I was slightly nervous going in for the first time. My technician was very thorough in explaining the process and answering any of my questions. She then walked me through the process as she was doing it so I had an idea of what to expect. Very lovely business and very clean standards.

I had the best experience at Wax It. I was driving through GJ and popped in for a Brazilian. It was really busy, but they got me in so quick. The front desk was kind and helpful. My waxer, Lexi, was amazing and worked so fast. Getting a Brazilian can be uncomfortable in more ways than one, bit she is a true pro and put me at ease. I was in and out of there in a flash. I will definitely go back. Also Lexi, if you read this, thank you SO MUCH for the awesome food recommendation. I drove straight there and loved it!

The front desk staff and wax technicians do not wear masks. They were very polite and accommodating when I have asked my technicians if she would please use a mask during my service, but I dont feel that I should have to ask this every time I go in there. The services they provide are good but I feel unsafe when I go in there so I have now started getting my waxing services at Bee Smooth where all the staff always wear masks and I fell completely safe and get the same quality of service and the pricing is the same.

Was worried going in for a wax, thought it might hurt but I enjoyed it and the friendly staff is amazing. Also they do spray tans and are by far the best, and most even spray tans Ive ever received. Any time Im heading on vacation this is my stop a couple days before so I can be smooth and perfectly tan!

They close at 5:00pm but they wouldnt let us in at 4:45pm? I understand that the time says close at 5:00pm but as a business, you have to expect that youre not gonna close at that exact time. Especially since we drove practically 90 miles an hour from another town just to try to make it. Terribly rude and bad service. Go to Wax What, they are so much better.

I went here today and now have uneven eyebrows. She destroyed my natural arch and sadly theres nothing to salvage, as I only have a few hairs remaining above my left eye.Hugely disappointing as it is Christmas Eve and Ill be seeing all my friends and family the next few days. How embarrassing! I will not be returning to Wax It Salon. Weak sauce :-/
