I love Wilhelm! They have always treated me like family, even remembering to say happy birthday or recognize my family members coming in with me. Their referral and points program is awesome for spreading their good name and getting discounts. They are timely and honest about what they can get done in a day, and they’re open early! I even moved farther away from the shop but have had such good experiences with them, that it’s always worth it to keep coming back!

The 3 stars is only because i got an oil change for free. The service was terrible.I received a coupon for a free oil change so I called to schedule with Wilhelm. I’ve used other locations before and had good service. They told me they couldn’t get me in for five days. I took the first available appointment.I went in and had my oil changed when they advised I needed a new air filter. The entire appointment took well over 90 minutes. They had quoted me less than an hour when a scheduled. But still, fine.Today, they called to say they didn’t actually replace my air filter because they found the parts sitting on a shelf. They wanted me to come back in to have work done, again. Absolutely ridiculous, honestly. What a waste of time. I asked for a refund instead.

Very friendly establishment. Great service. Rick The service advisor was so kind I took in a coupon that a friend had given to me after services were completed and he applied it to my costs. $50 off brake service. That coupon clearly stated to present at time of service so I was very pleased. Came in today for a headlight change on my hyundai. was really dreading taking care of it but Joe and Nancy made it so easy. I did not make an appointment but the technician was finishing up an oil change and fit me in right after. I paid a far less than a reasonable price for the headlight and I am thrilled with my service. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back to get my brakes checked out.

This is my go to shop and has been for well over a year (probably 2) and have 0 complaints. I’ve taken a variety of different vehicles which have all had amazing work done. I’d like to touch up on customer service... do not let this sway you from going to another shop! The last work I had done was a head gasket replacement (not a easy task especially on a diesel), the day after I got the truck back I noticed a small oil leak, joe had me bring the truck in the next business day and made sure to get it in and out as fast as possible (within a hour or 2). Point being they do amazing work and very rarely do they need to do warranty repairs, and the one time I had a issue Joe was more then helpful in resolving it.

They were very helpful and accommodating to my schedule changes and got my repair done quickly. They also offered shuttle service which was very convenient. I highly recommend them!!

I was on my way home and my check engine and bettery light came on as I was passing this location. I made a u-turn and was greeted by Michael. He was very pleasant and listened to what issues I was having with my vehicle.I advised of cost of diagnostics and that it would be about an hour. I said I could wait and he offered to get me an uber and he would call and provide an update and I would have the vehicle the same day. Michael called informed me it was more complex due to needing a computer update from the dealer. You know cars, of course not a simple resolution. Anyway, Michael ordered me an uber to pick me up for the return and didnt charge me for the diagnostic. He was very pleasant to deal with. I will be taking my repair and maintenance jobs to them just due to the customer service!!!

While my son is in college, and away from home, these guys have taken great care of his automotive needs. Theyre honest and thorough. A real blessing!

Vehicle brought in for routine maintenance. Inspection found many things that needed the attention of a mechanic. The management staff worked with me and my budget to get the necessary repairs completed. Since the repairs were taking longer than anyone expected, they provided me with a rental car so I would not be without transportation. Great experience. I will return for service in the future.

Replaced my alternator, gave me me 36000 mile warranty. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up early afternoon. I’m very happy with Wilhelm, I use them for all my automotive needs.

I needed a new clutch and throw out bearings. I dropped off the truck late Friday. They diagnosed the problem very quickly. They said they would try and get the truck back the next day, Saturday. They almost got it done, but they came across another problem. And they never received the additional part. I called my regular mechanic and he said I was in good hands. He was right on the money. Great service for a fair price .

I am a single mom and have been taking my car to Wilhelm for many years. You are always greeted like family from the moment you walk through the door. I don’t know anything about cars, and live on a budget, being a single mom. The office team is great. If it is dangerous and needs fixed now for you and your kids safety, they tell you honestly. I’ve been told...I would not let my wife, mom or sister drive it like this, let me get you a ride home. On the other hand,.....they will also tell you, if it can wait and keep an eye on it. Let you know approximately how much time you have, so you can start saving to fix it. I’ve been to several locations all over town, depending on where I’ve lived over the years. They are all fantastic. I would not take my car anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed at Wilhelm. I highly recommend.

This was my 2nd visit, first was with a coupon from a mailer. Price seemed fair, wait area was clean and comfortable so I went back for the 2nd time. Again price was good and I heard the desk man talking to a couple of different customers and going above and beyond to serve them the right way. I will go the next time I need service as well.

I took my car here for a routine oil change. When I went home my car was smoking down the road. I called them and said what was going on. They told me to bring it back in and they would check it out. Found out the tech had overfilled my oil which caused the smoking. Was fixed right away and no problems since. Will go here again. Staff at the front was very helpful and took care of what I needed.

Came for an affordable oil change, and left feeling like a V.I.P. client. I called on 1/18/21 to make an appt for an oil change on my 2016 Ford Fusion hybrid. Understand that I have had my oil changed at this location on the same vehicle in the past. He pulled up my acct knew what I needed according to the vehicle and quoted me $49.95 with a coupon. I made the appt for 1/19/21. My husband brought the vehicle for the oil change and was told the price would actually be $65.00!! Apparently my car requires more oil than the $49.95 price allowed, and the extra quart cost an additional $15.00 despite the fact the first five were only $9.99 a qt. This is total bait and switch!! I will not return and will be certain to let my fiends and family know.

Have been there before...Pleasant experience...This time not so much...They charged me for the diagnostic $ 150.00 that s fine...I needed a battery, I guess...They charged me $ 169.00 for the battery & $ 25.00 to install...NOT HAPPY...I am sure they made a mark-up on the battery. The $ 25.00 they got will be the LAST they ever get from me....

My second visit here and for a second time Im getting a list of things that need to be done to the car that may or may not fix problems, and Im told that the coolant is leaking and I need a $650 repair and a $200 coolant flush to get it fixed, their labor rates are $149 an hour supposedly but I just got a $49 oil change that took an hour? I think $149 an hour is very expensive!

I was a Tire Works customer and when Wilhelm took over I was skeptical. I have had some very good experiences here and a couple of not so good experiences. I am a repeat customer because they have been very honest and have earned my trust. The few issues I have had were worked out. Auto repair can be costly, I am not sure if their prices are competitive; but, I will say they have amazing sales and the rewards program offers cash on a card for future repairs and I love it! I refer people here and I am sure they will get 5 stars from me in 2020 ☺
