Loved this place. They were so friendly. When I asked for something different they didn’t hesitate to provide it with a smile. My feet and haven’t felt this smooth in a while and my wife’s SNS came out amazing. Will definitely come back and recommend to others. It is a beautiful shop.

Whenever I go, I get the SNS dip powder. They do such a great job and it always last the full two weeks, sometimes even three! Everyone here is very nice and they keep it really clean. Tons of colors to choose from, too!

Ive never had my feet and hands done before. They were really great and the chairs are comfy. My feet feel great and my hands look better than they ever have.I also took my wife and daughter in and they are super happy with their experience. My daughters nails look adorable. She had a great time and got a sucker to enjoy while they worked.

I showed Nancy a picture and she nailed it. Definitely coming back. And they had a special for my pedicure..I totally deserve to be pampered, I work alot long hours. This is the place you should go. And I didnt have to wait a long time.

This place is a great place for pedicures and manicures. I started seen Lee and Carrie the 1st day I visited since then it has been them. Hard working, professional and know what what to do. If you are visiting for the 1st time ask for Lee or Carrie.

I got a pedicure and the pedicurist picked off the old polish with their nail, and I ended up with nail fungus and damage. Never going back.Edit: I realized from other reviews that the reason there are so many positive reviews is you get free add ons if you show them a positive review. Honestly there are better places that won’t pick off your polish like a child.

Great services and prices were good. even though they have mask sign on door, they didnt make us wear masks which i appreciate (would probably leave if they forced masks). I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my callous remover could have been a bit more thorough. Still some spots that are a bit rough. Also... need to fix your website and phone number on google cause it didnt work

I called this morning to see if I could get in, and was told to be there in a half an hour. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked who I was, I picked my color and Kari took me right back. She took off my old gel polish with foil instead of the little buffer, which I appreciated. We talked throughout the entire manicure which I also appreciate. Kari took the time to help me pick the right color for the look I wanted and matched my design perfectly!! I highly recommend her to anyone who needs nail services.Now, onto my pedicure. Tony called me over and he already had the water running, it was so nice and warm!! Tony gave me the best pedicure I have ever had in my life!! I chose the Relaxation pedicure and boy did he get me relaxed. Tony massaged my legs and feet so well, it wasn’t the usual quick massage either, he took his time and made sure everything was done well.A huge thank you to Kari and Tony for great customer service, I will be back.

My nail technician was very nice and patient with me. They got started on me as soon as I was ready and were very flexible with the changes I wanted. I appreciate their kindness and great worth ethic. Definitely worth a visit! My nails came out exactly the way I wanted them and they have great prices as well.

I tried a new nail salon on the recommendation of my daughter and daughter in law and I am so beyond happy that i did. Such nice people, very clean and professional as well. Kevin did such an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to be pampered to come in and ask for Kevin. What a wonderful expedience.

Very friendly and the shop is clean! But my dip powder started to crack after 2 days! I went out of state for a week and had to get them redone on my vacation $55 bucks for that! Never ever going here again!!!

Second time here and it was even better then before. Amy was very patient with me and all the questions I had about my nails. I didnt get my pedicurest name but she also was very attentive. She sweetly asked me was I enjoying my pedicure massage.

I really enjoy going here. It’s comfortable and the staff is friendly. Lisa is my favorite for pedicures. All the girls are great on nails. I’ve had both gel and dip done here and both turned out fantastic every time. Dip is definitely my preference now!

Tried this place out for the first time because Ive been disappointed with my regular place for awhile now. Overall very happy, I didnt wait long at all for my appointment and the place is really charming and relaxing, I couldnt smell the chemicals like I can at other places which I really appreciated, and the prices were great.However upon closer inspection when I got home, some of my nails were a little uneven which bummed me out after seeing so many gorgeous pictures and one was a little bumpy/uneven but its not too noticeable. Unfortunately Im not sure who the artist was.I do plan on trying them one more time because I was happy with the prices, the vibe, and the overall experience!

This place was a breathe of fresh air. All the staff is kind and polite and make sure you feel comfortable the whole time. Will be making this place my go to!

