I was referred to this business and I was excited to possibly get some work done on my car and have a mechanic... especially since I’m new to Arizona. My husband called to set an appointment to get something looked at on my car. I go to the appointment... the receptionist is rude. There no greeting... she barely said anything to me. She needs to work on professionalism and how to treat customers. I decided to leave... cuz no one is going to treat me any type of way. I will not be getting any service done with them.

Brought my 67 Camero to Pats. IDK if Im happier that I found a honest mechanic or my car is running. As this car is a work in progress Im sure he couldve found a million thing wrong w it but he did what I asked and didnt try to upsell me.
