A huge problem here is the parking. There is no parking unless you pay for one which is kinda bs. I had to park my car at the nearest store which I dont feel safe doing but its better than being towed for parking in a reserved spot that is always empty

The staff was amazing. The property was well maintained and clean. After days of searching, I finally found an apartment complex that provides a reasonable price for the services they provide. Ask for Jennifer, the property manager, she was very helpful.

I came in for information and Maria the manger her self gave me information and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I was very surprised and felt very happy with the service. I can’t wait to move in. I loved her attitude and attention. They have 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms, a fitness center, kids park, doggy area, and an event center!! All those amenities for a reasonable price. I’m in love and recommend it 100%.

Property manger Jennifer was beyond professional and responsive. Any question or concern was met with sincerity and care. She is definitely an asset to the property! I am very impressed with her!

Maria and Brandon are the best !! They actually care about the residents and respond very quickly to my issues. They work with the residents and I am very thankful for them. I will be moving 8/24/2021 but I definitely recommend this property. I’ve never had roaches since I moved in. I never had ac problems. This was a great experience for me.

Its a great location, the new management is fantastic! They are making a legitimate effort to make it a better place to live. I appreciate the the attention given when I have a concern. In the past 2 years of living here i havent had any issues with pests.

When you have people like that in the office, it makes living in The apartment community worth the price of living here. It’s a great area and love the changes that has been made.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE IN ! FULL OF ROACHS AND BED BUGS !ROACHES ARE EVEN IN THE REFRIGERATORS!Management is the worse ! They know their phones don’t work they don’t try to fix them . You can’t reach anyone unless you go down there . They charge for maintenance . If your Ace goes out they won’t come to fix it unless it’s 95 or over and charge you a fee . They always have new ladies in the front never they same person . Maria CAN’T manage her office right and the other dude Brandon is RUDE and NOT HELPFUL ! You can honestly find a way better apartment somewhere else for the same prices cause these ain’t it ! Can’t wait for my lease to be up !

Maria helped us throughout the whole process. She was very patient, informative, and got us exactly what we wanted when we wanted it. She worked out everything even when we made some last minute changes and decisions! We love it here.

Management is excellent and professional. I can tell Maria has an extensive experience I have no doubt she will create an even greater better environment to live in here at Terraces on the parkway. The work speaks for itself, she is always available to answer all my questions and to fix anything that need fixing ASAP. Maria has the skillset and dedication you can really tell by even having a first conversation with her. I really recommend this awesome community with all its amenities.

They ask for the 5 star reviews in the office don’t believe the 5 stars. Worst apartment ownership ever they charge 45$ for an emergency call. They will fine you for something ur neighbor tells the office with no evidence, the reserved parking is up to 50$, and the “Manager” is never available to talk will simply send her assistant Brandon to talk to you. Infested with roaches and yellow jackets. Overall very unprofessional and they will fine you for anything for some old apartments do not rent here you’ll regret it.

Out of all the places i went to shop today in the area this one is my favorite. Jennifer was so nice to me and gave me all the details before I could even ask. I will be referring my brother here.

I came to Terrances on the Parkway yesterday. I met a lovely young lady, Brittany, who is the assistant manager. She greeted me with a smile and saw how stressed out I was. I had been all over trying to find a place to live, Brittany, was so kind and thoughtful and put me at ease right away. I filled out the application and paid the fees needed to hold the apartment. There were several people that came in and out needing help, Brittany was in the office alone and she greeted every person with a smile and helped each individual. Not once did I see her stressed out, she continued with that lovely smile, that was really nice to see as a potential new tenant. I really look forward to hearing back and hopefully have the pleasure to call it my home.Thank you, Brittany for being so sweet and very professional!

This is a great complex!I’m in love with my apartment.If someone has roaches its because they’re dirty. Period!!!I moved in and saw a 1 or two bugs and put out a few traps throughout the apartment & no problems at all after that. The staff has changed since i moved in but all the staff ive met since living here has been friendly & helpful.Especially with the recent problem I had with a neighbor.Brandon really went above and beyond to listen, empathize and find a solution.Matinence is good as well i haven’t needed them much.It’s a great apartment for families with kids, animals.They have security at night, cameras & a 911 box so I feel pretty safe & its quiet.One thing that is a major con for me is the visitors parking from what the website shows after the 4th time parking as a visitor you need to pay which sucks so I hope one day that changes.Other than that i have no issues & definitely recommend this place!

