The office lady was nice. Took me to see apt in the rain. Looked at model. space is good and application fee was cheap $20.00.got approved in 4 days. my apt is a work in progress.I asked about reviews on maintenance. They said request are submitted by me in writing and then they will come out. So far I am happy.

Super friendly staff. And rates are very reasonable.

There is a lot of paperwork to fill out but she was patient with me since I cant see to well. Lady at the office was really nice. Apt I looked at was nice. only pay electric. no admin fee so i am happy

Worst place to live... been sitting in this mess since lastnight and its now 3:14 pm... drains have been clogged no one haven’t come to deal with with this yet.. we cant even use the bathroom because it wont flush

I wish I could give zero stars, the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Mold, serve water damage and a cracked bathtub for over six months now without being fix or addressed. All staff was well aware of my living situation and didnt care. Still til this day nothing has been fixed. I wish I never be moved here. Also need the new property management number. Worst place to live again I cant stress this enough. Also many other issues with apartment. Also large puddle of water on my floor daily.

If I can give them a zero stars I would because they were unprofessional i would call and they wouldn’t answer I was scheduled to move in June 12 to the town home and they kept telling me for 2 weeks that we couldn’t see the apartment yet because they were fixing it and we gave the $20 dollar for the application and another $15 for the co-applicant which they don’t tell you and are not refundable. We left a $200 deposit so they can save our spot for the town home Well apparently I was overqualified to live There they kept giving me the run around with yes if your not approved would of never gave you the paperwork to sign. I mean aren’t your supposed to get money from the tenants that can afford to pay rent and not struggle to barely get by like I wish they would of been upfront and been honest since the beginning.not had me and my family on a rollercoaster journey. 👎🏻

0 star i dont recommend this place at all, they dont change carpets., they dont care if a person allergic of mold or dust so sad . the man who works outside are nice but the office staff nahhh . very dissapointed.

This place is good compared to the others one Ive seen, the office staff is really helpful with everything needed and the times Ive walked in there to write a service request or for anything I need, the tenants are the ones yelling and with rude attitudes and it would not surprise me if those are the ones who take time to write reviews unfortunately. My experience has been good so far, the apartment has been remodeled so I have no issues with maintenance like I used to in my old place. The place is good for the price.

Lived here years ago. I didnt even make it 60 days here before rats started crawling out the walls on me and my toddler son. One morning around 4am it was an animal howling through the walls, a sound I cant even describe! 2 of my neighbors told me the apartment was not fixed up until a few days before my move in and there were holes all in the walls from the last tenant and that rats were so bad another tenant threw a cat in the wall in efforts to eat them. I know it sounds weird but this is no lie. Not nice but huge rats. I ended up moving it was unlivable

Went to get information on a 2 bedroom and the lady at the office was very rude. She didn’t even try to make me feel welcome. Definitely won’t come here to rent.

Office staff is soooo rude to the point you do not want to live here and they all have roaches.....I no longer live there. Do not even fill out and app go somewhere else. I dont usually do reviews but I want to save someone else the trouble do not do it!

I currently stay here and have for the past year. I am about to move out this October. The major problem I have are maintenance issues. They take a week or more to fix things and when they finally do it; its a duck tape job and becomes a repeated problem. If Rosalia or whatever her name is still there DO NOT PLACE YOUR WORK ORDER WITH HER cause nothing gets fixed when you do it through her. The main issue was my AC unit constantly being out in the summer and having to continuously place work orders for that. When it completely broke down, management doubted me and finally realized I was not lying (a month later) when an outside source had to come in and tell them that the AC unit needed to be completely replaced. They finally came in and fixed the issue within a couple of days. I was given commissary to deduct an amount off my rent but only for a week when this was a problem for a month.Also, if you like peace and quiet do not get an apartment right off the road. It will keep you up late at night until you are use to cars passing by all hours of the night.I wish you the best,Happy Hunting

Me and my wife have lived here since June 2009 and the management has been very good. The maintenance has always been pretty quick to fix whatever was wrong. We enjoy living here, the only complaint is the LOUD, LOUD children and adolescents whose parents do not watch what they do (vandalize) or care less what time they are indoors (sometimes after 1 A.M.) This is my only complaint.

Poor maintenance! They remodel the whole apartment they raised the rent to $1,029!!! But honestly it’s not worth living here when nothing is fixed and roaches are a big issue here now also the Sliding doors are still letting water in when it rains. Its been a month when I called it in. And it still not fixtures has been fixed... once again poor business... contractions people left their trash in front of my apartment too!!!!! Its sad too cause Ill be the one will be charged $100 for trash I didnt do. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Ive lived in this apartment complex since March 2013 and I cannot wait to move away from here! The office staff is rude and hardly available to assist the tenants. The maintenance men just come in whenever they feel like it, even without work orders. The interior of the apartments are cheap and old and definitely not worth the price.

ROACH AND RAT INFESTED! Roaches were so bad that they found a way into my fridge, microwave and stove. New management is very unprofessional. Nothing has yet to be done about the infestation problem. Very noisy neighbors! Maintenance asks for money right then and there to come fix a problem in your unit. Theyre also in the process of renovating so all of the new appliances that go into units are outside for days, weeks and months until then. Please do not waste your money or time.

