I came in with a picture of one cut and left with my childs Mohawk. I will not be coming back here. The stylist was nice but did not give me what I asked for at all. Went home and cried. Thank goodness hair grows back quickly.

Worst ever. I paid $18 to walk out looking the same. The lady didnt listen to what I wanted and cut maybe 1/8 of an inch off total waste of money. How do I prove it without a receipt. I will change my review after my hair is fixed

My husband and son get their hair cut by Katy. They love her. She always does a great job and she’s very nice and friendly. Husband won’t go anywhere else because he trusts Katy to do exactly what he wants. Never disappointed here.They also have a good selection of products here. Not the stuff I buy but still plenty of options.

Katy was my go to lady to get my hair done here in the Grand Junction. She not only rufused to cut my hair the way I had asked but messed up my hair the way she wanted to cut it. Unfortunately she just lost a customer. If your having a bad day dont take it out on your faithful customers bcz you just lost one.

My son wanted a euro hawk but instead we recieved the worst hair cut I have ever seen. Swear to God. There were bad clipper lines down both sides of his heads where it was supposed to fade down into the rest of his hair, and those lines were very uneven. We told the stylist and though she tried to fix it we ended up needing to call a friend that was in cosmetology school to fix it.

I understand things are stressful because of covid-19, that being said. My first time trying them might also be my last. I had an appointment at 4 p.m. and arrived 10 minutes early as I was instructed to do so over the phone. When I went inside to check in a very large woman named Katie asked for my name and I gave it to her, she said they are running behind ( I thought okay maybe Ill go do some shopping or make a couple phone calls as I waited). I asked her politely about how late they were running so I would have an idea, she sharply replied I dont know, we are busy I said 20 minutes or 30 just so I know when to be back? ( since they werent allowing people to wait inside) she Shrugged her shoulders turned her back and started walking away from me. Another younger employee (with med length black hair) saw what happened and she asked for my name and told me probably about 30 minutes sir (she was very polite) I told her thank you and I would be back in 30 minutes. When I returned 30 minutes later to let them know I was back Katie again came over and said rudely we will tell you when you can come in I wound up waiting another 35 minutes (a total of 65min) after my appointment time before I was asked to come in. Luckily Katie wasnt my stylist (I wouldve just left) my stylist was very nice and did a good job. After my experience I dont thank I will spend money there again.

Best super cuts in mesa County! The girls all know you by name and remember your cut. The best part is they all do a great hair cut so you dont have to worry about who is doing it!

My hair cut was not done properly and I had to go to another location to get it fixed. I was not going to trust their stylists to fix it.The stylists station was incredible dirty with a ton of hair all over when I got arrived.I would not recommend this location.

Very disappointed and 0 for 2 on getting the haircut I asked for. I said no A-line so she gives a small A-line. I say long layers and get nothing. The best part is I said shoulder length and got chin length. The stylist was Katie and she wasnt too bad, other than the length, until customers came in who requested her. Then she half-assed finishing my haircut so she could get to them quicker. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ive been getting my hair cut exclusively there for way over a year. Ive never left dissapointed. The staff has always been more than helpful in making sure that I was satisfied. Maria is my current stylist and I am more than happy to recommend their their service... Well looks like I spoke to soon about this place. Everytime Ive gotten a haircut there Ive always given a fair tip ( $5 ) or more. Im on a fixed income and called them to see if they could cut my hair today and told them Id pay $20 then. Well apparently that $13 haircut is more important than keeping a good customer. They turned me down. Very disappointed to see their real colors.GREEDY

Dont come here if you want to get your hair dyed. They dont know what they are doing when it comes to color, go to a small local hair salon instead. You will thank me later.