DO NOT APPLY HERE. I had the worst experience just applying here can not imagine to live here. Apparently I was denied because of my assault background for a case in 2020 from what office management claims ...which is false. I called Dallas county offices just to make sure and there is no such record or warrant for me for an assualt in 2020. There isnt anything there. Online or through Dallas county clerks office So if you arent aware of something on your record such as an eviction or a conviction your 150 dollar deposit Will be forfeited. I tried for three weeks to get ahold of this office they claim their phones do not work . Only got info on my denial because I went in person after leaving multiple messages . Only apartments I know that take your deposit for an apartment you dont even get be careful they also made jokes how the apartment will be one price but will raise rent so they lock you in on the 900 dollar one bedroom....I highly doubt it.

Roaches are HORRIBLE, and they do not spray for bugs they just use bait that does not work because the roaches are just that bad, the Maintence staff is way over worked, and nothing gets fixed, emergency maintence have fun with that, your lucky if they come to fix it and if they do the poor guy is already exhausted, I had a neighbor take an item of ours and used it as a battering ram to try to get into her apartment ( apparently there was a argument or fight with spouse ) but item got used as a battering ram - and they did NOTHING, ( Yes ! I called cops they said take it up with the management ) the item was completely damaged and they did nothing, a year later we had an item stolen from beside our door. { I WILL say I do like that the apartment face the court yard better view than looking at a parking lot all day } There play ground, they used recycled rubber for the ground covering, that type of ground covering make the toy 10 to 20 degrees hotter, so if it is over 100 degrees the Toy on the play ground is t hot for kids to really play on safely, PLUS the Big Toy on the play ground needs to be fixed, some of the resident also like early evening / night some of the residents like to smoke marijuana by the play ground, Laundry facilities YEAH RIGHT like lucky if they are open, lucky if so much as 1 is working, or flooded, the machine to put money on the card is Broke 90% of the time, and they will NOT do anything about it stating it is privately contracted through another company, BUT --- BUT if it is on their property then they are still responsible to fix the problem ( I even looked that one they can get in trouble for it ) The pool when it is open and pretty dirty and nasty at least half the time, neighbors LOVE to fir off fire works of all kinds from normal firecracker to the ones that shoot way up in the sky like ones sees on July 4th n etc, neighbors like to fire those off, Management, does not care, call the cops and by the time they get here to investigate there already gone, last time one of the fire works almost hit a child as the dang firework was bouncing in-between buildings. maybe when the fireworks does major damage to a child or place gets set on fire, maybe they will do something then. OH and this new thing, paying to reserve a parking spot is perfectly fine, BUT hey dont you DARE have some one come over and visit you after the 3rd time your guest will get charged $4 every single time they come and visit you - other wise theyre care gets towed away,, There are city Code violations, that yes they know about and has not fixed, - - and YES! I am a current resident using an alternate e mail . WE are SO hoping to find a different place to live soon. this place has MAJORLY going down hill, ~~~ slight update 7/ 12 / 202 there was SWAT and snipers all over the place and no one seems to know anything, as of the what or the why, I understand they can only give out so much info, but a little something would be nice, . ~~ Sorry the pictures are not the best quality, but just a tiny bit of proof that SWAT was there, even though they tried very hard to deny it had ever happened, By Law they are suppose to disclose some information and they wont say anything about it ! -- considering if one looks up this place I THINK on November of 2015 there was a murder and a suicide in this complex .... DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL STAY AWAY

She has been there and offed suggestions when I needed, and she’s always handle any issue that I’ve had in a timely manager. I hardly ever have to go into the office but when I do it’s always a pleasurable experience. Even in COVID!! Thank you again Kim!

So how can an apartment complex change parking without notifying the residence and when you ask about it .. they get all defensive about it...as a resident of a community if there are changes we should be made aware of any new situation... not after being towed and ive lived here for years so i know all the rules and regulations here...

Apartments are in bad condition, leaks and roaches everywhere. Theyll give you run down apartment then make you wait weeks for a bad fix. The rent is too high and the management seems lost. Dont waste your time

I have been living here for 3yrs and I have had no problems. The maintenance people are always responsible and make sure to get things done on time. Also the new manager is very polite and responsible when it comes to any residential issues.

