The experience of buying a new BMW from Pacific BMW was outstanding. James (sales rep) was very professional, answered questions directly with no selling spin. He was very knowledgeable on contrasting the features and options of the cars I was considering buying. Discount on the car was very fair and again, no games or hidden fees. When I came to pick up the car, it was washed and ready to go, he walked us through all the features and made sure we were comfortable with how to operate them, he did not rush us and had a sense of humor as well.Ive bought a great number of cars over the years and this was at the top of the list for easy and transparent process.
Arthur is an amazing sales man! My bf and I walked in wanting to get the M3 Competition G80, the price was high so we decided that we wont be getting the cat. Arthur went out of his way to bring the price down so we can drive off with the m3. He made sure that we were taken care of. He has an amazing personality! I had a great experience working with my Service Advisor, Henry. He helped me with getting the scheduled maintenance completed efficiently. He was a clear communicator from start to finish and I would work with him again in the future.
Pacific BMW staff always provide the best service. Friendly staff, short wait-times, and loaner accommodations are super easy. They also do a GREAT job with regular annual servicing - my car always smells nice and fresh afterwards and runs like new!
I received a video of what worked was going to be performed and what was found wrong apart from what I took it in for. It took a few days but my car feels a lot smoother and better then when I took it in. Thanks to the Service Dept of Pacific BMW!
Henry went above and beyond in many ways. Not only did he keep me up to date about changes to our original service plan and gave me options, he showed kindness and compassion to my son. I had to bring my son, who is four and has Autism and many sensory issues to the service center. Henry showed him compassion, kindness and generosity. I cant begin to express what this meant to me and my entire family when I told them! It can be very overwhelming to bring my son to appointments because of his special needs but Henry washed so much of my anxiety away. Thank you, Henry!

Had a pleasant experience dealing with service advisor Narek for the service and maintenance visit for my 2019 BMW 5 series. Narek provided with such professional manner to address the issues my vehicle needed and not to mentioned the additional services my vehicle needed that werent to my knowledge. His work flow is efficient and makes your visit feel like its had the least down time in your day. Paying a visit to a service center in any industry always has bad stigma but the team at Pacific BMW sure makes it feel prestigious.

Absolutely worst service experience. They have had my car since Thursday for reprogramming with no communication by Henry or any call back from managers after numerous messages. I would even pick up my car and take it to another BMW but they said it is “undrivable” because of whatever they did to it when I turned it in. I am unable to drive my whole family anywhere because of the the dinky 5 seater they have loaned me and now we are going on day 5 with still 0 communication from them. Shameful customer service and professionalism.

I drove quite a few miles to see a vehicle that was already sold, their website was not updated, nor did they apologize.They did not ask for my information to help me at a later time or to help me locate a vehicle.I understand things happen sometimes, however, when they do, you apologize and help people or make them feel understood.Probably the worst experience I have had in leasing or financing a vehicle, and that should speak for itself.
I had been searching for a CPO M240i for about a month. I found a gorgeous one at Pacific BMW with everything I wanted! It is alpine white, coral red interior with navigation, CarPlay, and Harmon Kardon. If I were to option one out online it would be this exactly!I first met with Arsen, who catered to my obsessive attention to detail. He sent me close up photos to supplement the ones posted online. Once I got there, he made the test drive process, application, and trade as easy as possible.I then met with the finance manager Lucy, who was just as awesome as Arsen! She made the process quick and easy for me and made sure I left with no questions.Finally, my delivery host was knowledgeable, quick, and made sure I left with no questions when it came to the idrive infotainment system. Unfortunately I can’t quite remember her name.Overall it took about 2 hours from the moment I parked my trade in to the moment I drove off in my new BMW. The 50 mile drive from my home was absolutely worth it as every person I spoke to at Pacific BMW was a pleasure.Edit for service update:5 stars all around. Once I got home with my M240i, I realized there were some cosmetic areas of concern. My main issue is the bumper had been repainted, and sadly the paint wasn’t sticking too well.Manik and her managers went above and beyond making this concern, among a few others, right for me. The exceptional communication and the customer advocacy she exhibited made me sad that Pacific BMW is 50 miles from my home, because if they were closer I would not hesitate to take my car to this dealership every single time I need service.It’s not often you see a business wiling to put so much effort into post-sale. Pacific BMW is one of the few businesses I actually feel I can trust, and that is saying a LOT coming from me.
I had the zero star experience for a second time at this location. Gave them a second chance but this time their action is “negligence”. Picked up my car after it was kept for maintenance for 5 days at this dealership and less than 24 hours later, the red engine “overheated” light came on with another alert that said “coolant level low”! The car was not drivable with smoke coming out so I called the dealership after hour to leave a voicemail but no one had the decency to get back in touch! I was so upset that I asked the roadside emergency tow truck to tow my car to a different location! I am a full time nurse practitioner who cannot afford to stay a day without a car! I am sitting home right now the day after with no loaners car! This matter smells like a full on law suit as it endangered my life on the four wheels on the road! Shame on BMW! By the way my mechanic was Alex Andres! #BMWneveragain

