We LOVE this place. So sad to leave because we moved up to Anthem. Total family feel. Sweet, genuine coaches. Our kids LOVED it there. We are at an Anthem gym now (1 minute from home) and it’s smaller and not as nice/large of a facility and I’m grumpy about it 😂. We love Synergy. You won’t regret bringing your kids. If we are unhappy at our new gym I will make the 30 minute drive to Glendale for this gym because they’re that wonderful.

I had a great time at their drop in adult class. Would definitely recommend trying it out. We are beginners and know pretty much nothing, but still felt welcome and the coach was awesome. The regular attendees were very friendly and helpful as well. We were guided through a warm up and some instruction on different skills, then free to try out what we wanted. We will definitely be back.

Coach Kelsey is the best coach in the valley. She uses gymnastics to help her kids navigate the complicated process of growing from girls to young women. They learn about teamwork and individual accountability. They learn how to support each other and how to trust and believe in themselves. They learn the secrets to being successful at anything in life. They learn there is virtually no such thing as gifted. Its about hard work and discipline creating opportunities. My daughter has been with hee for nearly 10 years and has shown our daughter how to go from good to great as a person. If your child is willing to listen to her and put in the work, this will be one of the best investments in your kids future you can make. (Forgive typos. Old eyes and fat fingers....)

Moved my daughter here last summer after being at another gym for 4 years. I am so happy we made the move and wish we had done it sooner! They really care about their gymnasts and make you feel like part of the “family”. I have 2 daughters that go here, 1 is on the competition team and the coaches are awesome! My younger daughter started in a rec class and is now in developmental. I can’t say enough good things about the owner, she truly cares about the kids, and is always willing to answer questions and concerns.

It’s a great gym! I went to 3 three gyms I feel like this is the best one, because I came here from when they opened. I feel like they treat me as family, I have worked with almost all the coaches and they all do great! Even the coaches that don’t even coach my group are always supportive and helpful! I am now a level 4 training 5 Gymnest and I was not even on team before I came there. I really recommend going there.

I love going here every week! Its the joy of my week and I have fun and love all the teachers! Its the best place ever, highly recommend

They do a fantastic job with my daughter. Gymnastics is her favorite part of the week. The teachers are very patient and do a great job with the kids.

The coaches are so great with all 5 of my kids! Highly recommend! My youngest started when she was 6 months and came back right before she turned 2 and has learned soo much! The coaches really take time in teaching!

I love going there and having so much fun with Mrs. Malissa. I go every Tuesday and me and my sister have a blast and are learning so much everyday.❤️

Very unprofessional and very disappointed with this facility. We waited over 30 minutes to have our girls signed up and was not helped once. The classes were starting and was still not helped at all. We continued to Waite for someone but continued waiting and nothing so we go finally left. Our girls were very upset I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future good luck!!!!

So When I first went here I Didn’t Have Any Friends or Any experience,I was signed up for tumbling classes for Every Saturday,Everyone Is So friendly and helpful,Coach Agustin was the coach that help me get my skills,I started 2 weeks ago and now I’m working on kickover and back handsprings