On Sunday my sink in the kitchen stopped draining water the garbage disposal and dishwasher leaked all over my entire apartment. I went and talked to the apartment front desk person (Kristina extremely rude)Tuesday, to put an emergency work order in, then went back on Wednesday, and Thursday and talked face to face with the apartment manager. She assured me each time she would personally make sure maintenance came to look at the problem being I have been with out working water in my kitchen sense Sunday! Today Friday after returning from work again, no one had come to fix my problem!! I then called the Assistant manager Brandon and within 30 seconds there was a maintenance worker at my place fixing the problem! I had been unable to cook/ clean my kitchen or anything sense Sunday! I just want to say thank you Brandon for keeping your word and then following up with a phone call like you said you would!! Maria told me each day they would call and give me an update but never did!

Very easy to move in but they make it very hard to leave. They will tell you your lease isnt up when it is. Left the apartment cleaner than when I moved in and did not get my deposit back. Neighbors screaming at all hours. Maintenance did not speak English. Residents let their dogs run around loose. Trash and beer bottles everywhere. The grounds and sidewalks completely flood when it rains. Office staff is always changing, all uneducated and can not help you with anything. Pay more and live somewhere nicer.

Apartment flooded no maintenance to contact, office closed on a weekday which doesn’t matter because they don’t answer the phones. Sink was also backed up for a week had to become my own maintenance to fix the problem. All they want is money don’t actually care about the residents or the quality for the apartments in which they are trying to sell to people. Horrible please turn the other way don’t ever ever rent here

Been a resident close to 1 yr and have had alot of different managers...The current current manager Kimberly has been nothing but the best and very responsive and takes quick action as soon as she aware or any issue or question that comes up. Thanks Kimberly for fixing all my plumbing issues right away and Jose he fixes every work order right away. New management have made alot of changes with the looks and care of their buildings....this takes time people but you can see the care and time in doing so. Communication is key here. Very affordable and comfortable living.Brian

Some good some bad however the current ownership and management seem to care about the complex and have started making significant changes to make it a better and safe place to stay in Grand Prairie ..I would definitely recommend checking them out for a economical place to stay

These people could care less about ANYTHING but collecting on the 1st. One year and it’s been everything BUT pleasant. Maintenance emergency, deal with it, they surely won’t. Management company change has produced ZERO difference. The worst place I’ve EVER entrusted the most precious lives, MY FAMILY, with. I’m real close to checking in to an extended stay until I can start a home search. SICKENING!!!!!!!!

Currently a resident and it’s taken almost now a whole month to get someone out to my apartment to fix my shower faucet that has been leaking for A WHOLE MONTH. Assistant manager has told me multiple different times that she would have someone over within a week and she has failed to hold up her end. I’ve called her 3 times and have sent out 2 emails. I move out in a week and I couldn’t be happier. Only one who’s nice in the office is Kimberly which is the main manager at the moment. Everyone else has a bad attitude and isn’t very welcoming. They supposedly lost my renewal lease of 6 months and when I tried to put in my 30 days (as my contract says I can if they fail to give me a 90day renewal notice) they tried to keep me longer! Even when I sent MY copy of my lease to the assistant manager, she didn’t even bother to read it and still tried to make me stay. This was my first ever renting experience and I’m so disappointed.

Amazing apartments way better than our previous apartments!

Ive lived here for about 5 months and I really like the area. The apartments are clean, the people here are nice and the staff take care of any issues.I had a problem with my stove a month ago, I called the manager and she sent someone to get it fix for me that same afternoon.I love the schools in the area, I have plenty of restaurants. The pool and the playground are always clean and my kids love playing there!I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves better rating.

Just moved in June 3rd and we’ve had a couple problems already since we got accepted and it’s been hectic... they gave us the apartment all scratched and painted on the floor, the shower wasn’t working the toilet wasn’t either they’re animals like roaches beetles 🙁🙁😩 the floors weren’t replaced because they’re peeling off the floor!! This apartments gets a 1 Star from my family and I!! They lied to us and said our apartment would be ready by June 1st.. the apartment they wer supposed to give us still isn’t ready because it’s right by our apartment now and we see them work on it everyday they’re replacing the flooring in that one but the manager told us they weren’t changing the floors at the moment.. we weren’t aloud to see the unit before we moved in and they kept giving us the run around, and once we moved in to the apartment everything wasn’t professionally taken care of we went to the room the day after we moved in and it took them 4 days to come and fix all the issues the apartment had..

