Worst experience ever on 2 Occasions!! Went to get a auto loan and the lady pulled my credit for the loan and when I got the approval letter it was not the specifications that we discussed in person ! DO NOT FALL FOR THE TRICK!!! This is how they get people if you don’t know any better! Luckily I knew she was wrong and had her reported and a reverse credit pull. They just want people to sign up for loans!!!!Credit Unions are supposed to be better but that is not the case !!
I have been with Delta Community CU for more than 10 years now. They have always been very helpful. This was for an auto loan. There was a wonderful interest rate special going on. Also, Ms. Rashida Everett was MOST helpful!! Ms. Dami was helpful the day I came in and saw her. Ms. Rashida helped me most of the way. She answered ALL of my questions...I had many! (LOL) She took the time necessary to help me get all in place in order to purchase my vehicle. This is the 2nd time Ive worked on something major with DCCU and they ROCKED this time as well! Been with this bank for 7 years and I can’t even get approved for loan through them. They always placing holds on my account. I’m not happy !
Definitely the WORST experience I ever had with a Credit Union. I reopened an account with Delta and the way theyre treating me is like they dont want my business or something. Like they didnt let me use the ATM for 30 days (apparently because Im a new member) so they pretty much obligated me to stop by to the branch to make 1 deposit. Like come on, I work 6 days a week, plus I live 20 minutes away and they close at 4:30 PM. After trying with the pin number I created and the one they sent to me, Im still not able to get anything. I no longer have access to my money and when I call customer service and they cannot do absolutely anything for me. What a waste of time dealing with this Credit Union.
This place has a very bad customer service I was there to ask for help about my account because I cant transfer money to my other account and I have this agent Rashida to help me but her customer service is suck I told her if I can use their computer to help me so I can fix the issue in my account and her reply is she cant let me used their computer so u tell me u dont have a computer for the customer to assist them I dont think this place is ready for business waste of my time to come and for help I can go with someone else and entertain me well not like Rashida.
Clean and fresh branch. Everyone wearing masks and social distancing there which was a plus for me. Very nice and friendly staff with great customer service skills.

This location is closest to my house. I usually go to the one closer in Suwanee and that’s the one I will continue going to. The Branch manager, Joan was very rude and not great with customer service. I went in for a new debit card, because I was having problems with my current one. You would have thought it was coming from her account, with the attitude she had. She stated that my card was perfectly useable. I told her it wasn’t working with my cash app, and I spoke with a Delta Community credit union represenative this morning. Who stated that I needed to get a new card. But Joan, was not trying to hear it. Horrible customer service, and a rude branch manager. Will not be coming back to this one ever. I would rather drive to the one in Suwanee, by my job, where they are always nice and helpful.
Awful company, bad experience all around. Checking account issues, auto loan issues, home loan issues... Learned my lesson, never again.
I just went to the new location and the guy with the glasses in the front desk; he is a freaking joke. He pretty much just wanted to leave because he did not offered any help and just told me to come back another day because they were to close in 10 minutes. Just because you are wearing a suit dont mean you can treat customers with an attitude. Im glad he told me my account was closed because Im not thinking about going back.
The hours leave a lot to be desired. It used to be you could swing by after work, but now you have to take time off from work just to get there in time. This is disrespectful of the members who used to frequent this branch when it was in Kroger -- and open until 6 pm. If you really want to service your members properly, you would offer longer hours and easier access. Whomever chose this location for the bank with difficult parking and dangerous access obviously doesnt care about members and wanted to make using the location as difficult as possible. .
Delta totally messed up my attempt to get a car loan. Had to submit the same documents three time. Everyone I spoke with had no knowledge of my previous conversations with others. Made three trips to the Snellville location because of mis-communications. I was already approved with Bank of America but their rate was .05 higher. Finally called Bank of America and the process was easy, smooth and convenient. I didnt have to go anywhere but to my computer. Delta is fine for a simple checking account. Beyond that, they are the Pits. Poorly organized. Lack of communications between departments. Poor communications between persons at the same branch. Not worth the .05% I could have saved.
Hold placed on a check because I placed it in the ATM. They bounced my mortgage payment and a number of debits, for a total of $380.00 in Courtesy Fees. Customer service could offer no help, and branch manager Jamie would only credit my account for $245.00. I guess I should be thankful for that. Been a customer for several years, but now thinking of going somewhere else.
Nice new smell, just wish they had kept the extended hours like they did when they were inside the Kroger grocery store. Glad they moved though. Needed a full service location here for a long time.
I love Delta Community CU. Im excited that the Snellville location will be opening a new branch just across the parking lot from their current (Kroger) location. It will be next door to Pier One!
I dont hate this place in particular. What I really dont understand is their way to work as a whole company. They asked for many different things any time that I went to them (at least 3 on 2 different locations). Im new in America and I get that they want to confirm that Im legal but they didnt help me much, like a I was asking for a favor.
I was customer for 5 years and did not expect to have something like that when i really need help. They have put my check on hold for 11 days when I was trying to buy a house. As a result I have to extend my closing date. Branch manager Jaime Benitez was not help at all. More over customer service could not do anything but transfer to branch manager:) Please expect deposit holds all the time!!!!

Been banking with DCCU for years, never a single complaint. Big Banks have robbed me blind while profiting off my money. DCCU is a community organization with technology on par with the big dogs. Would recommend to everyone in Gwinnett County.
Location great! Workers lack customer service skills, no sense of urgency with getting customers in & out.
Friendly staff. Long lines, and even longer waits if you want to set up loans or something. I really wish they had a full size bank. Edit: Now they do! In the same parking lot.
Terrible customer service, my debit card was declined at the market while in a huge line. I called and they could not access my account and informed me that I would not be allowed to use my card until I visited a branch. this was after three different calls, I was hung up on and told that I needed to call back)My card still does not work and it is so embarrassing to have a card decline. DONT USE DELTA COMMUNITY.
Came in to add a checking account to an existing account. Had to wait over 40 minutes to talk with a manager.The branch manager called me a day later and apologized for the long wait and explained that the branch was in transition to a new location. (2stars added)
Teller machine just does not process cash deposits. This morning was a third time this happened
Im treated as if I was VIP ever time im there.
No long wait time, fast service, friendly customer service.
The ATM for deposits never works and if you deposit at an associated credit union it take 3 to 5 business days.