If only 0 stars were an option!!! Was completely given the run around by Robert Darebityan and Adees Zerateain while trying to buy a car out of state. By the time I spoke to one of the Director of Sales regarding the incident, the car was sold. These guys seem to only care about people coming to the store and not for online customers who are willing to spend the same type of money.

The way the car buying experience should be! I had the pleasure of working with Ron and his assistant Arthur. After searching online, it was evident that they had the largest selection of vehicles within about a 75 mile radius. As soon as you step inside of the dealership they make you feel welcomed and are very inviting. I had set up an appointment and they had every vehicle I was interested in prepped and ready for a test drive. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, instead they treated me like family and made each one of my three visits an educational experience. Ron and Arthur both were very attentive and responded to emails and phone calls promptly. I visited four other BMW dealerships prior to purchasing my 430 Coupe. Pacific BMW prices had every single BMW dealership beat by a long shot! Ron is very transparent and will break everything down for you penny by penny! Its nice to know that there are still car dealerships out there that are honest, professional and wont pressure you into purchasing a car as soon as you step on the lot. They even took it a step further by calling me a few weeks after my purchase to see how I was enjoying my car and to see if I needed any additional assistance. Terrible customer service. Scheduled a service with a loaner. Uploaded all the docs in advanced and called to make sure all looked good. Go to appointment and after waiting for 47! minutes total time in the service area for representative to get my keys and loaner to be delivered - there is no loaner. I had to drive my own car back to work, after an hour there. A joke.

PACIFIC BMW is hands down the best BMW dealer in Southern California. The level of customer service is unmatched, the service is unmatched, and the friendly environment is heartfelt. This is our first BMW and it wont be our last. Soran took care of us from beginning to end and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Andy is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of my worst experience with the service advisor of the dealership. Car is under CPO warranty, bring back for few issues need to repair. Advisor is not answering questions properly. (The one they assign to me, I am sure not everyone)He was also trying to push away all his own ignorance to the tech works there.Per my research and information from BMW phone call. The defective part will be covered by CPO, in my case was refrigerant temperature/pressure sensor. But they don’t cover it and saying BMW said it’s not covered.Funny thing is BMW said it should cover but it all depends on if dealer want to honor the warranty or not..So, I guess customer like me was stuck. The only thing I can do is paying $210 and walk away or paying $1xxx to fix it.. what will you choose?
I can’t speak for sales, but I can definitely speak for service. I was recommended by a friend to go here.I’ve gone to the other dealerships in the greater Los Angeles area and I was impressed from the moment I set up my appointment. Confirmations, making sure you know who you’re seeing, texts with all your info so you won’t forget your appointment. I dropped off my car for a malfunction and they understood all the things I wanted checked on in addition to the malfuntion, and without anyone saying “oh it’s because this, oh it’s because that,” and try dismiss the additional stuff. Manuel Cruz was super helpful, knowledgeable, and understood what I needed for my vehicle. Pacific also has the techs taking a video of exactly what their doing and updating you. Couple that with also having super knowledgeable techs, loaners on hand and not outsourcing to a rental, timely service, and video updates... I’m not going anywhere else in LA. I purchased a BMW 1 month ago and had an issue with my vehicles valve stem on my tire making it completely unsafe to drive, the fix is a defect, it should be honored by BMW, it falls under warranty, and could easily be checked. Upon entry of service, the workers told me that I couldnt repair my tire without having to pay $200, and purchasing the tire/wheel warranty. They told me since my BMW was purchased at Beverly Hills BMW and that they couldnt honor the repairs in Glendale. (Absolutely false because BMW dealerships are universal) The technicians did not even bother taking time to look at my tire but sent me 30 minutes away to Beverly hills where they did the complete job for $0.00 !!! No $200, no warranty needed.. Just a defected part from BMW which HAS to be honored for the safety of their drivers. Pacific BMW has disgusting guest service.
The worst service!! This place is all about outrages charges for the most simple thing. Combined with an attitude of complete indifference. Wiring for my keyless entry was severed. $750!! I ask could they splice the wire. No! Require an entire new wiring harness. Refused to consider an alternatives. Just robot reading from the screen. After they tell you the car is ready, it takes about 45 min. to bring it around.
One of the service team advisors used a racial slur and then said she didn’t mean to. Did not help asked to speak with the manager and it’s been 7 days of leaving multiple voice mails with no return call. Every time I call the women at the front desk tells me edgor the manager is in the building at his desk and does not answer the phone. Terrible customer service I’ve been working with bmws for 20 year and this location is the only one I’ve had terrible service at. Rude and impatient, mumbles insults under their breath and consistently tells me I don’t know what I’m talking about. By far the worst human beings I’ve ever met it’s insulting that bmw allows them to act like this without repercussions!
Terrible service advisor and service manager. They charge for services that other dealerships do not charge. Had a tire changed after finding a nail and was charged $75 above my wheel and tire protection plan which has $0 copay. Had the exact same work done at other BMW dealerships and I didn’t have to pay a single cent. Will never be back.

