I honestly wish I knew where to begin. For one not worth the money for what you walk into and see. No walk throughs were conducted before I was handed my keys. Phone calls, left message no answer, messages that I left no call backs. Honestly, feel as if they could care less about how I felt when I saw what I walked into and when I tried multiple times to get management to look at the apartment in person besides the pictures I took I was told no. Find a better place to move to is all I will say there are better options I’m positive where you’ll get more bang for your buck and I’m pretty sure you would a lot more satisfied with what you see in a community that actually cares for their tenants.
Hello people. I would not recommend this apartment for anyone. The management is bad and horrible. Also they lie about everything. We have been have trouble with this apartment for months and it seems to them they don’t care. There as been time we would call and no one would answer the phone. One day I called so many times and walked to the office to see would anyone answer the phone but to my surprise when I walked in the manager was on the phone with her boyfriend and not answering the office phone. I could have a had a major problem. Also gabby is the worst manager there is. I have been having problems with my floor and nothing being done about it . I sent multiple emails of pictures to management and nothing has been done . If I was you I would never move to this apartment complex. Also they have a big roach problem and pest control does nothing to help.
Norma, who works with the staff office, is super polite and professional, which made the move to Canyon Grove easy for me. She has helped me in so many ways while being patient with me. Ranging from topics like how to pay rent online to fixing certain parts of my apartment, Norma has been there, ready to answer any one of my questions and provide assistance on how to fix it.That being said, the apartment space itself does need improvement. I just moved in last week and in less than a week of living here, I found many problems with my apartment ranging from a leaking sink to a loose countertop and a loose dishwasher. The quality of the non-renovated apartments do need a little more work and inspection prior to having newer tenants move in.All that being said, Norma provided excellent help in a timely fashion.
I recently moved in, and I am extremely happy with everything! With the apartment, hospitality, and overall quality. The ladies upfront showed such amazing care and go above and beyond. Norma was the kind woman who helped me through the application and leasing process, as well as being extremely helpful in just general info! Everything is in really good condition, the only complaint I could think to make would be a small amount of sugar ants but I keep oatmeal on hand for that. (For those that dont know oatmeal is a pet-friendly ant killer) I really recommend as the community is super nice :)
Please do not rent here, this place is a nightmare and is bound for a lawsuit by a future tenant. Norma and the maintenance men were the only people I could say showed any compassion. I paid rent on time every month only to be treated horrible by management, floodings, roaches, Ceiling leaks, you name it do not even bother touring it’s a scam !
Every month there is an issue in my unit due to poor quality quick fixes (previous water damage that they just cover with paint) and then so called contracted vendor to fix what maintenance cant fix. Plus the contracted vendors have children working with them to do repairs, which would explain why its not professionally fix, it looks like a child did the work. This past weekend my roof started to leak from the storm. Plus there is suppose to be rain the rest of the week.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX AT ALL. Save yourself the headache. But they still want the rent on time.
I had just moved out this past Saturday and was told on the Tuesday before to come in Saturday to drop off all the keys once I was ready to turn In the apartment. Come Saturday I learned by maintenance that the management had given the office off Saturday through Monday. But not one email was sent out to notify residents of the outage this past weekend. I’ve called multiple times on Saturday and today to speak with someone no one answers and have left several messages still have not gotten a call back. This is all from the new management that took over. I had to give me keys to the maintenance guy so he can place them in the office and told me to call Tuesday. These apartments are not worth it for the price of almost$1500 for a 2 bedroom. Roaches were the biggest issues thank god my family and I have left this place.
We had the pleasure of meeting Norma who is the Rental Agent at CannonGrove Apartments. We appreciated the fact that Norman was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the rental process to us. We asked many questions and Norma listened before providing feedback. Her information allowed us to make an informed decision regarding our apartment search. It was really important to work with someone was patient and respectful of the Renters. We left the property feeling like this was a place to call home. We put in and application and looking forward to joining the Cannon Grove Team.🙂

