Staff was helpful. Cassandra was also very informative! The only thing that was disappointing was the paperwork that took me 2 hrs to finish. Besides that everything was fine.

I sat through a 2.7hr long paperwork process, not including a safety video, in which, they had me watch AFTER I passed my safety test. Was promised a clamp truck position. Nvr received a follow-up as promised. After a week or so, I kept calling and calling, finally someone answered as says the number was her personal cell and to call the office, I guess they were having phone issues. I asked her, by the way, I was offered the clamp position. She told me that it was no longer available. I hung up in her face.

Although showing exceptional performance and a solid attendance for the 7 months I worked with them (without even using my vacation days) they simply discarded me and I quote “randomly”.For any hard worker out there, these words are like a dagger in the heart because we put true effort into what we do.It was the most unprofessional treatment I’ve ever received, they should close business if more people are getting the same mediocre response.

Dont waste your time with this staffing agency for the most part theyll waste your time and waste your time. Last but not least older people dislike younger people in they have to fix that issue as soon as possible. An much love 🖤 to all seeking employment 2019 - 2020.

They are great they will find you work sometimes instantly. Be prepared to fill out a packet that is almost as thick as a house agreement. I started working the day after I went in and filled out the paperwork, unfortunately there was a horrible tragedy that happen with in my family and I left after half a day...

I use to work for this agency but they are super horrible I kept calling about a job and one of the girls kept continually hanging up on me and was extremely rude. I don’t know who this girl was she didn’t mention her name. This office has horrible service I feel like they don’t even strive to help you get a job ! When you go they also tell you sorry we don’t have jobs at the moment but when you go on Craigslist they say we have jobs in your area then when you apply they just tell to call this number or we will call you ???? Such false advertisement!

I worked with them when they had good accounts but then they went bad and played games I had to drop them agencies that are like that are not worth my time

DBS staffing is awesome !! During the time I need a job they always have opening for us . People at the office is great as well I never have any problem with them at all. The payroll lady she is very nice . I dont know her name but she is very professional. I want to thank Sandy and Georgina at the office of CROCS company as well . As long we have energy to work they always have jobs for us . They always do their best to place u a jobs . I miss working for DBS, I leave the jobs because due to I have better opportunities . I didnt leave staffing to go too another agency ... if I ever need a job I go back to DBS in a heart beat .. I would recommend anyone to go to DBS in chino city !!! 👍👍😊✌️

Terrible place to look for a job and very rude, also the chubby chick thats at the front desk needs to learn some manners. I suggest that anyone looking for a job look somewhere else this place is nothing but headaches.

I signed in for an appointment and after an hour finally received my stack of paperwork to begin- I had to ask for after realizing everyone that came in was getting packets except me. Another hour later I did my drug test and was pulled to the side for a negative test- I didnt leave without being retested because it was clearly a faulty swab. Second test was perfect so they let me continue. Interview was dry and short basically-give us a call in a few and well see if we have anything.I called in available following week and they put me available. Never got a call. I called back week after and was told I had no file or record of applying! Seems like they were trying push me away every corner. Age discrimination? Gender discrimination? BBW discrimination?? Idk

Pretty decent agency. the application process is a pain but they will try to find work for you so long as you are responsible and hard-working

Dont go there if you havent worked in 7 years even if you have experience in working and had to take time off to care for others or go to college they will rudely ask you your personal business in front of everyone and tell you for all to hear that you need experience doing that work so they cant give you an application .Thats what training is for.The office workers dont speak English well and talk to each other in Spanish while you stand there.They pick and choose people according to their choice I was only blonde person there the ones with applications what a coincidence where Hispanic and black.

After reading some reviews here I was hoping they were all wrong, but they were right.....I had an appointment for a driving position and they needed to see me by 2pm, I left work to get to the interview and they tell me its not a driving position.... for 3 weeks I would have to do general labor then it MAYBE possible to become a driver. I was never told this through a few emails I received from them. I felt they needed general labor for 3 weeks then they were gonna let me go....There are a few places like this that uses people like they were gonna use me. Terrible place I tell ya........

Horrible service.I walked in there and immediately was being asked questions from different directions of the room i felt very uncomfortable as if they didnt want me to apply.The first job i got was supposed to be temp to hire. I specifically said i did not want temporary jobs only long term. I believe her name was Stephanie who sent me to my first assignment and assured me that it was long term. I worked two days and the supervisor informed me, and another girl that was also working for dbs, that our assignment had finished . i immediately called the agency and they informed me that i recieved great feedback and if anything else came up she would inform me. I decided to work through a different agency . one much more professional and promising, so i started working for adecco. After a week i called to see when i would be able to pick up my check and the lady told me to come the following friday. I swung by friday at 10 a.m and the office was closed. Inconveniently, i came back the following wednesday and before i could recieve my check the lady at the front desk said i had to sign some papers stating that i could no longer work for dbs because i was working for another agency . the girls at this agency are very rude. This is not a long term agency. I do not reccomend this agency at all.

This employment agency is pretty shady, most of the jobs that claim to be long term arent and they pretend like they didnt know.

I’ll admit they do work hard to find you work but the places they make you go to is annoying. I wouldn’t try unless you really broke af and need some money

I never showed proof of Id or socials they just sent me to a job location unprofessional I was in the area of the job but couldnt find the building so I tried to call them but there phone said voicemail box has not been setup yet how am I going to leave a message if youre mail box isnt even setup so they call me saying Im a no call no show and they will no longer give me a job I guess they dont take blame funny how they treat there employee

Unprofessional work environment right before you get hired on to the company you are working for they let you go and send you some where else to work also there onsite takes pictures of the women working there and they are aggressive toward you and will fire you at any moment for anything working for this agency is a anxiety wreck wondering when you wont have a job this place is unhealthy and needs to be reported