Took them over 24 hours to tell me hold on let us check out your car and we will call you back in a few hours with the results. No loaner (which was a lie), teribile service, and any way to get out doing routine maintenance because its covered in my maintenance package that I already paid for. Dont bother wasting your time or money here!

They had no clue I’m in sales and know my numbers and both sales guy and manager tried to sell me stories as to how their price on this car was the best on market and how they’re doing me one solid in their condescending shlimy used car sales guy spiel. Manager tried to pull the “had you come to me before going to my partner I wouldn’t have even gone this low” scam. Went and bought car at another dealer. Also I don’t believe half of these reviews on here. Notice how they’re all somehow the same crowd and probably friends that were asked to leave good reviews.Stay away from this place. These guys are what gives used car sales guys their rep.

Parts were overpriced!! I was quoted over the phone $700 for a key replacement and a $200 programming fee which my car didnt even need. I called Nick Alexander and got the same key for $400. I used that to price match Pacific which they did honor... so at least they do that. But, beware inflated prices!

Very helpful managers, although its sad that due to COVID you cant return a lease car any dealer you want but have to bring it back to the one you took it from. Other than that, service is very welcoming and professional.

This is totally unreasonable to charge your customer 200$ ONLY to check if my car has an already RECALL problem (FRM module). I have not seen this sort of service in my whole life. I think BMW is literally stealing money from customers.
Update! Here I am now days later and my steering wheel won’t move and the car hardly starts I call pacific bmw my car is unsafe to drive so I now have to get it towed OUT OF MY POCKET to their dealer ship. They have some shady mechanic call me this morning telling me my car was neglected and they are not paying for any of the services needed. They will not do anything with my vehicle until I pay for the services my car needs. THEY MESSED UP MY CAR WHILE DOING A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT DEALERSHIP WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF. MY VEHICLE WAS RUNNING COMPLETELY FINE BEFORE THEY TOUCHED IT NOW 2 DAYS AFTER YOU GIVE IT BACK TO ME I ROLL OFF THE LOT AND MY WINDOWS WONT ROLL DOWN HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT WAS A COINCIDENCE SO AFTER I LEAVE IT THERE 24 hours FOR YOU TO FIX... THERES ALL THESE OTHER ISSUES NOW CAUSING MY CAR TO BE INOPERABLE. AND THATS ALSO NOT A COINCIDENCE.DO NOT GIVE THESE FRAUDS YOUR MONEY!I’d give no stars if I could. I went in for a simple oil change and when I left my windows weren’t working, there were multiple engine check lights on and the turning signals wouldn’t work as well as the lights inside the car not going off and a door open warning when all of the doors were closed. Took it back went 24 hours without a car so I had to cancel a day of work. Then I got a loaner car after them telling me that I’m lucky the parts I need for them to fix my car will be covered by my warranty... WAIT A MINUTE WHY ARE YOU EVEN GOING THRU MY WARRANTY TO FIX A PROBLEM YOU CAUSED AND HOW DO YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IM LUCKY BECAUSE YOUR ABLE TO FIX SOMETHING YOU BROKE. My car was fine before bringing it here. I now don’t even trust the work they’ve done under my hood I feel like they did it so I’d need to return for more work. Jokes on you I’ve already contacted a lawyer... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I also called and left a message with the service manager that was about 4 days ago and i have yet to receive a call back. The blatant “F*k you” is what caused me to seek a lawyer. If you dont like dealing with Baristas, this is your place! Complimentary Expresso, Hot Chocolate, Cappucino, fresh baked pastries, organic hand picked fruit. Assortment of appetizer chocolates. Fruit infused Mountain water - retrieved from the Swiss Alps and delivered via a hand made Krafinka by one of BMWs specially trained Team Members. BMW of North America Corporate Offices may have also been discussing, providing Continental Breakfast for the early birds, upon acquisition of a vehicle. Oh yeah, they sell nice cars too.