I lived there, from April 2018- March 2021. it was a nightmare, every week, the water, was off for sewage problems,I woke up one night, to go, to the bathroom, sewage water, was in the bathtub, and the commode, had overflown, water seeked, in the bedroom, and all the way, to the kitchen, and when, I got ready, to move, they made me pay, to have the carpet, replaced, even, though, I didnt cause the, problem, and when, I moved out, the sewage, was still a problem.
The staff at this place should be ashamed,the model rooms look absolutely nothing like the unit you get. Aside from the dirty and unkept unit they throw you in they use technicalities to lock you in after you make any complaints. 0/100 stars
I called Canyon Grove Apartments and a young lady by the name of Norma answered. She was extremely polite and answered all my questions and concerns with such a professionalism. She gave me step by step instructions on their leasing process is all the details I needed to know of each and every floor plan they offer. WOW I was so impressed!!! Just wanted to give her prompts. A great Customer service experience are hard to come now days. It was very nice to be able to speak with someone with such great positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Y’all are tripping if you got roaches or bugs just clean your house that simple bc I move in 2 months ago had no bugs the maintenance are fast every time something happen they come right away the office is very sweet and understanding
Home is where you make it! Today i turned in my keys after living here almost 4yrs with the best view of the pool. Canyon grove is the place to live it i had no problems with margarita currently there and others who have managed everyone is friendly. Service is next day with any problems they came quick. No slack whatso ever. They are currently making new improvements to the gym game room lounge and the pool area. They maintained the pool every monday during swim season. Nabors make a diffrence and with that very little commotion! I saw and had no infestation problems at all. A place to recommend for future residents
I was helped by a young lady, Senada, she was very knowledgeable about the property. She answered every question I had. She made me feel welcomed and made the process run smoothly. It was a very pleasant visit thank you for the great customer service.

Gabby was very rude when I brought to her attention on information about my payments! Instead of being courteous and understanding, she said that “I don’t make mistakes.” This isn’t true due to that fact that I’ve witnessed SEVERAL residents in ONE setting, upset and confused, standing in the office, to address why they’re being emailed and receiving calls from the office stating that management haven’t received payments from them. I’ve experienced this once before and after showing the receipt and date or a money order they all of a sudden FOUND my payment.They’re VERY unorganized, And rude! I can’t WAIT until my lease is up! It’s not worth the price, the water is not always hot, maintenance usually NEVER come when you’ve made a work order and until you’ve called multiple of times. Overall, I would not recommend this place!!

I moved into the apartment October 2019 and my lease ended this year October. I paid month to month till I was ready to leave this month (December). The management is so poor that when it comes to fixing things in the house you had to remind them and call everyday. They LIED to my face saying I told them I was leaving on the 21st even tho I set it for the 31. Told me they rented out my apartment already when I hadnt even moved out yet. I had to spend Christmas in a hotel with my family because they kicked us out and threatened to change the locks on our door so we had to leave and then a day AFTER Christmas they tell me my move out date was on the 31 and not 21st after I had already moved!!!!
Canyon grove is pathetic on how they handle serious matters. They just don’t care!! The crime rate is pretty high and they charge a lot for rent when the community isn’t even all great. If you can run as far as you can from these apartments because they are not worth your hard earned money.

I have to kill a roach basically everyday, and the rent is not set in stone it somehow changes every month, would not recommend and I’m not renewing my lease when it’s up

An update as of 8/13/2018, they do not do what they say they do. They will give you the run around as far as repairs that you need. They will tell you that a repair you requested is complete when its really not. I also tried to contact them as they requested and they have yet to call me back and its almost a week. They just want their money! Here are the big mold spores in the actual vent ducts! Do not move here they do not address the black mold situation properly. My girlfriends apartment had a serious black mold issue and all they do is just wipe the vents and did not clean the actual ducts where the black mold is breeding.
The staff at canyon grove was really helpful, I came in ready to tour and right when you step in the office you will know you are in the right place to call home, Gaby helped me and was very knowledgeable. Completely recommend the outstanding customer experience.Norma and Nilsa were very amazing and it’s nice to see how they all are very trustworthy.

