Today I went to the Supercuts location in Germantown for the first time. Though I go to the ACE and Jimmy Johns stores all the time, I never noticed this Supercuts until recently. Yall should put a sign outside!Anyway, I was glad I did find it, because I found Nicole. Shes a great stylist with a great personality to boot. When I told her I always go for a simple buzz cut, she was not having it. So I put her in charge :) The result was amazing - a very stylish new haircut that make me look years longer.The reason I will go back to Nicole is not her great styling skills alone - she was funny, honest, sincere and hilarious all in the time span of 25 minutes that it took to get my haircut.She told me she recently transferred from the Mequon location to this one in Germantown and that she is the manager here. If youve been to this location in the past and were not satisfied, give it another try. Youll find Nicole has put a new attitude to work here.Nicole and her happy customer

I had such an amazing experience at supercuts today. Anna and Shelly pampered me as if I was in a spa.. it was amazing.. Anna did such an amazing job on my hair cut, took 14 inches off and loving every minute of it!Thanks Ladies :)

We started going to Nicole when she was at the Mequon location and followed her to the Germantown location- she is amazing! I can be very picky about my son and husbands haircut but Nicole does it perfectly everytime! She also gave us some really helpful tips on our daughters hair! I HIGHLY recommend Nicole-she is the best!!!

I visited this location three separate times in early 2020 and was so disappointed after each haircut. Last night, I happen to notice new staff was there and thought to give it another try. So thankful that I did!! Nicole made the experience 5+ star! She listened and understood the style I wanted and executed that style to perfection. I have been searching for someone to fade/style my hair for sometime and now the search is over. Thanks, Nicole!! I will be seeing you soon.

Ive been to this location before with less than stellar results! We went back today to get my 9 year old daughters haircut and was extremely impressed! Nicole was kind, professional and went above and beyond with my squirrelly child! Stylists before have been impatient and unkind because my child has a hard time sitting still but Nicole was beyond patient and it was greatly appreciated! I really hope that she is here to stay and I highly recommend her!!!

Nicole cut my hair on 2/25/21. She was very friendly and we talked about how I wanted my hair cut. Nicole did a wonderful job.

Paid $39 for my daughter’s haircut. She was supposed to “ shave off “ split ends without cutting off too much length. Stylist took off about 2 inches off length ( did nothing with the rest of it). I was charged $17 for kids cut- as explained above, $5 wash and $15 styling that included half drying my daughters hair, running fingers through it and spraying with a hairspray. It all took over an hour- extremely slow I wanted to get a trim and a Tea Tree treatment with a blowout. I was quoted over $80. You will get the same ( but much better) service at Ulta or Drybar for $40. Kids cut at Ulta is $25 and this includes wash and conditioning with blowdry. Poor quality of service, very overpriced.

I had a wonderful haircut by Sara today, enjoyed my visit very much. Jess was there too. Lovely conversation with both. They are very particular about keeping everything clean. All of us wore masks. A very safe place to get your hair cut, any service you need, you are safe and your hair will be fabulous. I needed a lot of product, 20 percent off with your service. Sincerely, Shelley Gruber

I stopped into the Germantown location to ask for a donation to a local elementary school event that we are planning. Shelley was beyond helpful and more than happy to pick out products to donate. I was a walk in, visiting family and really needed to do something with my hair. Sara is very professional, knows her trade. Had a great conversation with her and my hair looks great. Absolutely awful. My fiancé got his hair cut 30 mins ago and we are on the way to go somewhere else and get it fixed!! Very uneven.. too the point where it’s so short in the front in spots and long in others. Very very disappointed. For being the owner’s daughter you would think you would do a better job. Very disappointing. I could have done better and not paid $21.. here’s to spending another $20 to get it FIXED.

I took my 6 year old son there today to get a hair cut and when we got home he complained about his head/ear hurting on the right side. I looked and took a picture. He was cut wt the clippers on his right ear and he had quite a bit of blood around his ear and head and hand and check from rubbing it because he didn’t know. He is shy and I saw him jump and turn a bit and thought he had hair in his eyes. She was very nice but I wouldn’t go back bcuz it was a nice size cut in his ear and put him through the trauma of getting his hair cut again there and maybe anywhere now. Six year old children don’t understand these things and want to feel safe. I won’t return after this.