So happy!!! I got my lashes done a little over a month ago and they still look decent! Got my nails done aswell and they were very clean and straight!!😁 I’m a perfectionist so I was super pumped :) Told all the women in my family, my step mom even tried out I-u for her wedding nails/lashes. She was very pleased!

I never write reviews but I am so annoyed an unhappy with the job the nail tech and I don’t even know her name. There is product stuck to my skin and my nails have a ton of lumps and bumps on them. The shape is not what I asked for I asked for...I wanted almond and she made them round. She didn’t seal the edges of my real nails and now they look like they can lift easy. Ugh!!!! Now I’m going to need to pay more to have someone else fix them.

My sister and I came for some pampering and had a great experience! My nails are exactly how I want and the prices are fair. Theyre very busy but we made an appointment and walked right in. However I did end up with a pretty good cut on my foot and it took quite some time to heal. The gentleman doing my pedicure did not apologize but tried to cover up that I was bleeding instead. Good pedicure, disappointed in the way my cut was handled.

If you haven’t had a pedicure here you are missing out! Staff is friendly and professional....I love the colors of all the different chairs... they have a great polish colors and designs!! I went in with a friend and they got us both together in a very timely manner.

Without sounding like a commercial, this place is everything you would want to get out of a nail shop and more! The staff are funny, and treat you like a friend. Tracy (owner/manager) takes it up a notch, and treats you like family and makes you feel comfortable while there, as if you were the owner. So, though I am writing this on my behalf, my wife is the one who actually goes there the most (manicure/french nails done/pedicure), I am a man who goes there for a pedicure, so get out there guys! My wife wants to add, this place is very clean, and well decorated, and for each holiday they decorate, which is really nice, and with class. Let me tell you, I have been to several nail shops and this one is our, my personal favorite of all time and had to post this review, because they very much deserve the praise. This is one of the worst places I have gotten my nails done. I was so confused about all the good reviews but it was explained. There is a sign for all reviews get free upgrades but you have to show them the review. Make an appointment, they are still 30-45 minutes behind. They can barely paint nails. Asked for acrylic nails to be removed... they left 30% of the acrylic on my nails and still charged me. They dont understand what you are asking for and look at you like a complete idiot. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

My 1st time and they were absolutely fantastic!! I have found my nail salon!! Ema did my pedicure and did an amazing job!! Carrie did a full set of ombre nails for me and they are gorgeous!!!! I will definitely be back in 2 weeks!!!!

We love this place. My husband and I go once a month for our pedicures. I would advise asking for Lisa she gives the best pedicures. We take my elderly father here as well and they are very gentle with him.

Excellent job on my gross farmer feet. I had calluses for days. Thought they’d be better off just cutting off my feet but to my surprise, they addressed them with kindness. They had to get out the heavy power tools to remove all the grime. What a life saver.

I came here for pedicure. The service was great. Very friendly staff and even though i have no appointment, they were able to squeeze me in.

Not a bad place but nothing over the top. Apparently you get a discount of $2 if you pay cash. I noticed after returning home that my toenails werent trimmed evenly.. and the polish didnt last more than a week. I can usually get 3 weeks out of my regular spot but came here on recommendation. I wasnt able to see the two people I was recommended to try so that could be all the difference. Next time I will book with one of them.