Norma was WONDERFUL when I spoke with her. But when I kept calling the office I ended up talking with Gabby. HUGE mistake!!! She lied to me! She told me if I changed my mind about getting the apartment I could get back my security deposit, when I called back within the same WEEK to get it back she brushes me off and gives me attitude about my OWN money!!! I could not see the unit because it was being cleaned up and fixed up for the next tenant which is fine but I wanted to see another unit with the same floor plan as I requested she did not have it to show at the time which was fine.But what is not okay she sent me the lease directly after the phone call to try to get me and my finance to sign a lease after I just told her I wasn’t going to sign a lease until I saw an unit like I requested. Then when we went up to the office a few days later(since we are both essential workers) she DENIED me the money order once again. I don’t like being LIED to especially about my MONEY!
THE PRICE IS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY! I moved in with my wife in November. On the first day of move in, we were given our keys by the management staff. Our entire family came in from Austin to help us through the weekend. Opening our front door, there was no carpet, no blinds, or any paint on the wall. The staff members never checked on our unit if it was actually ready. They just assumed it was. For 3 days I was without a home due to not completion of the task. A couple months later, our car got broken into. When reported to the staff they stated they are not responsible for break ins. We understand the matter, but no concern about our safety was voiced. Now today, our glass door was shattered by a BB gun. The maintenance team informed us that this happened in another unit a couple doors down! Management never called us to follow up on our safety or instruct us what we are to do through the weekend. Our glass is shattered and unlivable. We are very disappointed in Canyon Grove. It is unsafe and not professionally run. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The price is not worth your safety.

Norma and Gabby went out of there way to make sure I understood how everything worked. Because being able to pay rent online and with with the flex app was all new to me. They cleared everything up for me simple and easy. The apartments are nice and cosy. The apartment was clean when I first came to visit. I was also handed a checklist that I had to return within 48hrs of move in. Norma then went on to email her manager on all the issues I had listed. I really like it out here. THANKS CANYON GROVE

I’m currently searching for an apartment and I just saw the Canyon Grove apartments. Norma Vásquez did an amazing effort to make sure we saw the rooms that would suit us best. We still haven’t made a decision but their staff and overall vibe gave us a good impression. Seems like a good fit for young couples.

Front desk staff person (female, short blonde hair, young, unsure of her name) was pretty rude. Came to see about apartments and wouldnt go back with that staff. The complex looks pretty nice though.After owners response: Thank you for the offer, but I will pass. Instead consider training the front desk staff to have better customer service and communication skills (including body language) so to not make potential residents/residents feel uncomfortable.
Adrianna went ABOVE and beyond in her customer service. Not only was it professional, insightful, and welcoming--I felt that all my questions were answered and any sort of concerns were immediately addressed. I absolutely loved the leasing office. The neighbor seemed very clean and neighborly. Very very excited to start my lease with The Canyon Apartments!

The apartments are beautiful and I almost leased here but could not get ahold of the leasing office. I reached out more than 3 times throughout the day and nothing. I had a few more questions before signing my lease online and could not get ahold of anyone. I also reached out to Norma through text message which is what I was doing before I went on the tour and was also not getting a response. Maybe she thought because of my questions I couldnt afford the apartment or something? Oh well. I guess Normas lost her commission.
Worst apartments to live in, apartments keeps getting flooded, it’s th 4th time this happens tired of throwing my belongings due to somebody else not doing their job ! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
I was considering on moving here but I have declined not to there are to many of the same issues with maintenance and other things that I cant risk moving here I am leaving a 5star to Norma she was very professional over the phone great customer service

Went in today to take an in person tour with my husband after seeing some deals and scheduling an appointment online. We walked in right as one of the leasing consultants was occupied talking to a current tenant when we realized she was humiliating, degrading and being extremely indiscreet about his inability to pay rent and threatening to evict him, considering there was two other families in the room who clearly heard what she was talking about. It was clearly uncomfortable and tense to say the least. Nonetheless after seeing how terrible they treated their current tenants we decided on NOT leasing an apartment with them. I would highly suggest staying away from this place.