If you have roaches go and by some stuff called amdro ant killer yea I know you saying how is that going to kill roaches but Im telling you its a powder and it stinks but all you need to do use a plastic spoon you dont need use a lot scoop a little bit with the plastic spoon put it under the sink behind the stove under the cabinets in the pantry in the restrooms away from the kids and pets put it in wash room a line across the counters where ever u see them. if you dont like where you staying or if they are not taking care of the tenants why dont someone report them to corporate office or call the news if you not happy there why are you still living there makes no damn since if you got bed bug go by you some bed bug spray from home depot I dont even know what bedbug looks like but they have stuff to kill all kind of bugs thank yall I thought about moving over here but thanks alot

The office staff has the worst service . They look super lazy. I ve been in this apt since 2012 and the staff that they have now have been the worst I seen. There always in there phone when they are speaking and they just dont know how to speak to people. There just there for a pay check and not to help people at all..Williamsburg corp. you need to get new staff with better experience because this makes the apt look bad...the remodeling that yall did is not worth if you have staff that makes you look bad...Im glad its my last month dealing with them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THESE APARTMENTS HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!! I got bed bugs within a month of living here. All of my furniture is brand new and now I have to get rid of it because of these apartments. Not to mention Im having to deal with all this crap to be able to get out of the lease. I know I got them from my neighbor, but the apartments dont even care.

I have lived here 6 months l love my apt an my neighbors I have not seen no roaches an no rats maintenance is fast an nice my only complaint is I cant stand the office staff they are rude an expect u to be nice to them an thats why I will be moving when my lease is up you would think with all the complaints on the office staff they would replace themUpdate.... office staff has approved the bad attitude an I lived here 10 months now an still have no roaches no rats no bed bugs I have a 3 year old daughter an she is not always the cleanest but I am a clean freak so maybe thats why Im not really sure but my personal experience the only thing that bothers me is the little spiders I find sometimes.

Love these apartments,been here 4 yrs.I have no roaches,rats,.They come too fix what you need fast.There quite not loud.Love this place.Depends on how your neighbors live.If they clean you will never have roaches.

Current resident 08/2018. I have lived here off and on since I was born I’m now 23 and this is the worst the apartments have been. Our apartment is infested with roaches that just won’t die. We now have ants and bees in the apartment as well and can’t figure out how they’re getting in. Pest control only spreads under the sinks for the bugs which does nothing and isn’t even where they are. I’m in a 2 bedroom flat and the front bedroom is my kids room which has mold in the vents and has for 2 years and nothing has been done. Things broke shortly after we moved in like the door knobs and ceiling fans and we’ve been in this unit for 3 years almost 4. Office staff is very rude and unhelpful. Constantly having drug busts. Last summer there was a shoot out in the front by the office where I live and my apartment was hit more specifically the kitchen area and my kids room. And nothing was done. At all. 2-3 months ago a guy was chasing his wife through here with an ak 47 trying to kill her and they ended up at my back door. Maintenance is understaffed the only helpful one is JD and it’s more helpful to bypass the office and go straight to him and let him know your issue. One of my children is autistic and has gotten out of the apartment 3 times now and was almost to carrier before I could catch him and they refuse to put a higher lock on the front door. They don’t care about his safety or anyone else’s. The office staff don’t care what goes on. We have an officer living here rent freezer is never around when things happen. There have been snakes in the vents of several apartments and nothing been done

These apartments are not what its hyped up to be. Love the floor plan hate the maintenance and how slow tht are. Takes forever to come fix things then hardly fixed whats broken. Rosadeo in the front office gives out false information and acts dumb when u bring it to her attention. They have lost my money orders for rent not once but three times. Resulting in stating I didnt pay my rent. Huge ass cockroaches! Very very very old appliances. Mold in showers AND air vents (still havent fixed that) and I reported it before I even moved in. Wouldnt recommend living here with your children. Its not homey at all. NO NO NO!

Would not recommend, office is unprofessional and rude, I had no hot water for two weeks and I have a newborn.They didnt seem to care. Many other neighbors complained about roaches.Look else where...you will regret it living here. Its a shame this apartments are nice but front office does not know how to listen to tenants.

My daughter has been trying to submit and application since July 2016 and has been told every time she goes in to apply that they will have apartments available next month to come back then. Last week she was told to come in today to fill out an application for an apartment that will be available September 15th. Once again she went in to apply today and was told that there are no apartments available till October, then they changed it to November. Wow...she has been in to apply in July, Aug., and now Sept., each time she they have told her to come back next month with no apology. She has to travel 40 mins to get there in which they have no consideration for and are just rude. Please note that the office staff would of received no stars from me, however, in order to be able to post my review I have to select a star...

Those people are rude and racist, my daughter was denied an apartment there because she was over qualified!!?? They couldnt find any other reason to not rent to her so they made one up!! Young African American Woman with no rental history and no criminal background, and has held the same job for 1 year, in April, was denied an apartment at Williamsburg apartment complex.. And no one is going to step up to the plate in the corporate office and take the time to respond to this and other bad reviews because, they dont care about what goes on their as long as people pay the rent! My daughter should be living in a better place anyway that complex looks like the projects in Fort Worth when you go around to the back of the apartments, you know, where the office isnt! When my daughter and I walked into the Williamsburg leasing office and they bad built low metabolism asses looked at us and said very dry and without not even a fake smile said, Ill be with you in a minute.. I told my daughter, they racist, its written all over there faces, but she liked the fakeness of the complex and she also liked the, townhome they showed us and shes an adult so I let it alone, I was right!!

This apartment have fallen from grace to grass. The staff are terrible. The new management is indeed bad. People will be moving out in their tens.

Its an ok place too live, but they will try and get over on you with rent. They will lose money orders and not communicate on deposits an balances with each other in the office, not a real professional environment. Always get a printout or break down of what they say you owe!

I moved two months ago and I have bedbugs in my apartment, cockroaches, the dishwasher does not work, I asked for the apartment to be inspected and it turned out that I had to pay 200 dollars to be a pet control person, and that person could not finish with the bedbugs, and they can not give me a solution about it, all that without mentioning that every day the police come to arrest someone,