I went in to get a full set of Acrylics and I was utterly disappointed. The nail shapes and lengths differed dramatically over different fingers that when I got home I had to file and shape them myself so my nails didnt look completely ridicules. And now not even 2 weeks later Im already getting some lifting on one nail. Which will undoubtedly, probably pop of within the next week or two. These definitely werent worth the $43 I paid and I dont even know why I tipped the nail tech. for such a sloppy job. I have gotten a pedicure here before though and that was alright but I would never ever recommend this place for acrylics ever again! I wouldnt want anyone to ever experience the same disappointment that I felt . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This was my first and only time coming to the shop which is unfortunate because it is right by my home. Before arriving to the shop I called for an appointment and the lady I spoke to on the phone said I can come in around 2 o’clock. I was trying to be respectful of everybody’s time and decided to arrive at 1:55 (not minding to wait a bit since I DID arrive a few minutes early). I was asked to pick out a gel color I liked. After about ten minutes I was seated by a nail tech who put acetone and foil on my nails to start the process of a standard gel manicure. The nail tech then received a new client and handed me off to a new nail tech. The second nail tech was VERY friendly and I enjoyed having her doing my nails. I was sad to see that yet again she was handed a new client and I was handed off yet again to a new nail tech. Finally the time came to get my nails done at around 3:00 after I had an appointment for a 2:00 gel manicure. While my nails weren’t even painted yet the first nail tech I had finished with her newest client after me that had a set put on. How is it that a full set with gel top coat was finished well before I was when I came into the shop well before her? Finally, I went to pay and handed the man a coupon for a $26.99 coupon for a gel manicure. The man then relayed the coupon back to my first nail tech and she told me she couldn’t grant it for me because she took my former polish off? I didn’t even bother arguing and told the man how long I waited (1:55 arrived and left at 3:45) and to be really let down at the end. I didn’t tip after all, which person do I feel would be right to tip? I left paying $30.00 I’m not sure if there was some favoritism going on but I can assure you that I am a shy and respectful person by nature I and would never like to bring a business down but I felt that I wasn’t treated well to be paying money and will not be coming back to this location again. This has nothing to do personally with the nail work in itself the nails came out beautiful but the service I received. I felt I didn’t deserve to be treated like my time wasn’t valuable as I was respectful of their time.

Only had an hour lunch, and the nail tech Sophia did a quick but very nice job on a coffin shape fill. She re did her work over someone’s who didn’t do a good job and she made it look like a new set. Will be coming back here.Ps, they have tons of colors to choose from and it’s clean in here. 🥰

Ok, so the people are nice, place is clean, but the technician cut 2 of my cuticles, and couldnt do a simple design. Did an ok job, and the process are reasonable. Ill go back and ask for another person.

Do not go here. Nancy keeps me waiting for a scheduled appointment in upwards of 20 minutes. This happened twice. If that isnt bad enough I scheduled an appointment today to fix a broken nail. One nail. I was a regular customer who tipped very well. Nancy was out of town. The man they gave me did not know how to do a fill or replace the broken nail. I asked him why he was confused. The women who was managing said she had to interpret for him. And it was the way I was talking to him. ???? I guess asking why he was confused when he clearly was is not allowed. He clearly was confused. We are talking one nail. Manager told me to come back another day even though I had an appointment and left work to be on time. He continued to mess up my nails, and the manager began talking about me negatively to two customers sitting next to me. After 55 min to fix a broken nail and fill in outgrowth, one of the customers began berating me in front of others. The manager did nothing. What a disgusting place of business. There are nail places on every corner. Find one who doesnt talk about customers to other customers and who doesnt use a language barrier to pass off a horrible nail job.

Second visit to nail salon, first visit was painfully slow this time service was much quicker to feeling rushed. Need to work on cadence of what should be a rejuvenating process for many of us, as we squeeze just a bit of time for ourselves.

Oh my goodness I am so happy. I decided to change my salon and went I-U Nails this morning. I always want something different in a design and Tracey made it work. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Clean, Friendly, Quality workmanship. My mom and I have been going to IU nails for close to a year for gel/regular manicures, plus pedicures. Tracy, Don, Nancy and the entire staff have always been extremely pleasant and accommodating. Our nails always look great when we leave and they last for weeks.

Today was my first time going here, I brought two of my teenage daughters and we were all very happy with our nails and service. We will definitely be back!

Many options to choose from and clean; however, I was disappointed with the tech for not cleaning my cuticles and no hand massage. I am also not happy with the bumps and how noticeable they are from the SNS service.

I have been going to I -U since it has opened and I would never go anywhere else. They have a wonderful Summer Cooling Pedicure and it is my favorite. Their prices are very reasonable and I am very cheap. LolJust this last visit the owner took the time to figure out what type of manacure I liked. I am not a nail enhancement girl.... But I am now. Sns dipped coffin cut. Will go back every 3 -4 weeksLove this place.