Lived here a year ago and I always payed my rent on time. I never had any issues with the staff. But wasn’t the best living conditions unfortunately there was a bed bug problem I don’t know if they have fixed it but beware of moving to these apartments, they like to file debt collections as well and never call you to pay it they just send it to a debt collector and ruin your credit wether you owe them or not!

I love this place never have I felt so comfortable living in an apartment!! The space is perfect!! Washer and dryer connections and omg they have a small playground for my kids and 2 swimming pools!! Thank you to the office staff for being so mindful.

I use to love these apartments when they had different management. This new management is horrible. They are rude and never fix anything. Im reporting them to the city. I havent had lighted in my kitchen for over 2 months. I have broken cabinets for months now. There are wasps and hornets nest everywhere. We almost get stung every time we leave the house. My refrigerator is leaking. Dont move here.

Worse apartments ever. The managers say they will fix something an they don’t. They always got an excuse an keep saying they short on personal.If they can keep the employees how can they keep their residences happy.I placed an order since 9/1 an it’s already 9/9 an they still haven’t fix the issues.It was better when Jose was the manager

I’m moving in less than a month and honestly I couldn’t be more relieved! I live downstairs and my apartment floods every single time it rains. The drain is right outside my patio door and it is always clogged. The maintenance put sand bags by my door to resolve the issue and it doesn’t even work! It’s been a year with the same problem. They just add sand bags and then take them the very next morning. The kitchen light goes out every couple of months even when we use a lamp 75% of the time. The garbage disposal got fixed and like a week later messed up again and leaks. The dishwasher turns on by itself throughout the day leaking water all over the kitchen. There is a roach and small insect problem. I’ve bombed the apartment and they don’t leave! They don’t ever spray for pest. The living room ceiling has an occasional leak. The power flickers every day. Lots of issues with the hot water not working. And there is NEVER ANY PARKING!!

Broke my lease just to get out! Stay away! You’d be better off living in a motel. The management that they currently have is like dealing with small children on a power trip.

Not friendly at all what so ever. Very rude plus the apartments are not very nice inside because I’ve had experience of flooding in my apartment water comes up from the tile in my bathroom idk if this is because they don’t want to fix the pipes even tho they said they did. These people will add late fees whenever they feel and they will definitely pick an argument with me. Every time I go to the office with an issue my problem is never resolved just always leads to an argument. And FYI THERE WILL BE ROACHES!!!

Something needs to be done they dont care I dont care what anyone says they are rude and are just there for decoration. They need to bring back the previous managers and leasing agents. The air never works, they never clean the dog parks or the pools, the staff are rude, I heard them insulting me I. Spanish and joking about it. They didn’t think I knew how to speak Spanish but I understood every word they were directing towards me personally. I watched the exterminator only spray one room and leave I asked about the other rooms he said he will come back. Never came.... Maintenance never completes their work. I still have things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in. I have outstanding utilities and I’m never home to use them smh. I could go on forever I recommend no one ever lives here I learned my lesson and I can’t wait until my lease is up. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Complete waste of money!!

Worst parking situation ever !!!!!! I’ve lived here over 6 years and never had issue until about 6 months ago with the new mgmnt Co . They have multiple apts that have Multiple adult living in a 1&2 bdrm apt but only 1-2 adult on lease and they have over 3 to 5 cars. I Live in front by office Which is A section and have to park in very back of C section when I get home at night from work.

Where to begin . As of now They did work on my apartment without notice, they somehow say they did sent a notice, for some reason all the other apts that they had to tefurnish bathtubs they were not able to get in . I can home to take a shower I see all my stuff removed and taken away . I talked to manager monica which she was very understanding as far as my frustration . Now I call the next day if I can shower the assistant Cynthia that was I’m charge of sending me the notice has an attitude and hangs up after saying I will talk to you in person . I come in person she is being very defensive and the worse attitude that I’ve ever seen with costumer service . Don’t even attempt to call corporatw cause I’ve been months on voicemails and calls and emails and no response . The neighbors are noisy and smoke a lot . Last issue I had with plumbing and took over two days of water pouring out . And I didn’t even get any reduce rent after not being able to use my own restroom for two days .

The assistant manager is very rude. They need to fire her.We pay fir renters insurance and the plumbing backed up at no fault if our own. She tells us that we pay for electrical issues, plumbing basic paying for them to protect not us whata the use for insurance if thats the case.