No one cares...Bought my 2020 X7 two months ago. Drove from my small town in Arizona to Glendale CA to pick up the car. They forced me to pay for license and registration on top of my purchase price to their third party company that exclusively handles these matters ( I was told). I have always paid them in my hometowns DMV. They contacted me for additional money due to their mistake on licensing fees. Paid it and asked again for my paper work so I can register the car. My temporary one is running out of time and my numerous calls to Serj (sales), Marisa (financing) and Armando (sales manager) has not been effective. Terrible customer service.No follow ups and No paper works for me yet :(
I had horrendous sales and service experiences there years ago, and recently learned that they are lying about their vehicle histories. They are selling BMW performance driving school cars and not disclosing to customers. These cars are trashed on track for 10k miles, and Pacific BMW knows it, and they do not inform buyers. These guys are criminals. Go anywhere but here.

Worst service experience ever and Ive had many different car brands, never had such an awful experience trying to get a simple oil change, i sat in my cars for an hour and 30 minutes to find out they skipped me, meanwhile others got helped and were able to leave their cars, i will never come back to this dealership.
Service department is not what it used to be. Unless you have an appointment, do NOT expect a loaner and do NOT expect to get treated with respect. They are too busy to help walk-ins and expect simple service work to take more than a day. No customer loyalty whatsoever!
The Office is a scam! I have BMW 530i 2019 With a mileage of 16,000 miles. I came to them with brakes problem. They kept the car for three days, they didn’t fix the problem, nobody answered anything intelligible to the question “whats wrong with the brakes?”. They said itll cost $ 1,500 to fix the problem. I can do it myself, they only need money, and this is clearly a factory defect! In general, I do not recommend anyone to come there!

During the paperwork process and signatures, they wash the car and feel with fuel. after completed the paperwork and went to check the car, i found out that one of the rim have paint dots on it. the dealer refused to replace the rim.

Came here because of an engine issue. Mr. Manny Cruz helped me out with the car, and he was amazing. From beginning to the end, he was very thorough and trasparent about the repair process and found a warranty for me that saved me over a grand of repair cost. He was respectful and explained every question I had regarding the vehicle. Other staff members were also very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this branch and definitely look for Manny when you come here.

Coming to this dealership can take some time to find parking on the bmw side of the street. You can find parking easier across the street. There is a cross walk about halfway down the block.We had to ask for help, which is nice at a dealership. They have bathrooms and snacks and free water in a fridge. Which can be nice if you are waiting for your car to finish.

It doesnt get much better than this! After two attempts to purchase from other dealers and bait and switch and broken promises, we found Pacific BMW and, the car of our dreams with their help, honesty, and outstanding service. No haggling, price negotiated was kept, car was ready and paperwork completed while we had lunch. Would highly recommend Chris, new car Sales Mgr. :-)Only issue we had was we wanted to take advantage of the their VIP Customer Care package offered through BMW Loyalty (not Chris) and were quoted a one-time price of $250.00 for it. Turned out it was $250 a year. :-(
Pacific BMW is awesome, and they provide great customer service. Albert was incredibly helpful and considerate. And regardless of what work you get done there, they will always wash and vacuum out your car when they finish. Definitely appreciate their hard work!

