Its a decent place. I only take my son. Only been there a couple times. First time a lady did his cut. It was very decent but i still had to point a couple things out for adjustment and i just felt she wasnt 100% confident in herself. Last time we used Ariel, a guy thats there. He was great and confident and on point with everything. He was actually the one pointing out and confirming certain things with me. I totally recommend Ariel!

Great place conveniently located in a shopping center. Plenty of barbers/stylists, so there is never a long wait. Been a customer since I moved here 4 years ago. Everyone speaks fluent English & Spanish. Prices are average.

Ravy has cut my hair for over 20 years. She is the reason I go out of my way to Germantown for a haircut. Now I have new restaurants from Outback to the Lancaster market and carry-out. Peruvian chicken, Thai and a dinerr. Just from following my hair stylist, I now patronize an additional 5 or 6 businesses.

They gave me a haircut, and the haircut is okay,they also did my eyebrows, and they didnt do a great job with my eyebrows, they waxed all of my eyebrows out, I look like a boy or a man, Im heartbroken, and Im so sad, because I trusted them to do a great job with my eyebrows. Im really sad, what a day, they werent worth damaging my face, Im really really sad, I dont know what to do, Im so sad.

Its a small barbershop. Where there four tvs in there, but some of them show repeat stuff that is shown on them. And some of the employees speak Spanish sometimes, but they always make sure you always give you the haircut you want. They even sell hair products and have a hair drying section. See it for yourself and you will see that it is quite nice.

This is my second time here and probably my last, I called ahead because someone recommended a specific barber made the appointment and showed at the time agreed on, only to be told there three waiting in front of me, decided not to wait and let some random cut my hair, terrible experienceI asked for a trim and she cut my hair so low, I mean it’s basic instructions hard to follow?

I went for a TRIM because I’m growing my hair out so can reduce the amount of trips in which I have to leave my house during the pandemic. Left with way too much taken off the back and sides and the top completely uneven with different lengths all over, it’s impossible to style any sort of way.

Went to this barbershop for the first time today. All were very welcoming. I got my haircut and beard trimmed and turned out excellent. Would highly recommend!

This place does not specialize in cutting african American hair.I went there asked for a fade, showed the lady exactly what I wanted and she said yes she can do that. She missed up his hair, pushed his hair line back and charged me $18 for just cutting the sides.Now I have to head to a different barber shop to get it fixed.I wouldn’t recommend african American people to this barber shop.This isn’t a real barber shop, they can’t cut hair at all.

New to the area, looking for a new barber, honestly I wouldn’t go here again the dude that was there messed up my hair cut even though I explained it twice, messed up my side burns even though I told him to leave it alone. Simple instructions seem difficult for him to follow then in the end even though they knew they screwed up they still wanted me to pay and tip the guy... seriously?

Luz best faded in the county... White,black, hispanic. I wont go anywhere else once you go there barber for life.

Worst haircut in my life. I cant speak about the others, but the female Hispanic barber almost let me go with my hair uneven, long hair along both ears. Had to go to another barber to fix everything. Use this barber at your own risk.

I took my 1 year old for his first cut and I regret every moment of it. His party is next week and the cut is something I could have done my self. We went in with a few head of hair and left bald. I instructed the lady more than 5 minutes, I even sectioned his hair And told her not to cut that part. She said ok” all of a sudden she ran the clippers on the top of his and cut the entire hair off. I am so upset I don’t know what to do.I will never ever put my foot in that shop again. I have to take him elsewhere to rectify her mess!