She didnt treat me like a stranger and was extremely polite not just me, but with residents that came in while she was helping me. I have lived here for about 3 years. I have always liked living here. It’s usually quiet. Miss Margarita at the office has always been very kind to me and always helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. I’m not planning on leaving here any time soon. I also love the location.
The assistant manager was very nice, she helped me with long distance apartment search and I could easily don everything online / on the phone. I really like my 1 bedroom apartment, its not too big but very cozy. I love plenty of natural light coming from balcony both to living area and bedroom. I didnt have any issues with neighbors or noise (despite the fact that apartment complex is near I30). Parking might be tighter in the evenings or on weekends, but you can get reserved a covered parking spot. They have laundry facilities on site. My fridge broke during the second week and it was fixed almost immediately (I really happy with leasing office and maintenance personnel). I really like the location of the apartment community. Its easy to get around. You can do most of the things like rent payments, maintenance requests, online which I find very useful. I really like Canyon Grove so far.
Norma was able to help me out with everything I needed, helped me with every question I had, she has made my move in go well. She even helped me when I needed repairs done to my apartment. She was very polite as well
If you are looking for an apartment community that works with you, and keeps everything up to date this is the place! Margarita in the front office is the most understanding individual. She doesnt look at the residents as just residents she looks at us as family, and like family she looks out for all of us. My apartment is beautiful. New appliances, new paint, new doors, new everything! I have lived at a lot of places, but I love it here because everything is personalized. Everyone knows me by my name, not just my apartment number! Recently renovations have completed, so theres a new gym and clubhouse. Everything looks amazing! You can tell that the owners of this property care about the look and feel, which is important in an apartment community!

We have had a terrible experience here regarding our safety. Management does not follow up with their residents when it comes to security and well being. With no completion of apartment during move in, car break ins, to shattered glass in our bedroom--we have not received any phone calls or protocols on what or where we should live. Please do not lease here for your and your families safety.

I moved in about June of 2018, we really do not have many issues. Just one concern is the handicap parking, anyone can park there with no consequences. Its not fair for tenants that are really handicapped, like my mom. Other than that, the maintenance is great, from my understand its new maintenance, and he has been ever so helpful! He came to the rescue when we had issues with our heater, and after that any issues he is on point. Margarita in the office is very understanding also.

Margarita was very helpful and welcoming my brother and I. Hes moving from out of state, we searched high and low around Grand Prairie and came across Canyon Grove. The sigh said move in deals or something like that. The apartments looked nice so we dwcdeci to go inside. We immediately fell in love with Margarita and the floor plans and the 199 move in special... I am so thankful we stopped and this place will be a perfect fit for my brother. I love, love, loved the staff at Canyon Grove! Margarita & Jessica were super helpful and I will be moving into my new to me apartment home soon! The prices are reasonable and the upgrades are awesome!

Mixed emotions about this apartment...Pros: affordable! Clean complex with lots of parking. Fun pool areaCons: BEYOND slow when “fixing” in unit issues.My girlfriend and I have lived here for almost a year now and our time here has been “eh” to describe it best. This past fall we noticed we had some serious issues with our unit.-the front door frame (where the deadbolt is) is completely dry rotted/ moldy. We have put in several work orders only to be told they didn’t see a work order for it or they didn’t have someone to fix it.. okay, sure but it’s been 6 months since our original request and still NO resolution. this is our safety we’re talking about..- overhead vent in the bathroom is rotted. The screw won’t stay in place anymore and again, still waiting on a resolution- massive draft coming from the windows. The repairman told us here is some foam for the seal while it’s locked. Yeah, that doesn’t work... if it’s hot, our apartment never cools down... if it’s cold, it won’t stay warm. Come over and hear the draft any breezy day, you’ll hear the problem instantly..-WHY ARE THERE NO SCREEN DOORS FOR THE PORCH!?? never head of such a thing and I spend everyday looking at every other unit with the same issue. I understand this is an investment, but it should be a standard with the potential of various bugs making the way into someone’s unit.I would love to give the complex a 5-star rating, but there needs to be some serious resolution. Sucks when the complex management group doesn’t even reply to your email about the living situation.Don’t even get me started about all the time and man power they have allotted for renovating the pool/ leasing building...I’m hoping this all can be resolved immediately so we can enjoy the rest of our lease with ease.. Can we please get some love?
I move in to canyon grove on 01/23. I have had problems since then. First, my move in date was pushed back the day before my move. So I had to change my movers, my lights, cable, everything. I was not able to see ref apartment before moving in because of “repairs” I only saw the model. The day I did move in there were still working on the apartment. Upon arrival I saw two roaches and manager told me they had just sprayed so that’s why they were out. My first night in the apartment was HELL. Roaches were everywhere, in everywhere cabinet, on ever wall, in every room. They were pouring the ceiling! Needless to say ever since then I have not been at the apartment. Management has said they will fix it and to give them time but roaches are crawling on my furniture! In my boxes! In my wash and dryer and on me and my child’s bed! Not only that my mail was stolen by the previous tenant. I am livid that this has been my experience as it is a cute little apartment. But i can not live with roaches. I refuse. I have since asked to be released from my lease and have been told that I can not be since they are doing what they are supposed to do. Which is ridiculous. I can not even go to the apartment due to the infestation. I am upset and I feel bullied into staying in a apartment that is a health and safety hazard.