The place is great and I can’t think of a better spot. 15 minutes from the airport and about 20 to downtown Dallas. Certainly in a sweet spot, with less Traffic. Most apartments are newly renovated with new grey hard flooring! Helps create a nice modern look for your new place.The office staff was great, and by office staff I mean DD (Or DeeDee; idk how she spells it) but she is fantastic! I swear she does it all and not that the other staff isn’t good, but she’s the one person I KNOW I can count on to get things done in a timely manner. She’s always multitasking in order to make sure not only my questions and concerns are heard, answered, and fixed but also the other countless amount of people she helps. She deserves recognition and appreciation.

My apt floods everything time it rains!!! They went through making a draining system outside my apt that doesnt even work. It still floods. Also my upstairs neighbor is a complete psycho. She paces back and forth all night long and she left the water on and flooded my apt.

They offer a fitness center with maybe 8 or less pieces of equipment only 3 work, the pool is pretty basic and the laundry room suck.. Some of the washers dont work, when washing clothes at the end of the cycle your clothes are still soaked with water. And no youre not going to see roaches in the beginning but I promise you mid contract they start coming out... Dont trust the model home they show you, its nice but the actual unit looks nothing like it. Oh and since living here the office staff changed 3 times.. Smh

This is a family oriented place to live, full of nice neighbors with well kept community court yards that include dog parks, childrens play grounds and swimming pools plus a fitness center. The insides are nicely designed with wood floors, updated kitchens in black appliances.

I enjoyed living here with my parents, it was very Big, Clean and actually really nice. Decently priced for the apartments they offer, Love the playgrounds and Pool.

The plumbing fixtures under the sink and in the restroom are not properly installed. The doors are not cut right to fit the closet and the laminate flooring they installed is ridiculous. Also, Veronica the girl in the office is super rude. She is always speaking with an attitude and acts like she doesnt have to have respect for anyone. Worst customer service ever!!

I HATEEEE I ever moved here I cant wait for my lease to be up the apartments are very trashy the trash is always over flowing and every time it rains the sidewalk over flows so I have to walk all the way around the building to get to my apartment. The parking also suck there is never no where to park I also went almost all summer with a broken ac I had to call them practically every other day to complain about my ac and all they would keep telling me is it was because it was very hot outside,,,,I love the layout of my apartment but its not worth what I pay they painted my bath tub with white paint which started peeling a few weeks after I moved in and lets not even get started on the way the kitchen is rigged to LOOK nice,,,,,I have had a little roach problem and I am not a dirty person at all but I have had a few roaches in my dinning and kitchen area I have asked them to come spray they said they did but I still see a roach from time to time no matter how much I clean and bleach and spray everything down I would NOT recommend living here at all do not waste your money you will regret it!!!!!

I moved here July 6th and Im moving out Aug 1st. When I move them to tell me that my unit will have a washer and dryer hookup which is does not. We told you the paper the apartment complex which are ridiculously high. My apartment is a roach infected so are other apartments and neighbors that I talk to. None of my apartment windows open and I told the maintenance the second day I moved in 28 days later they still have failed to come and fix the window in my opinion maintenance is very lazy. They have a pool that never opened in the laundry room is disgusting.

I didnt much appreciate that there were not washer / dryer hookups, as advertised on the website. I was told the owners of the property are considering putting them in, I think they should take that off the website myself. That said, overall, Ive been happy with my apartment, Ive seen a roach here and there, but not very many. I like the part of the complex I live in, parking isnt usually much of a big deal as theres plenty. Anytime Ive had maintenance issues, which has only been maybe twice, theyre on it within 48 hours. The way we pay rent is a little wonky, but whatever, its really not that big of a deal. The staff is always friendly, they have worked with me when I had financial issues due to illness and I will sign a new lease barring any catastrophic issues.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I SEE IN MY LIFE BUG ROACH THE STAFF AT THE OFFICE CHANCE EVERY 3 DAYS MAINTENANCE IS VERY BAD I MOVE OUT BECAUSE THEY DONT FIXT NOTHING AND THE MANAGER WHEN I SAID I MOVING OUT HE WRITE IN THE PAPER I MOVE OUT BECAUSE I CHANGE MY JOB HELL I NEVER CHANGE MY JOB I WORKING AT THE SENSE COMPANY I MOVE BECAUSE IM TIRED OF THE PLACE MORE THAN ONE YEAR A TORNADO TAKE THE WINDOW BLOW OUT AND THIS IS THE TIME THEY NEVER FIXT IT AND THEY NEVER GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT NOT EVEN PART OF IT THE MANAGER IS A THIEVES AND RACIST HE IS MEXICAN AND HE HATE CUBAN .... THIS PLACE IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND EVERYTHING IS OLD THE CABINET FOR THE KITCHEN NOT GOOD I WILL NEVE RECOMENDED NOBODY TO THIS PLACE SINCE I MOVE THERE AGOST 2014 UNTIL JUNE 2018 THEY SALE THE PROPERTY ABOUT HUNDRED TIME