Took my 540i in to diagnose the check engine light. That was properly done and service adviser Gilbert Pogosyan gave me the information. BMW was to just diagnose the car only, no work to be done on it. Only a couple hours I was told. I didnt get my car until the next day. They washed my car with the right rear window down. They did not even tell me about their huge mistake. BMW would not let me talk to who washed my car, would not let me see any video of my car being washed, and they would not even let me see how they wash cars at the dealer. Horrible customer service. I emailed the service manager Edgar Oganesyan and that was no help at all. Pacific BMW should terminate Gilbert and Edgar immediately. I have no idea how much water and or soap was sprayed into my car. I cannot believe Pacific BMW has people working there not smart enough to not wash a car if a window is down. They have no problem taking your money though.
I bought a 2018 M550i here because my salesperson gave me a better deal than other dealers in my area. At first he was really responsive and replied my emails quickly. Things had gone bad since I wired the dealership $32k for down payment (the car price is $75k). After they got money, he worked slow and started to ignore my emails and messages. Before I decided to buy the car, he said I would get my car shipped to my home in less than a week but it took almost 2 weeks that since he slowly responded my messages and emails. To make matters worse, he took almost $1,000 for the registration fee and never registered my car as promised. I needed to do it on my own and paid the registration fee myself. Its been over a month since he promised to refund the registration fee to me but I still have not receive it. Do not buy cars from here. You will get a little better price but the worst customer service. Better spend more money to get better service somewhere else and you do not get so much headache like me.

We lease a BMW i3. Had it a couple of years now. Found ourselves needing a charge last night and the lot staff at Pacific BMW were outstanding at rearranging a couple of cars to open up a charger spot for us. I have to credit the guys who helped, but recognize that management is certainly a factor in how they are trained and supported. Top notch!

