I love the apartment complex cuz they fix anything that may come up in ur apartment in a timely manner and by some chance they can’t get to you ASAP they will notify you and explain the reason. They keep u informed of any and everything that is or will come up in the complex. Very professional staff personal pleasant at all times.They’re always trying to get and keep the community in involved. Just about every week they have some type of food donation at first come first serve, which is very thoughtful.

I love all the workers. They are very informative on everything that has to do with Ashton Park. I would re ommend anybody and everybody. Keep up the good work!!!!

I just moved in recently and so far love my experience! Gilbert and Angela made the move in process as easy and quick as they could! I love the area. So many shopping areas. The apartments themselves are really nice and the neighborhood is so quiet! The neighbors are nice and the playground + tennis court is a plus.

Worst apartment complex ever!lived there for 3 years of constant issues with the AC unit which is 30 years old. The unit had a leaky coil on the AC and instead of fixing it they decided it was a good idea to let it leak out and refill it. My family had to go through days and even weeks where temps reached 90 degrees inside before they fixed it. I ended up buying two backup AC units just to stay comfortable. My electric bill was over 300 $ way more times than im comfortable with. Constant break ins on residents vehicles luckily it never happened to me. My wife locked herself out when she was 8 months pregnant and instead of coming with the key they made her call a locksmith. If i could give this place a lower rating i would, i honestly dont have anything good to say about this place. Management was a nightmare throughout the entire time. Maintenance is horrible and im pretty sure are not qualified to be refilling refrigerant.

Horrible management, save yourself the headaches and go elsewhere. I applied, paid all the fees that was told to pay. Emailed and called several times to confirm move in date and kept getting ignored until the final week I got a different date. Had to cancel movers and make last minute emergency plans just because they are so unprofessional and disorganized. Now they dont want to give me my refund back. Reporting to the state, if they have done the same to you let me know so we can fight it.

Gilbert was very helpful. We needed a 3 bedroom, but he went out of his way to show us what his community has to offer. We will definitely be back. The 2 bedroom floor plan is huge and my wife loves the washer & dryer connections.

I lived 3 years and it was excellent. the management very friendly. the service employees as well and they responded quickly to my requests. Excellent location, close to everything. for us it was perfect.

Ashton park, very beautiful apartments, very spacious for the amount you will pay for rent, and grounds are always kept very clean and presentable. The maintenance team is very respectful, friendly and clean up after them selves. as well as the office, they are very easy to get a hold of and are really helpful, they are also very strong with their communication. thank you Tammy for helping us find our new home :D

My family and I have been living at this apartment complex for a little over 3 years and we have loved our experience here. The office and maintenance team are amazing and always on top of everything. Especially Tammy the Assistant manager she is always super helpful and understanding. She always helps us out any way she can.

Great office staff. Gilbert was very helpful & got us through the process in less then a week. Tammy & Angela have been extremely helpful when we had questions if Gilbert was not available to talk to us. Moved in this morning & can’t wait to get settled in.

I was helping a friend out with relocating out of state and spoke with the office staff. They seem very nice and professional. Our experience with them was good! I would recommend them to my friends.

At first when I moved there I was like ok pretty decent. But after the consistent A/C issues I was over it Angela is the most generous person in the office very understanding Tammy I wanted to take her down with words and she was actually the reason I moved she has a bad altitude and mouth. Than after moving out my whole unit saw us leaving and was so upset we all knew each other and didn’t bother each other never any problems and every last one of them said they hate that place and was ready to go. I was without A/C for a month and it still didn’t get fixed I wish the best of luck to whoever moves in 286

I’ve been here almost a year and I like it here. My apt is just the right size for me. The kitchens need to be updated but everything works so I’m ok with it. The office staff have always been nice when I’ve spoken to them. All the reviews reflect a year ago or more so maybe the staff was different back then? Anyway, I like it here.

I recently moved out due to circumstances beyond my control.Its a crime free environment, affordable and spacious depends on what you want. I loved it at Ashton Parks. Response to maintenance issues are excellent in Ashton Parks. It is roaches free and bed bugs free. Communication between Mgt and residents is excellent. I rated it 5 star because for almost 3 yrs of stay. I had no problem living there. So if you need or looking for a place to stay and have peace of mind from Landlords. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I spent the entire Summer w no Air conditioning. AND I WORK AT HOME. It got over 90+ degrees inside on occasion. I begged to move to another apt and was told it was going to be 800$ to do so. No one could figure out what was wrong. After I called the CODE ENFORCEMENT, I was given a lease violation and my lease cancelled. I would NEVER refer anyone here. Angela is the WORSE manager I have ever encountered. She is a snake in the grass. Just HORRIBLE !!

I rated this low due to guest parking it is unspecified and the rules are not clarified when you are supporsed to sign into the app. I had a flat tired one day visiting a friend. I had left the car to fix the tire and my car was towed. The towing company never called back and they charge a high amount. I visited again and once more my car was towed. It’s basically highway robbery. Stay away if I was you. I personally would not want to live here as a resident because they make it difficult to have people over. Also my friends truck was broken into and management does nothing. Never seen a place ran so poorly and I don’t even live here.

DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. Worst apartments ever. Feels like my family is being harassed all the time. They implemented and new parking permit idea for the residents. And I swear they are towing a car every night. They give you three nights out the week to register a vehicle that only lasts 24 hours (even though there are 6 nights out the week). Makes no sense. They try to regulate how often and how many guests you can have so you have to go make them a occupant if they come over more than 3 times. Since they are considered “just here.”(says the front desk lady) Then besides all of that they try to charge you more rent and make you renew a lease when you add an occupant. And to put the cherry on top there are people breaking into vehicles. Most definitely going to move when we have the chance.

From the very first day we moved in we had to submit a work order. Kitchen lights wouldnt turn on, toilets squeaked when flushed, foundation was cracked in the bedroom, food, pans and trash was left behind, behind the fridge and stove from the old residents. The tubs had black tar around it, shower heads did not work properly. The kitchen cabinets were not properly cleaned, they painted over any item left behind. This apartment was not ready for anyone to move in. When ANGELA, the manager was tired of me (in here words)disrupting business hours, she was threatening to end our lease. Our unit would reach 88+ degrees everyday in the summer, NOT one out of the 10 maintenance men that have been hired could figure out what the problem was. When requested to move to a downstairs unit, Angela made is clear that if were unhappy with our new unit, that they would ask us to leave. Guess what!?! The new unit they were trying to give us was 100xs worse than our original unit. The carpet was wet, with STAINS, both restroom walls were lifted and had water damage, mold behind the fridge, no hot water, kitchen light didnt turn on. ANGELA THE MANAGER stated that SHE PERSONALLY WALKED THAT UNIT HERSELF AND CLAIMED IT WAS HUMANE ENOUGH TO LIVE IN!!!! After turning in our keys and putting in our notice, one of her maintenance men came to us, telling us that he got yelled out for not fixing the unit they were trying to move us into! THE NEXT FEW DAYS THEY HAD PEOPLE REPLACING THE CARPET, AND MAKING REPAIRS TO WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN OUR NEW UNIT. When we went in to talk about our concerns and how we felt, she was MORE worried about one of her workers disrupting her weekend, and how the pictures we sent her made the unit look 10xs worse than what is really did! This place is ridiculous! They try to control their residents way to much, from how they park, to when they can go so swimming, to how they can decorate for a birthday party! Im glad things worked out the way they did and i hope Angela, Tammy and her other selfish employees will pay for how they treat people that only want to have a home and live a simple life. They made my life, and my kids life hard!

My leasing experience with Ashton Park was awesome. I only signed for a 10 month lease here. The front office staff and maintenance workers are nice and respectful. The unit i was moved into was very nice the whole time i was there i had no problems.Now there is somethings that the front office can not control they can only send pest control out and to hope the problem is fixed from there.Well i was there i did run across a couple of water bugs (cockroaches) and i also seen rat droppings once but never saw a rat physically.But other then that the apartments are very quiet and there is literally enough parking for everyone.

Terrible place yes it’s a calm environment but management is as bad as maintenance you let them know you have a problem and take multiple times to say in order to come also there’s hella cracks on my wall maintenance “was fixing my upstairs neighbors apt” and now there’s water in the walls of my house dripping down that I have reported and don’t come to fix

And the neighbors always beating on the wall if I walk or have my tv on low. Wth. I pay rent for this ghetto place is unbelievable. And the parking rules are ridicules. Dont even get me started on that. I hope this place gets sued or something. Because its kinda a scam there running. Also if your heater or ac is out. Get yourself a rabies shot while youre getting your yappy dogs shots this year.The beer bottle decor on the grounds is lovely. Theres nothing like a bud light margarita can to make the top of the bushes look classier than the rest.New move ins beware, all your pipes are going to be old and busted, you will never take a hot bath, and there are roaches that come up from the pipes, which smell like brimstone and rotten eggs.Dont be fooled by the nice lobby area, thats where all their budget was spent.Youre gonna hate it here.

THEY DONT DESERVE -STAR. On November 29, 2017 I was asked by my employee to help her with issue that she has with Ashton Park Apartments. She got letter of vacate for non delinquency breach of lease. She had 3 days to leave her apartment what she did but she had to pay almost $3,000 for breaking the lease(She didnt they did). Since she is single mother she was asking to have weekly, monthly or biweekly payment which they agree. She called them few times, went to office to give her written document how much she owes to them then she can start making plans how to pay back but they always found excuse not to give her. I offer to her to go with her as her Manager. When U got there first I met Cristina who I introduced myself in that point she was polite but in few minutes Manager Angela show up I couldnt believe how she start conservation telling Cristina why she even wasting time to explain to my employee or me what issue is.In that point Cristina change her attitude with me and told me she doesnt need to speak to me who l was ( I did introduced my self when I came in) and Angela told me to leave or she will call Apartment security which I told her to do so, not sure if she thought she will scare me(hahaha). People DONT RENT ASHTON APARTMENTS IF YPU CAN FUND ANYWHERE ELSE, THET RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Hope this comment will help some people. Good luck.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE !!My A/C does not work and they wont fix it my apartment reaches 90+ degrees by mid afternoon and the lack of the compassion from the manager is unbelievable! She is highly unqualified for her position sarcastic,rude and unprofessional and despised by many her luck and ability to treat others as bad as she does will eventually run out

The property manager Angela is very rude an obnoxious. She doesn’t care about her tenants and speaks to you any kind of way. Run far away the price of the apartments are not even worth it. My heater was broken in 20 degree weather and I was told to turn on the stove bc the can’t keep maintenance men.