Terrible place to live. Fought roaches from the first day of moving in. Everything in the apartment is out dated and nothing works properly. Maintenance is hard to get to come out and fix anything. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can smell someone smoking marijuana just about every day. Not enough parking. Neighbors are loud and rude especially late at night. I really dont have anything good to say about this place. I would not recommend to anyone.
Im not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. Ive been living here for more than 4 years and I have never had an issue before. If there is a problem or something Im not happy with it gets taken care of. The office staff is awesome always so helpful and the maintenance is the best! They always get the job done asap and always clean up after they done. The community is always clean too. This is actually a great place to make your home.
The new manager Jessica is so rude, I have been staying here will be a year in July I have never had my visitors when they come over car registered I always told them to park in Visitors. Well this morning my friend car was towed and I told her he was parked in visitors thats when I was told I had to have all my visitors cars registered. I told her I have never heard a thing, plus for the last couple of months they have been turning our water off without making us aware. My kids restroom when it rained last week was flooded. I loved Margarita but over all the apartment complex is not clean. They lie and tell you units are updates just to get you to move in. I will be contacting the new management company in Regards to the new manager very rude.
I stopped by there because I saw the signs. The young lady who greeted me was very pleasant and told me I needed an appointment to see a unit so I made an appointment for the following day at 1pm. I walk in for my appointment and the lady at the desk told me they had nothing to show me. She did apologize but offered nothing else. No similar unit, no reschedule, no regard. I asked why she didnt call me if there was nothing to show and she just looked at me with a blank expression. I guess this is how they treat perspective renters like myself.

Initially we had a great experience, but in the summer of 2018 our A/C broke down. My wife called the emergency number to report the problem, Margarita and another person from the office informed us that they had a waiting list. The apartment felt like an oven. We submitted 2 online requests, called at least 3 times to report it and have them fix the A/C ASAP, but nothing was done. After over a month I sent a letter to communicate that I was going to end our contract since they did not hold their end of the lease. 30 minutes after I sent the letter a maintenance man went to fix the A/C, then the manager called and told me she did not know why I was sending the letter because they had already fix it. I was told by the manager that I did not call the emergency line to report the issue and that I submitted an incorrect order online, so it was my fault. Now I have a $1,700 debt with them. I have all the screenshots, letter and call logs of our attempts to contact them to fix our A/C. Good apartments, but bad management.
Just moved in 2 weeks ago and I love it! There were a few issues in my kitchen but the staff took care of it with in 2 days. I moved here for military and its close to my base. So far its way better than the military housing I had in Cali!
I’ve been a resident for years and Margarita was a blessing but her daughter has been an angel Adrianna is a huge help for all things Canyon Grove her Jorge and Lorenzo are definitely an asset to the property ☺️
I moved in at the beginning of December and only had minor issues. I sent in maintenance request and it took them no time to fix the problem. My first apartment and love it. I recommend Canyon Grove. My neighbors are not NASTY so i do not see Roaches or anything.
Water bill suddenly wet up when the new management took over .. it has been 92 $ and without warning my WATER BILL is 122$.. total insanity I asked the office and was dismissed with a statement everyone is paying high . How can one know for sure this is ONE household bill, it comes with no name and you are informed that its split within the block 122$ am not farming in this apartment
I am very pleased with these apartments. The leasing agent Shenelle is who to go to. She’s a complete angel and is VERY helpful. She cares about you and will help anyway possible. I just can’t say enough about how good she treats you. You should definitely check this place out and ask for Shanelle 😁