Phone girls from service department are very cold and uncaring, they reply to you like machines and create a feeling that you are not actually welcome here.
Came here to get serviced on my 2018 bmw x5.. the service and care these guys offer is beyond. It wasnt judt the timing, quick service, but they actually cared for the cars as if its their own. Highly recommend!
Came with my mom to look at some cars. Shant was our salesman and took good care of us, not too much pressure. We could not decide on a color but he let us get a test drive and explained the difference between some of the models. Afterwards he gave us coffee and talked with us for a few minutes he was very nice. We will be back!
Do not bring an M Car Here!!! I drive an X6M and this dealership screwed up the oil change while messing up many other electronics and making me return 4 times.They screwed up the oil change since their pumps weren’t calibrated. After leaving the dealership my oil warning showed up saying not to continue driving since the oil is too low. After calling the dealership, they said it’s probably just a sensor so I continued driving. After testing, the sensor was fine and the oil was just low (which means I had been damaging my engine by driving on low oil).I mentioned there was a slight noise when the steering wheel retracts (as I’m getting out of the car). They replaced my steering column without asking (since they make money billing my BMW warranty for unnecessary work). During this replacement, my brake pedal was somehow improperly plugged in resulting in the engine turning on when I was attempting to turn it off. This replacement also messed up electronics disabling the 3 M buttons (suspension, throttle, steering), traction control, and reverse cameras. Their mechanics also caused indentations on my leather seats by resting the sharp steering column on the seats without any padding.Overall this dealership seems to have shoddy workmanship and shady business practices taking advantage of BMW’s generous warranty policy. I would not trust ever bringing your car back here again.
Such a quick and easy experience! I went on Black Friday and of course the dealership was packed, but they had enough staff to help every customer that was there. Greg Poland went over and beyond to make my first BMW experience a great one. I was in and out within a few hours and I believe that I received the best deal possible for my 428i coupe. I will definitely be back for any future purchases.
This is really the best BMW dealership Ive seen. I was on a trip from the bay area to LA, and my BMW X1s engine went into a reduced power state due to an air induction tract malfunction (the charge pipe had come off) in the middle of the desert. This dealership was the closest on the way and I brought my car there. The service advisor was extremely helpful and was able to give me a loaner right away; I was able to complete my trip, and the car was repaired exactly in the amount of time estimated. I got back my car Tue afternoon - in time for my return. The staff there was very friendly and the entire process there was quite efficient. This is really a top class dealership.
I spent over a week on the phone with almost every BMW dealership in the Los Angeles and San Diego area. A lot of empty promises from nearly all of them. I saw what I liked at Pacific BMW and they were on it. I drove down less than 24 hours later and picked up my car. The customer service was fantastic. It was well worth a 2 hour drive to give them my business. I will be back.
I was in there today 8/10/19 worse experience ever, we went in there to cancel the GAP insurance and it took us 3.5 hours (we arrived at 2:37 and left at 5:58 pm), but once we were seen by the financial person, it took two minutes and we were out of there!!!!!It was only a matter of filling out one of the forms and getting a copy of the payoff of the vehicle. It was mine baffling how a 2 minute process took 3.5 hrs out of my day, only because all of the representatives in the front Desk didn’t know how to handle the process of cancelation for GAP insurance.There is nothing worse than someone that does not respect the time of others, incredible!!!! TIME IS MONEY
Do yourself a favor and dont lease/buy your car from this dealer. They sell you warranty at signing and dont honor the agreement when its time to turn your car in and charge you thousands for regular wear and tear. Its a scam. Absolute worst people to deal with.
Fantastic experience. I called the dealership before I get there and I told them exactly what I want.They were able to to beat every other dealership by $1500. Pacific BMW is the ONLY place Im recommending. Extremly helpful staff. They even delivered my car to my house. Best car shopping I ever had.
This is the worst BMW dealership I have ever been to. It really makes me not want to drive a BMW anymore.I tried to turn in my lease here and they didnt want to take it. They told me they had no room on the lot but were more than happy to take the car should I buy another BMW from them right then and there. Then they told me they would take it if I had bought the car from them in the first place. So clearly they had room. Not very smart on how they lie to people. I checked BMW policy with corporate and any dealership branded BMW should take the car.Had an appointment to inspect with Lorie. She took me to the sales dept. WHY? And for an hour I had to explain to the guy that I didnt want to buy a car today. Then he says ok and brings someone else in and the first thing this person said is So I hear you want to buy a car. They didnt want to listen and just sell me a new car. Bad sales tactic. Then when I finally get them to take my no answer, they decide to charge me on every little thing during the return inspection and still not take the car in.Bad service, bad sales skills and bad staff overall. Steer away from here if you want a car or just go to a broker or something. Definitely dont go here to turn in your car. All they want is to sell you something and if they cant then you dont matter. BMW corporate is aware of this hostile BMW dealership also.
Just bought a used car from these guys, really good experience. Serj G was fair, attentive, accommodating and not at all pushy. He helped us find the right car for us and an affordable payment. Alex, his assistant was also super helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They both couldnt have made the car buying processes easier. I can wholeheartedly recommend them both.
My car was with the service center for almost 3 weeks. I had very little communication with the service representative Marco Fausto that I was appointed. He barely responded to my text or calls, and things only progressed with the status of my car once I reached out to him. I asked him to switch me to another representative and was completely disregarded. I then called the supervisor after almost 2.5 weeks with little communication and left a message and have still never received a phone call back. Once made aware that I had a warranty on the vehicle the service representative said I needed an entire transmission replacement. He couldnt tell me why or what the failure was. Once the warranty company requested a tear down he said that they dont do them for transmissions at bmw and he wouldnt be able to prove the failure. He then told me they dont do transmission work at BMW, and I should take it somewhere else. He said they only replace transmissions. When I went to pick up my car they charged me $200.....I am completely disgusted by the service I received from the dealership, and will never be returning. I am so annoyed with the entire process I think this will be my last BMW.
Greg Poland is the best sales I have ever worked with. Not only was he helpful but gave me an unbeatable price. Jared Loux was the finance manager, explained everything very thoroughly and got me through the docs in less than 20 min. Total time spent at the dealer was about 1 hr 30 min (including test drive) which is the fastest Ive ever experienced at any dealership. Will definitely be my go to dealer for my next BMW.
