was told that they dont transfer unless youre getting a larger / more costly unit...Well now, aint that a caring response to a long term, excellent rent paying, disabled person surviving cancer. On a good note, the grass is always cut, and the flowers next to the entry are always pretty.
Amazing staff and super smooth move in experience! Quiet, well-kept and awesome neighborhood!
REGISTERED MY CAR AND RODE TO WORK WITH A TENANT AT THIS COMPLEX.. I GET OFF WORK AND GET HERE BOUT 11PM AND THEY ILLEGALLY TOWED MY CAR... STILL DONT KNOW HOW IM GOING TO GET MY CAR BACK BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREW UP.. MY ONLY TRANSPERTATION ..... SO PATHETIC...
I moved out of these apartment in September of 2018 and the apartment itself was great (other than very thin walls and floors), just enough space for me and my 2 children. Love the area, very convenient location and no major issues with the unit. The people, not so much. The neighbors are loud, the kids are bad (they skate board and bounce balls up and down the hallways), the office staff is the worst. When I first moved in Tressa was nice but I soon began to learn that she is a liar and will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. I was told a prorated amount to pay at move in (The office manager quit and a new one had just started, Alfredo) and then the manager put a notice on my door (towards the end of the month) for unpaid rent. Tressa then claimed she didnt tell me an amount at all and that I would still be charged late fees until I paid it. After going back and forth with Alfredo, he finally agreed to waive all late fees but I was still made to pay an extra $2-300. Tessa never apologized or anything. If you pay your rent, usually there are no problems but if there is ever a misunderstanding or miscommunication due to the office staff not doing their job correctly, they will not take responsibility or try to accommodate you for being inconvenienced. I paid my rent online but it never tells you what is in your account (the remaining balance), you can only see your payment history. I had to call a few times to ask the office what my balance was (sometimes there would be money left over after paying my rent from the previous month) and would be given incorrect amounts, which would then result in me not paying enough for the current month. It was just a headache at times and not once did I get an apology due to it being their mistake (mostly Tiffany, I guess she didnt know how to read the information the way its listed in the computer) for telling me the wrong amounts. My carpet was never cleaned before I moved in, the walls were never painted either but when I moved out (after living in the apartment for 2.5 years) I was sent a bill for almost $1200 for a full carpet replacement and other normal cleaning/repairs (dust on the ceiling fans) that get done to an apartment before a new tenant moves in. I called corporate and they amended the bill and lowered it to $60 for the butter tray inside the fridge being broken (which was broken when I moved in), and also still kept my deposit after I furnished pictures showing I cleaned every inch of that apartment when I moved out. Nice apartments, but management sucks. Tessa is very passive aggressive and can be nice nasty which surprised me because I personally didnt have a problem with her, I just wanted them to do their jobs the right way. Dont make a mistake and then be rude and unapologetic about it.
Horrible and trashy!! We lived there for a year couldnt wait to get out after the first week there Alfredo and Teresa are scandalous they charged up $500.00 cleaning fee for leaving an igloo ice chest with condiments and ice and drinks we did not have enough space on the truck to so after we cleaned it up the whole apartment stove and fridge we did not want to throw the food out but couldnt fit it on the truck N E ways they kept our $250.00 deposit and charged us $500.00 cleaning bill!? So we are taking them to court contesting the bill. This place looks nice on the outside but the cars got broken into every night we rented a garage and for $50.00 a month so we never got broken into they do not have courtesy patrol the kids in the complex do not play in designated areas very noisy apartments are built funny, small rooms horrible horrible horrible.... This place is a dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Prairie Ranch is not a bad place to stay. If you follow the rules, mind your business, and pay your rent. You should be fine. I wish the pool stayed open longer into the fall though. 😔 Oh and the walls are thin.