I can only complain about the noise,i havent seen a courtesy officer patrolling on the weekends like i was told there would be. Other than that i must say i really am glad i moved here,the staff is friendly,the landscape is well maintained, no pest or maintenance problems,overall id definitely would recommend living here!

We got approved there put down 200 dollars we told Shelia that we wanted to be away from all the loud kids that are around and be on the 2nd floor and she told us that building B was the loudest and she would put us in A. So we called close to our move in date and she said we were going to be in building B on the first floor. After we had to remind her about only second floor she told us that we would be on the second floor in building b and told us the apartment number and told us we could see on Saturday. We call back and they say they dont know why she told us that because that apt was never available. These people are completely unorganized. We drove by the building and there are so many kids outside and lots of large groups standing around at night being so loud. Even though i lost 200 dollars there cause they wont refund im so glad im not going to live there. The place looks unsecured which also scared me. Anyone can break in those windows even on the second floor they can walk right upstairs and break the window. At night its not well lit. No gates no security guard loud noise by just driving through. I got such a bad vibe i will find another apartment. Plus i have driven by several times and there are always cops everywhere just waiting. Another issues was the have their own electricy there so you cant transfer your own electric company there. Which means they can jack up the prices. Also there are no washer dryer hookups in any of the 2 bedrooms and they have no fireplaces either. Lastly there is no room for storage on your porch. There is no storage avail. Its also 1 mile down the street from a elementary school so if your trying to go to work at that time better try to find a diff route or youll be stuck. One more thing if i had known there was a $400 non refundable deposit I would have never of put anything down. Thanks but no thanks.

I currently live here and I can honestly say as soon as my contract is up i will be moving. Dont let the nice appliances and looks fool you. The management is trash. The neighborhood is in a bad side of town and they have the worst roach problem ive ever seen. Myself and my neighbors all have a horrible roach problem. They also have bed bugs in these apartments. My neighbors have had bed bugs for 3 months now and lost all their furniture because of it. Also. The ammenities are a joke. The pool was closed majority of the summer and the so called fitness center has out of date equipment and its always broken. Please dont make the same mistake I made when I moved in here. Also utilities are all allocated. Im never even home enough to watch tv or use the water they charge me about 300 for electric and water and amenities. Which are trash. You get charged for the electric and water your neighbors are using not just yourself... These apartments are complete Trash!

Well I cant say much about living here but I can say the office people are nice and the apartment we looked at was nice and spacious.

This place sucks. I live here now and since its really old theres all types of animal life that get into the cracks...Bugs snakes frogs crickets lizards. I have a video of the snake. They can renovate it all they want and send pest control out all day...theres no remedy for oldAlso I believe they close too early now. I cant ever see them on the weekday because they close at 5:30.

If you are considering movin here DONT!! They show you a model on their computer and not one apartment looks like it. It takes then forever to fix issues within your apartment and when it finally gets fixed its a horrible lazy cheap job. They try to come off as luxury and charge this ridiculous amount for rent and its far from it. Pool never opens until a month or two after Memorial Day, parking is horrible, the fitness center is far from that. They change office staff like someone changes their underwear....Ant & roach problem....RUN

Im currently living here . My AC hasnt worked for months.They tried and still havent fixed nothing. I probably shouldve chose solme diffrent apartments.

Love my apartment!!!! Kids play untill the street lights come on wich is good!! After 8:30 its very Quiet!!! Office people are very nice!

They call themselves a luxury living... Well let me tell you that its not worth it. There customer service is horrible, they always send you to voicemail on business hours. And the maintenance takes for ever to fix things. I was with no AC/Heater for almost 2 months before than can fix anything. Iam about to break my lease because of the over charge and disappointed with these company. I hope I persuaded you to not sign a lease.

