Couple of years ago a person crash my car, and things were not looking good for me, even when it was a crash on the back of my car, during a stop light; so I called my agent Steve Sutto, he immediately returned my call, took it from there, and defended the truth of what happened. After almost a week, the adjuster call me back and told me: first I have to tell you, you have a great agent, your car can be repaired at no cost to you, since you are not responsible, when earlier he was thinking different.I really like how Steve Sutto took things into matters, and defended what was right. Great agent!

Very disappointing! The agency values dollars more than customers. I was with the company for over six years paying their higher than average rates simply because I am a loyal person. Ran into financial complications as a result on this whole COVID-19 situation and opted to get into a payment plan. Long story short, after coming off of the payment plan they demanded payment in full, wouldnt allow me to post date for a week beyond the due date, and then to make matters even worse, attempted to pull the funds from my account unauthorized causing me overdraft and return fees.This complicated my personal situation greatly! When I reached out for a solution they basically told me tough luck!... Needless to say, they they lost a loyal customer, but actually did me a favor because I was able to save $15 a month on my new rate with GEICO. I was not left in good hands and would not recommend them to anyone.

There is some agent they will frequently send you various spam insurance promotional advertisements, which makes people very uncomfortable, and he will not listen to stop suggestions. Therefore, resolutely resist this disgusting insurance agency, and lodge a complaint with the allstate headquarters of this harassment.

If your looking for a good place to get your insurance, i would try these guys. My auto insurance lowered when i combined with my home owners insurance. The Staff where very friendly and helpful.
