After asking for my barber to wear a mask they refused, even though I’m a high risk diabetic. I was in a hurry for a job interview so I took the cut anyways despite no safety for myself. During the haircut the barber sneezed in my hair and refused to apologize. I became upset and they refused to finish my haircut. I didn’t get the job because of my uneven hair. My wife left me because I didn’t get the job. This is the last thing I will write before I end it all. Goodbye world and thank you Supercuts

Absolutely atrocious cut two times in a row now they do not listen to what they tell you to do AT ALL! They had me come out looking like Frankenstein if I could give them zero stars I would. Never going back to this place again and if you want your hair to look decent neither should you.

Have been going to this store for over 15 years and while there have been a few misses due to rotating stylists, Ive settled on two who consistently cut my hair as requested: Ms. Kim and Ahmad. Usually go after work, rarely have to wait, and the entire staff is always pleasant.I suspect a lot of the negative reviews are from submitters who did not clearly explain their instructions--a little off the top is quite subjective....

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice. My hairdresser was not very friendly, seemed like I was bothering her to ask for a little more hair cut off. Probably wont go back to that particular salon.

Navy was incredible! She knows what shes doing for sure, and does it quickly and precisely. Definitely going back next time!

It was quick and courteous . the hair cut not bad .

The haircut was good but waiting 1.5 hours past your appointment because I kept getting skipped was not good. I was told even though I had an appointment at 5.15 these other people who showed up after me had appointments before me. So why werent they there on time for their appointment? And the lady before me walked in said she had an appointment for 6.30 got in the chair at 6.25 and I finally got to go after her. Only after she was seated, I got up to go outside for some air because I was fuming. I came back in and was told I would be next. No i should have been taken at or at least near my appointment time... Will not be going back.

That girl kaylie was possibly one of the nicest girls there, Im gonna come back more because of her.

I hope you’re not a person of color or or mixed race! I went in to get a buzz! Easy...3 1/2 inches all over. I waited while two white stylists hid in the back! I will never go back and can’t wait to get out of this town. Looking forward to getting back to San Diego!

Visited this place on a Monday evening. Short waiting time and really quick haircut. Dont expect an exceptional job. This is just your average hair salon in a fairly convenient location. They charge 16 dollars for a mens haircut.

There are couple of very good hair stylists while some are really hard to work with. I always make sure stylists who listen, care you as a customer and know how to do their job are present before I step in. They also have an option to call in and request to add in line if you will be there shortly.

Worst haircut ever I left the store and went across the street to the mall and had to have someone point out that the whole back of my head was jacked up the girl never faded my hair in. Was so bad I had to rush to sports clips to get it fixed before work so it cost 50 bucks to get a haircut. I’ll never go back

Great place for a cut and shave. The staff is professional, and the services are awesome.

Fast and inexpensive. I have long hair and only need a trim and some light layering a couple times a year. This is always where I go. The longest Ive ever had to wait for an available stylist is 10 min. The cut is always great (better than I have had with really expensive hair cuts in the past). I will continue getting my hair cut here.

The hair stylist didnt really seem rude, just impatient. It took a couple tries to get the end result. The hair catching apron fell off halfway and I guess he didnt really care to put it back on, so I had to hold it there myself (but wound up getting hair all over me anyways). I came here because it seems like most other places are closed Sunday. Ill just wait for Monday next time.

If I could give 0 I would. I have never in my life had a blow dry as mediocre as this? First of all when she was first finished she asked it with if it was dry enough. It wasn’t dry at all. Secondly I was told that their hair blowers didn’t do high pressure. Never heard of such a thing. My hair looks like a mop when I came out of it. If you don’t care what you look like go here.

One of the worst hair salon. I had hair cut here today, my wife was yelling looking at my haircut, all over uneven. No time checking with me is it good or bad. All she said its done. I do not recommend it.

Way below average haircut and some guy was at the cash register and cheated me out of money and had no remorse. My toddler son and I got haircuts there and when checking out was verbally asked if I want to leave a tip and I said sure, $8, which was very fair and plenty for the subpar job they did on my hair and my sons hair, well the guy entered $16 and charged my card. Then I brought it up how thats not what I meant and he stood firm. Well never ever visit super cuts again, how 1985 is it to verbally ask for a tip rather than putting it in. Then the person there screws you over. Dead to me. I wrote to corporate and they never responded. Way too many better options near like Sports Clips and Pigtails & Crewcuts

Moved here when i was a kid. Mrs kim was my hairstylist. Now im 23 and shes still my favorite. I had someone else do my undercut and she turned to kim and asked what she normally uses for my undercut and style and she instantly replied #4 on the undercut and showed her how i like my hair cut :) couldnt ask for more. Very very very happy customer and thank you mrs.kim :)