They did not have anything to show nor did they have a business card to give me and I had to ask for the brochure I am someone new just happened to be in the neighborhood looking and stop by Nelsa and I believe she said her name was Felicia gave me the impression of what is true on the comments here and me myself I would not want to move here either
Moved here in 2016. It was just what I needed at the time. An affordable and comfortable apartment. Prior to the new owners I’d planned to continuing to live here for a few more more years just because I didn’t want to move again. Maintenance was prompt and the office was easy to work with. On July 5th my AC went out for the 1st but not last time this summer. I called it in and was instructed at 10am to turn the unit off and they’d have someone come by. I was off for the 4th so was miserably hot all day long! Someone showed up after 4p and was able to get it working. On August 7th I woke up again drenched in sweat because the AC was blowing out hot air. They replaced the unit that day... it never cooled most of the Month. They changed the thermostat, added Freon a million times... worst 3 weeks ever! Finally after repairing the blower it got better but never really cooled and the AC unit never turned off... Ran 24/7. This was an extra miserable time because I had taken a week off in August to celebrate my 50th birthday and it was unbearably hot the whole week. The office refused to give me any concessions for the trouble after having to contact the management company directly to get the issue escalated... they just kept saying it was summer in Texas but the office was always very nice and cool, as I’m sure the models were... And then the last week in September the unit completely stopped cooling again I called and was able to get them to come out and look at the unit again and they ended up replacing the evaporative coil. It’s better but not ideal and that’s after it’s cooled off this week. It has been a nightmare and I felt very disregarded and it appears the only thing they care about was paying rent on time. After living here for 3 years I will be moving before the end of the year and though I dread moving, I’m really looking forward to a better living situation as I go to school and work full time.