I have lived here in this complex going on 3 years; and we have had some issues with management changes, yes, but we also have had Vivian come back and clean things up as well. Because of the management issues, people that were rented out to that this complex normally does not rent to, were allowed in; she is doing her best to get things back on track; so per mr she will enter your apartment on Bull*** reasons; what did you do to make her do that? She has always treated us fairly.First of all, this is a 60 year old complex, it was built in the 1960s. They HAVE been doing the washer/dryer renovations and those are done as apartments come open where it was not done beforehand as renters move out and before it is rented out again.As for the pests; I have to ask myself if people actually mop the floors, take the trash out on a regular basis, use cleaners like they should to keep things clean, wash dishes, clean the toilets, keep food in containers that do not attract pests; do not leave food or dirty dishes sitting; ect.; If you have a problem DID YOU REPORT IT? Pest control is usually here the very next day if you report it; oh, and I have a cat and a dog, so yeah, I see a bug every once in awhile; but for the most part, I dont have many issues with them. Then again, I sweep or vacuum ever 2 days and the cat box is cleaned out every other day and I mop once a week and I also wash my counter tops down every day after I cook and I also wash the stove top down once a week. Its just staying clean in your habits that cut down on the bugs paying a visit or not. If you have neighbors who dont do that, you will see more bugs, but being clean in your habits will also make sure they dont visit you too often.Yes it takes about 4 days for the rent to process because they have to make sure that the bank does its thing and then they do theirs...so allow for some leeway; and thats the reason the rent is due on the 3rd instead of the 1st of the month. We have paid electronically before they ever decided to put the entire complex onto that; however, I understand why they did it; the company that owns this complex has a LOT of complexes that they manage, so doing it that way is smarter and cheaper than having the office staff doing it every month; and, its also a safety issue and legal issue; one of the managers who was let go was actually renting apartments for only a few months at a time and not carrying the leases through to the actual time frame that was set up to begin with; AND they were also charging more for those rentals and pocketing the difference!Maintenance is usually 24 to 48 hours to get things fixed if you need them fixed....and thats about average, considering how many people live here and how busy maintenance is.The pools, we have had issues with the pools this year, ever since the people who are normally screened out were allowed in by the other management teams earlier in the year. There is a REASON that the pools were green thats because people were drinking alcohol and spilling those drinks into the pool, drinking sodas and spilling those into the pool; and I imagine that they also were having issues with the stuff that the kids would also throw into the pools; parents do NOT watch their kids; they let them run around with no supervision, and it clearly states in the lease that parents MUST accompany their children when they are out playing or in the pool; I know for a fact that the police and the security company were called out to clear out kids and adults who were in the pools AFTER the gates were locked at 10:30 pm every night because people would climb the fence or jimmy the locks. Again, THOSE were the people that are NORMALLY screened out from renting here.As for the laundry room being dirty; maintenance usually has other issues to deal with than cleaning up the laundry room; next time, take a broom and dustpan and sweep it up; you will feel better and not have to worry about it being dirty!

IF IT WAS POSSIBLE THEY WOULD HAVE NO STARS DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!These apartments are ROACH INFESTED!!! The pest control man that they have here that we must pay 3 dollars for every month is just for show. If you tell them you have roaches theyll blame you and your occupants saying that these roaches are yours. Once someone moves out their roaches become yours cause the roaches travel thru the walls and attics. Lets not even get to talk about these so called maintenance people. On Friday February 17, 2017, my husband came to the office and told them that our refrigerator wasnt working. Nobody came to fix it that day after we both stressed that our food was spoiling. We had milk that was dated the 27th that went bad and had to go buy so more. On Saturday, Feb 18, 2017, I called the office AGAIN and stressed the urgency that my refrigerator still wasnt getting cold and that they needed to send someone ASAP. They did and the person who came acted like he couldnt speak English, when I and others have spoken to him and he was able to talk to us clearly. He explained that the refrigerator wasnt getting cold because our freezer was too full so he removed some of the food from the little vents in the back of the freezer and said we shouldnt have no more problems. Might I add I had come to them all last year about my refrigerator problems before because it was leaking Freon and every time someone came out they would half fix it and tell me everything should be working. Now its February 19 2017 and not only is my refrigerator still not working, all my food is warm or room temp. If yall thinking about moving here SAVE YOUR MONEY and RUN! Im trying to leave here ASAP and have been for quite sometime. DONT DO IT!!!