I don’t know how these people are getting these many good reviews. I called asking for pricing and possibly to be shown a model apartment. Not only they don’t have a model, they have a waitlist they say of over 20 people for a one bedroom apartment! So how do you get in the waitlist? Can I see a model and decide to get in the waitlist ? Nope! They don’t have a model, that’s what they waitlist is for. Can I know pricings? Nope! That’s what waitlists are for? “But I saw on your website that a 1bedroom is coming up for mid-August!” Their answer? “That’s what the waitlist is for!” This is not how you conduct business, and someone should tell them that. They should at least have a model to show for possible tenants. They should be able to provide approximate availabilities and pricings... what is this??! Total joke.
Updated. I still currently live at this complex and how the staff is here Ill probably be kicked out for this poor review. This is the last and finally straw. I moved here because it was affordable and I needed somewhere to stay fast. Safety wise its okay I havent had any problems with my neighbors. I dont fell like my kids are safe to play at the playground just because older kids hang there. The gates dont work and have not ever worked in the 9 months Ive lived here. The pool has been opened all of maybe 3 times since Memorial Day and they have some excuse of why its not opened. My door was broke because it was like that when I moved in. Maintenance came by to fix it with gorilla glue and now its somewhat fixed and very ugly. Ive asked before I moved in and after can I get my carpet replaced. I had to get rugs so the carpet wouldnt stab my kids in the feet. I asked for my stove light bulb to be replaced weeks ago and Im still cooking in the dark. All of those things are annoying but bearable. The last straw being my air is currently out. I have 3 small children the youngest being 6weeks old and the on call maintenance hung up on my face because he said it wasnt 90degrees outside so hed get to it in the morning. My apt is currently 90+ degrees inside and now he isnt answering the phone. Im literally sweating as I write this and they are okay with me and my kids suffering. 2 months later as I update this my stove light is still out.my latest issue I had is maintenance came by trying to get into my apt when I asked why he said to see if the key worked. There was no prior notice just had someone trying to get into my apt terrifying my kids. I called the office and was given a bs excuse saying somehow when pest control (who came out a month ago) must of lost the plastic tag off of my keys and they were trying to see if it really was my apt since it worked on my mailbox. They checked my mailbox which I didnt even know they had a key to. All of this happened and I had no knowledge of what was going. The Apt manager said he was going to let me know however I feel that was a lie because I should of been notified before not after I figured it out. After I asked for an apology he gave a very non genuine one. All of the office staff are nice at face value but should not be trusted and if you want to have a quality apartment I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
So many floor plans to choose from here. I choose the Belmont B2 because I like accessing my patio from the living room and bedroom. Its been a pleasure residing here so far.
I love my apartment!!!!! They clean the premise every morning and the only thing we need to fix is the parking lot the road is cracked by all the car. However it is an excellent place to live very nice!!!!!
I moved to the apartments because they look nice on the outside. Looks are deceiving! The kids are ghetto and always trying to fight. The carpet stabs ur feet because random nails stick out of it and now people are breaking in to cars. The apartments take no responsibility for anything. I cant wait til my lease is over.
Nice looking from what I saw.
Management has really turned this place around. Thanks to Alfredo, Tressa and other team members these apartments got some much needed upgrades. With so many new signs for garages, updated blinds, and new paint I feel like I got an upgrade without moving!! The gym is now bigger and now 24hr remote access with a tv which is exactly what I need working 12-hr shifts. The best part is that I can pay my rent online and it goes towards my credit. Prairie Ranch is making my homeownership into reality with the bill payment online and building my credit each time. Ive looked around but there is no other sites that compare, I love Prairie Ranch!!
Gr8 apartments
I recently moved to Arlington and a friend recommended these apartments to my husband and I. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. We were on a wait list for a three bedroom and received a letter that they attempted to contact us with failure to do so, we were removed. Long story short we never received a call and after arguing with the staff they agreed to let us do an application. I am glad this never fell through for us this apartment complex is dirty and the way the front office conducts business is far from acceptable. Sitting and listening to them talk about tenants and was enough for me to believe every bad review I read. Stay away from these apartments at least until new management is in place. I have never came across professionals who conduct themselves like these ladies.
It has too many crooks within the apartments.Dirty property. Horrible office people.
Sorry. Mistake on my part.
Prairie Ranch has an enjoyable community feel
Trashy.