I truly want to share my honest review about this place. Canyon grove apartments does not even deserve 1 single star. The staff is unorganized and can be very rude when you need something or have a complaint. Listed below are just a few of the things weve had to go through, I hope this will prevent you from moving here and having to go through the same thing.1). My husbands car was towed accidentally and we had to be refunded the money that we paid to get our car back.2). When I was about 6-7 months pregnant I happen to come home early and as i walked in the maintenance man was coming out of my apartment. When I asked him why he was there he blamed the office for sending him to the wrong apt. Yet when I confronted the office they blamed him and kept going back and fourth.3) BED BUGS! We begged them to get pest control to our apt as soon as we saw them in early November but the leasing office stated they would only treat for bedbugs if they found evidence of bedbugs so pest control came out 4 times and WOULD NOT treat because they couldnt find any evidence. With a 4 year old, and a 5 month old we could not live like this! It wasnt until I took pictures of the bugs that I finally got help from them which came with a $300+ cost even though we pay a pest control fee every month.4) on Monday December 25, 2017 My husband and I came home to a note stating our maintenance request had been completed for a toilet leak?? WE DID NOT HAVE A TOILET LEAK! I called all day yesterday and no one picked up at the leasing office. I emailed and never got a reply.5) Yesterday 12/28/2017 when I cam home there was a huge patch on my wall? There was no explanation or maintenance sheet anywhere? I got a voicemail from the assistant manager saying it was a mistake so when I called back they changed their minds and said it wasnt a mistake they stated that our apt was leaking into the bottom apt. I completely understand that in emergencies they can go right in and do what they have to but at least..at the every least let us know that you were there and what for.6) With the hell that we have gone through we want out! but in order to move out we need to give a 60 day notice and once we place out 60 day notice we have 3 days to pay them 2 months rent which is more than $2000?Below are just a few pictures for proof. Please save your time and money and do not move here.
I hate this place!! We moved from fl. to these apartments because it was the first place my sister could help us with. It makes me want to go back so much more!! The staff is horrible!! They dont take care of your needs and they tell you that theyll write a referral (or whatever theyre called) but they dont do anything!! And if something does happen, the job is horrible!! I cant wait until the contract is over!!
Move in date: June 4thFirst they called me and told me my apartment wasnt going to be ready on time. After I told them there was no way I could change my move in date they got the apartment ready.When I got there on Tuesday, i spent a while signing paperwork and then when i got to my apartment, they were still cleaning it. I started looking at it and i saw signs of roaches. I opened the cabinets under the sink and roaches fled out of there. Great. So then i went to the management office who sent some one over to clean the roaches and told me pest control would come by on Wednesday.Wednesday comes around and i go into the office around 11 to ask what time pest control is coming by. They said before 2pm. I wait at home all day, and pest control never came. Around 5pm i go back into the office and they said pest control already came, and they didnt have me on the list. They said that Ill have to wait until next week. Then one of the managers in the back spoke up and said theyll come on friday.The apartment would be nice, but this is ridiculous. My kitchen is a hazard zone. I cant cook in there, and there were roaches dead in my fridge and freezer when i opened it. Ridiculous. I had to go and buy roach killer myself otherwise they would have crawled all over me at night. Really doubt pest control is going to actually come by. When you move into a new place, its supposed to be clean and pest free, however my kitchen was dirty, full of roaches, gnats, and ants. I even found a yellow jacket wasp in my living room and had to kill it. There is still trash from the previous tenants on my patio. Theres roach feces in the cabinets and drawers. Hair from the previous tenant is still in the shower drain.Avoid this place at all costs. I thought that the reviews were joking and made the mistake of not looking before i signed the lease. I should have flown out here and looked at the apartments before i drove here. Its so bad. I wish the positive reviews were true. I hoped so hard that nothing bad would happen but literally everything went wrong, and management only made it worse.
Hillcrest are the worst apartment. They have bugs and bedbugs. Management dont talk to anybody. I have been waiting for a bathroom door for a month. Things are still not fix in the apartment. I am moving out and will not ever move back in. There are hold in the floor so they cover them up with carpets. Like really. I have asked them to fix so many things in that apartment and they still havent. Half of the things they say they have they dont. Like a volleyball court nope, two pools nope, and so much more. They need new management and fast.

I moved here last year like other reviews didn’t see the apartment until the day of move in and they were still working on it when I came with my furniture. My first night in the apartment was HORRIBLE! the apartment was infested with roaches. I moved out 5 days later and was charged fee for “breaking” my lease. This apartment complex is terrible!
I have friends who live here. Been helping them all day to look for a different place to live because they have a terrible roach problem that the managers have been unable to fix. Their unit get sprayed every week, but still roaches everywhere. So now they live with roaches and constant poison. There are other problems too - unit is generally run down, appliance are old, grounds are not kept clean. Dont trust the photos in the advertising site.
Absolutely love these apartments, would highly recommend! I was on the hunt for months and came across these and felt so at ease with the help of Margarita!
Small hiccup but overall Adrianna has been amazing she went above and beyond to assure I was satisfied I highly recommend her if your looking to move.
Adrianna Gonzalez was very helpful and every time I would call in about the apt she would help me right away.

I didnt even move in!! They were still working on the apartment the day i was suppose to move. After the rain, i moved in a few things. As i looked around the apartment it was so DIRTY & DISGUSTING!!! It didnt look clean at all!! BUGS/ROACHES was every where. I immediately terminated my lease. Ive called corporate to get my money back & can never reach anyone!!! This place needs professionals in the office & a huge cleaning! DONT MOVE HERE EVER!!!!
I really like living here. The management are friendly and care about their tenants. There are no bug problems and keep the grounds clean.
Great place to live. Go see Margarita the assistant manager she’s awesome!
