Disappointed. I guess they dont take walk ins. Or if they do, not sure how it works because there was no one waiting or getting their hair cut. The lady was nice and said I could come back at 3. It was 930. Ill be in Nevada by 3 😁

I came in with level 10 blonde asking to just bleach and bring up my ombré and she toned it to a grey brown color. Darker and less blonde than what I came in with. I just asked for the yellow tones to come out and Sarah ruined my hair.

I ended up leaving wrote I could even be seen because the stylists were talking loudly about how COVID was over-exaggerated, that the vaccine was a hoax, and how wrong it all was. I’ve had multiple family members die of COVID. I do not need to hear about how “over-exaggerated” it is. It is not exaggerated when it kills people you love and care about. I don’t care if you’re wearing a mask, (which one of the stylists wasn’t even though there were signs all around that everyone had to and the shop enforced a sanitization fee and that customers had to wear masks) because the city is on a person by person basis with masks. However you should have some basic human respect for the grief of others and the tragedy of this country. It is easy to find another place to get a haircut where you won’t have the memory of your family members who passed from covid so blatantly disrespected and have that ruin your day.

Poor experience. Stylist was complaining about client before me and about not getting a tip, did not cut my hair straight either.

I needed to have my teal colored hair removed to a more natural color. My hairdresser was Tabitha. I knew it would be a process but she wouldnt give up and did a fabulous job! Im so very happy with the results. I got to spend time with the other wonderful hairdressers while I was there. I highly recommend going her . I promise you wont regret it! Tried calling salon with no answer, got to the salon and there is a new manager Tabitha that is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with, poor, manners, extremely rude, and although she was doing absolutely nothing could not even do a boys haircut, really?! Until 5 hours later?? Lindsey is so missed!! We have had some of the worst haircuts from the other blonde stylist as well, I will not even let her touch my childs hair, seems there needs to be new management and more training..will never visit this salon again TERRIBLE!!!!!

I usual had a good experience here until recently. I went into another cost cutters before and the stylist ruined the long Bob I wanted to get but I waited like 3 months and went here to get it fixed but it ended up even worse. I had to spend more money on top of what I spent to have someone more professional fix it at a private salon. This place needs to get better stylists because my 5 year old niece could do better. I will NEVER return to any of the cost cutters here in the valley! If you have long hair and want to keep it I suggest the same!

Charging extra because of Covid19. Not ok when people are out of work. Shame on you

Angie was great!! Usually when I request what I want done with my hair, stylist like to say its to thin.. But she was great and didnt question anything and did what I wanted and it looks great!! 😍

We had a busy week last week and I did not get the chance to take my son for a haircut, so I asked my daughter. They charged my card $24.95 for a kids haircut! As I did deeper into this, they charge for an adult for anyone over 10. Then they said he had to have it shampooed because he had gel in it -- instead of just rinsing it out like every place I have ever been. Lesson learned. But I wont be back.

Like the way they cut my hair usually. I had a bad experience today when i accidently grabbed a liter bottle of Biolage detangler priced at $29, I exchanged it for a liter bottle of Biolage shampoo at $27 I was told I couldnt get the difference in price back????? May only be $2, still wrong!

Always cut as I want, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but its never been too long for me. Great service.
